Very appealing hotel in the middle of in the city centre. The Rathaus and the S-Bahn are 2 minutes away. The room is modern designed. The mini bar is inclusive. However stood on the 2 day only 2 small bottles water in it. This is already very disappointing, especially if you can advertise and as a guest one may therefore not afterwards. read more

We were for the first time and were satisfied.
At the front desk one was friendly and helpful... The room was good and completely enough for a short trip...
In the bathroom are unfortunately no hangers for a towel and washcloth they know not...
The breakfast was also class, especially the fresh orange juice... The biggest disadvantage is however the construction there...
We were lucky with unserm room(401)...
The location is really great... One is in two minutes in the old town stachus... Perfect...
We would definitely recommend this hotel... read more

Ideal hotel for tourists, all major destinations in Munich are on foot respectively per public transportation reachable (2 to 3 minutes' walk from marienplatz ). The hotel is normally clean, even in the corners;-). The breakfast was nothing special but still acceptable. Is currently exactly opposite a construction site but little mind. We were satisfied and had nothing to fault.
Tip for drivers: get a day ticket in a garage, otherwise the night for the car more expensive than the room. read more

I was the first time in a Mercure hotel with my father the Klitschko fight in München to see (from Saturday on Sunday ). I have extra the day before in this hotel called to ask, where we because could park, as we were in a slightly larger car and we already thought, that the hotel's own parking too small is. The Mercure München old town belongs to the a few stars on Bavarian middle class was, because it's not very centrally located nearby the main sights, but offers also a excellent service. The numerous comfort include for example a massive Orangensaftpresse for breakfast, free sky on the rooms and even the mini bar is completely free of charge-such benefits you are looking for then even in the 4 or five star hotels in vain. Top Location. A bit away from the centre of the old city. Relatively quiet location. Shop, shop, eat and drink in the immediate vicinity. The steak house at the hotel is highly recommended.
