Awesome, overall experience was too good, my kids loved every moment! memorable holiday, wish could have stayed longer. aquarium was excellent, water park was amazing, dont mine going again. one advise get an upgrade, its worth it. read more

The hotel Atlantis the palm is a good 5 stars hotel with many spectacular entertainment and impressive sights. The staff was always friendly, and accomodating and could questions competent information. We were not in the restaurant, but that we visited, were good. And there are for every taste enough choice. During our stay we had a ocean deluxe room occupied. The design i found not exhilarating. The experience of the oriental gigantism outside the room this weakness for once move into the background. Young people and families with children this definitely hotel very highly. People, the also a well-kept atmosphere ... in the rooms important, a little less. read more

An outstandingly beautiful accommodation in Dubai the palm. It is a very big hotel with many rooms. As soon as you the hotel enter the customer is king. One worries immediately about the luggage, serves somewhat cold to drink. The check in was very efficient and the rooms gives the tourists just swarm. This hotel to explore, but you really need a few days, as it has lots to offer: - large aquarium in the middle hotel with 65000 marine life - 20 restaurants, bars and lounges - dolphin bay ( here you can with delphines swim - not only ... for kids an unforgettable experience) - attached water park 'aquaventure' (biggest waterpark in the orient) Short and good a dream! You feel in another world. read more

    We had a room on the 10 floor with a view of the beach and the skyline Dubai. There are also rooms the right to the rear on the sea out. We had a great view on the palm, Burj Al Arab and the burj khalifa. The room was big with two king size beds, tv, chest of drawers, seating area, and a really! Great bathroom.

    With a selection of 10 restaurants everyone should find something. We stayed at the 'saffron' breakfast. Gigantic selection at the buffet. Drinks were brought to the table. We were right in the morning totally full. We have to evening in other restaurants eaten. It was delicious also here and service always capitalized.

    First class! All of the staff are extremely friendly and have always a smile on the lips. You could get by all super to communicate in english. The room was cleaned every morning and there was always fresh towels and toiletries. Check-in & out was very smooth.

    At the beach one always found a pool chair. Exactly like at the pools. Unique experience was really very water park 'aquaventure'. Slide & splash for children and adults. Entrance was for the hotel guests free of charge. Towels were there. You can also at various water sports or for the swimming with dolphins sign in. A aquarienwelt you can also visit. We had not at all enough time to see everything...

    The hotel is located at the top of 'the palm' The drive through the palm can bís to 15 minutes. Downtown can be reached within 30 minutes. Until to the airport it was depending on traffic 45 minutes -1 hour. The beach is right on the doorstep. Entertainment, restaurants or similar are in the near vicinity. One needs however also not, as the Atlantis all houses.

A very nice 'erlebnishotel '. Very clean & large room. Like in a dream, everything very unreal, but in beautiful art & way. Once you've been to the ' palm ' in Dubai had to to this hotel. Even if it is more expensive than the ' nachbarpalmenblätter', it was from, you won't regret it. As a hotel guest free of charge to the aquarium (sea life is nothing against it) and in the aquaventure as often as you wanted. Everything costs a lot of money for guests from outside. And what is more beautiful than before dinner a game ... of sharks, rays & co to look at. Also the food is excellent and the offer already almost too big for the in 4 days to experience. Full à la carte restaurant & buffets. Really beautiful view of the ' highlight of Dubai' from the beach from Burj Al Arab & burj khalifa. This & that Dubai Mall also really cozy with the hotel shuttle (free of charge several times daily), taxi (about 50 dhs-about 10 €) or the monorail & metro (about 40 dhs-about 7 €) to reach. Gigantic & pompöser holiday! read more

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Important: unlike other hotels you should however not sea view ( sonnenabgewandte side), but palm view to the palm and to see the sunrise. The staff are very willing to help and are accommodating. The vacation was perfect except for the FTI recommended ausflugsveranstalter meeting point. The chauffeurs were for a pick-up in principle always at least half an hour too late to difficulties in meeting the deadline, if you have other excursions on the same day booked. The tour guide from meeting point is always hard to help, tut but in the ... end, just as it would help. The whole works then always very american ' we will take care. Your concern is wichtig' but then what happened is nothing more. The hotel has it's own ausflugsveranstalter called dessert tours or something like that. You should rather for excursions take, because the hotel has a strong interest in the great service meeting point thinks probably the chef is far away in Germany. read more

This hotel is a dream, were very pleasant welcome... Immediately to the vip areas requested, got immediately our room on the 19 floor... Until everything was... Cool drinks... Food a dream... Very friendly accommodating staff... Tip: absolutely with the dolphins... An unforgettable experience... Conclusion : we definitely go again to this hotel... It is an excellent hotel on the edge the palm tree. The architecture was inside as well as outside really exceptional. The hotel is on a huge area with everything the heart desires. There is a great beach with always enough pool chairs and umbrellas. At the pools there was always something going on and the pool restaurant you could enjoy let yourself be pampered. The lost chambers aquarium one could not see enough before fish of all kinds. read more

    We were on the 9. floor building, had but unfortunately our sea view not to the palm and the skyline Dubai. The rooms are huge and nice designed. We have the bathtub with a view of the balcony and the rain shower daily and us very relaxed. The about 50 international tv channels, including three german, made for entertainment for the period in the room. There were daily several bottles of water free of charge made available.

    There was so lots of restaurants, you could also in the 5 days not at all visit all. We enjoyed the wonderful buffets at saffron and kaleidoscope enjoyed. There was everything the heart and the stomach could desire. The food was very tasty and of excellent quality. Every guest received a table and friendly staff one was delivered to.

    All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nowhere we had so much staff. Every request was almost from the lips. Everywhere at the water front were lifeguards on security of the guests on-site. In english you could always communicate. The cleaning of the rooms was brilliant.

The hotel is massive - are accordingly thousands of tourists here. However shows in the room nothing-absolutely quiet. A stay is altogether interesting - especially also the great underwater world to see. However for us only as a short stay for 2 nights-not for relaxing. But it was too large for us and too crowded. Absolute downside here the very hard mattresses. For a hotel this category a total 'no-go'. Apart from that great designed room. In short: we saw it and was amazed at how light-again but we will not be returning. read more

We have already been shortly after the opening there and the hotel has unfortunately (3 years after our last stay) its luxuscharme lost. It is now the urlaubspark for families with (many) children has become. The premises have also already a bit patina recognized, since the sometimes overstrained staff fairly. The guests are now mostly from the baltic region and in the vip area and in particular from Russia. Because of the lots of children and the new partyimage are pure and nighttime peace after midnight hardly possible. There is always somewhere party. The hallways. For cheap holiday the offer ... very good for higher claims not more comparable with the start time. Price/performance ratio not more justified. read more

The Atlantis is brilliant! Very clean, friendly staff exclusively speak english! While we were there, there were very lots of russians in the hotel, but not (rather sub par at least ) negatively noticeable are! We had a imperial rooms, which we absolutely recommend could! You get for the whole day snacks and soft drinks and in the evening from 6:00 p. m. gives esauch certain alcoholic beverages! From 3:00 p. m. there is sanwidchs, sushi and so on! read more

    The food respectively the restaurants are simply great! We were always at saffron (asian) and in the kaleidoscopes (arabic & international)! The beverage prices are appropriate, the arab level adjusted! Beer costs around 9,00-10,00 Euro!

    The beach is very pleasant and you can always find a beach chair. To Dubai City you are with the taxi about minutes! The taxis are very cheap in Dubai! The burj khalifa, we have about 10 €pay for! Next to the hotel there are also the metro station. There is also next to the hotel the big bus tour station!

Leisure offers without limits for children and young people all ages, it leaves nothing to the imagination, however costs a lot extra. You should no crowds and on a lot Commotion adjusted, nothing for vacationers, the rest and relaxation search. The rooms are massive and well furnished. The staff are friendly and at all times helpful. I think the hotel very overpriced in comparison to other hotels the same category, the altogether even a little bit better. read more
