    Staff very friendly and the know what they are doing. English ok. , attempt by german words t. w.. Successful. When cleaning there is still some catching up to do ( especially in the bathroom). In the 14 days no complaint. Ps:of course a bit change always helped.

We had the deluxe room. Room is quite small, but for us this was to some extent okay. However the bathroom was really in a bad condition. In any case no 4 star! Tiles from 70. years. Boreholes on walls, abgesprenkelte tiles, old shower head. Tub instead of a shower. Old shower curtain. No window! , only eingemauerte glass blocks. Old towels. Otherwise hotel idyllic and quiet, but definitely no star hotel. Alternative offered 2 different rooms at. Bathrooms looked it! Very bad. read more

Were in this hotel two weeks, in a superior room and we found the hotel good. Had only booked breakfast, the rest of the day always outside went to eat. The bathrooms in the rooms are habituation needy, in the cleanliness in the bathrooms you should but not exactly look at. But perhaps as europeans also a bit spoiled. We are every morning at the beach walk gone, this hotel was one of the few the clean beach had. The staff put in so much effort. If i go back to the island koh samui travel, i will book the ... hotel again in case it the hotel until then there. read more

Because of the many actually positive reviews here in on the platform we booked the hotel for our beach holiday on koh samui to our trip-we were disappointed! The folgendenen points are our personal opinion the hotel. Positive: - like in Thailand typical are the employees very friendly and courteous - the whole hotel area was very nice designed and is in green surroundings - the rooms were 1-2 cleaned daily - the hotel complex hotel is conveniently located at the Chaweng Beach Negative: - the hotel room: we had the pool view studio room (207) booked, a really beautiful ... room, but i also believe the only in the whole complex without a balcony! Furthermore, we have not said, that the room over a connecting door to the neighbor room-accordingly was also the noise! The air conditioning with the smell, the bathroom was with tiles in the 80. years design and worn. At the lampendenken was rust to see, the curtains were dirty and the floor worn. - the pool is for the complex too small and swimming not convenient and needs to be renovated. - the loungers by the pool were already early morning reserved by guests, but nobody was on you. Unfortunately we could throughout the period the section directly in front of the hotel not use-since a swimming ban overcast was. The value for money votes for this hotel at the current time was definitely not. Also the breakfast after 2 weeks unfortunately not more varied.     The hotel is located directly at the Chaweng Beach. Shopping, bars, restaurants are in direct proximity! Unfortunately the airport also not far and each airplane clearly see and hear! We really liked the hotel. We had a standard room in the main building. It was generously, perhaps a bit shabby, but nevertheless neat. The breakfast you could in the open with a view of the sea take. The food selection at breakfast was enough. There was egg dishes, freshly prepared, fresh fruits, thai dishes, bread, juices, muesli, yoghurt and so on we enjoyed it. The outside area was very well-kept (pool, paths, garden, beach area and so on). Especially praiseworthy is the friendly staff in all areas. The restaurant we cannot judge, since we ate always outside. Because of ... the previous reviews we have the restaurant ninja visited and can positive only confirm. read more

First the positive thing: a wonderful garden area... But, houses have already gotten a bit old, the fifties bathrooms seen better days. It must urgently renovated. Pool small, loungers always nicely blocked, maximum a 3 star hotel - definitely not more. We will not stay there again. Sure is this hotel in some years away ' from the window ' and for bagpacker a convenient alternative. Unfortunately! read more

A very good bungalow complex with direct access to the beach. The rooms were big and attractive. Food was delicious and cheap. Service friendly and accommodating. We had with our teenagers a relaxing relaxed week. Clear, the hotel is not the newest. Everything was in green surroundings area. The cleanliness was ok. Floor and bathroom were always clean, the laundry was regularly changed. The beds were very comfortable. We were satisfied all around. The staff were great. They have each washed by the eyes and read were always make an effort and decent. The food was very good, a bit ' vereuropäischt'. The beach was very well maintained, the drinks were served and happa hour a glass of chardonnay (aus) for 80 Bath (about € 2. ...50). At peaceful location and soon you are in the rambzamba of Chaweng Beach. Who this hotel poorly should in the expensive Switzerland holidays make. read more

We had to a stay in Bangkok we originally 17 days roaches wearing them want. From this 17 days were unfortunately only 2 nights. When we arrived, we were admittedly under the impression a real 5 star luxury hotel in Bangkok. To the many positive reviews is actually not much more hizuzufügen. Friendliness, willingness to help and service we stayed here in a extent as otherwise still nowhere found. Also a general manager is not too good, around used dishes from the table once or at the cleaning the beach to help. The warm meals with the extensive and very good breakfast buffet were unfortunately sometimes only lukewarm-a instruction enough, and everything was as it should be. The joints in the bathroom could thorough cleaned (no mold!). Deficiencies, if any, are incredibly quickly removed. Management and staff gave themselves the largest ... trouble, satisfy us-what do you want to still more? We have in any case felt very comfortable. And even without giving any tip was here very accommodating (but honestly, who is pleased not about a small something?). Thanks the whole team - we felt very much at ease and will be back! read more

After 12 years bfs never again. The pool and the environment are very in need of repair, many accidents. The breakfast is also small, the toaster has seen better times, the drinks dispenser get time a electric shock. Instructions the pool use in german & english, which the majority of tourists from Eastern Europe unfortunately not read, that means the hygiene left a lot to be. Small very personally managed hotel with much attention to detail. Absolute atmosphere guaranteed. Everything very clean, wireless internet throughout, even at the beach, short distances, in comparison to all other hotels in the Chaweng bay relatively broad, very clean beach section, breakfast terrace with sea view, very good breakfast, optically nicely arranged, lunch and dinner in the restaurant possible, very good quality, but more expensive than outside, mixed guest structure, from mid 20 to 70, german, english, very few russians and if, absolutely quiet and pleasant. I would especially like to mention the hotel pays strict, that in the hotel ... area no banger be ignited, because the deafening loud. read more

    The rooms, we had a bungalow very near the beach (but they are all, up to 20 metres more or less) with a terrace ( nice when it rained), the very nicely furnished was. A large double bed with a-and this must be mentioned-unbeatable wonderful mattress. The closet with a safe innenseitig had enough storage space and the bathroom was alright. Even that the shower is firmly installed and a handheld shower attachment and has, was after a day not a problem more-the man is teachable ☺ every day are 2 bottles of water provided, coffee and tea refilled. The air conditioning ( if you to use white just ask, since it different settings are) cools the room pleasant during the day. We have it however then at night constituted, as i know, that danger of colds or stomach problems through air conditioning quick, and then extremely remain persistent. Mückenprobleme we had with tea tree oil and tigerbalm in comparison to other not any.

    Since we can only the breakfast and that was very good. Appealing and very clean arranged, from birkner cereal, different cereals, breads (also dark bread) very delicious cheese, ham, lachsschinken, salami, salads, vegetables, thai, different frisc prepared egg dishes, huge fruits (melon, apple, pineapple, pittaya, grapefruit, papaya, fresh nuts), yogurt, quark, was really everything there. Coffee, the always quickly newly was poured ( on request asked us the nice ladies also a pot on the table), green tea ( on request with fresh ginger ), milk, choco, tea, juices, partly freshly squeezed ( for example: guavas, delicious), croissants and of course the much loved real! Nutella ( outside in the supermarkets very expensive) We always have lunch at the beach a little something, the offer the half to death (at least it looks for european eyes from) beach vendors is large, from freshly cut chilled fruit until hühnerspießen, fish, corn cobs, sharp papaysalat, everything very tasty and very cheap. So right to the additional costs: we have to 2. with drinks, food, tips and yes, we have also a couple more things purchased (4 t-shirts, 2 short jeans, 1 dress, 1 hat, 3 bikinis, every day in the supermarket one 6. pack 1,5l of water and beer) and in the 16 days 310 € spent.

    The service is unobtrusive, friendly and competent. Whether it's the nice ladies (a gentleman, and the eggs cook not to forget) the baitong restaurant in the morning, the maids, the security, the lifeguard, the gardener or the staff at reception are, all are warm and friendly, will be charged to help, if you had any requests. The cleaning of the rooms is very good, fallen invisible and the room was always ready, if you from the breakfast back. In the evening once again beds made, emptied waste-paper baskets, scented lamps were in the bathroom (very pleasant smell) lit, perfect. The soul of the hotel is the manager, supit, the very personal, without being intrusive, cares for the guests. Rarely such a competent and gästenahen manager experienced. Always friendly, always endeavors, special requests to fulfill. The perfect man in the right place. The foreign language skills are good, a bit of english you should as a guest but can, but of course, if you to Asien travels or you can thai, if this Germany to visit?

    That the umbrellas at the beach old would be, we could not find. Perhaps they are but also short before our arrival had been replaced, they were all new. The cushions comfortable and if you want something at the beach walk along, no matter wether to the right or to the left, then you only noticed, how much effort the employees with the hotel's section soutenant. In comparison with the other hotels the beach section of the bfs as a 6 star hotels. And if you already in the morning once rises in former times and in peace the sunrise has, you know, why that is: because from 6 o'clock is the beach by washed ashore sea-exempt, raked, the loungers depending on flutlage and if then the first guests come, everything is wonderfully clean and in rows can be arranged. The pool is small, but clean, wasn't used by us. One time per week are at the beach tables set up, evening barbecue with show, is very nice his, but absolutely decent, we got in our bungalow nothing was heard from it.

    Very short distance to the airport and as already often described, the absolute peace and privacy in the hotel only through the beautiful reception hall the stairs down and one is in the middle of the lively Chaweng Road, where it really everything. The restaurants at the Chaweng Road are clearly more expensive and worse of the quality as if one apart in the cookshops back on the market eat. More to it in gastronomy. Excursions were offered, but we didn't use it.

The hotel we have because of the many good reviews and are bitterly disappointed. Already on arrival we were shocked when we our room seen. Mold in the bathroom, the room so small as i never in a hotel experienced and worn. Mattresses were ok, that was it but also already. The employees were so fake 'friendly', that it really unpleasant. There was some ' lieblingsgäste', the especially treated. So were strangely at 7 the best squares at the beach from the lifeguards reserved and stayed in the pool area strangely only the guests on the best places, the also ... constantly the expensive altough hotel drinks there were ordered. Unbearable was the so-called 'christmas dinner', which is something we have converted 40 Euro paid. You could because of the unbearably loud singing and moderate on the stage not even in peace food, but because of the bad quality of the dishes anyway no benefit would have been. Unfortunately the food was also cold. To end on a good note was just a picture of us levels and the internet, with an indication of the name and as long as we in the hotel are. We were really happy, when we the week had and move could. Thailand was wonderful, all other hotel really great, but in this rudeness and arrogance not to überbietendes hotel will surely none of us more a foot set. To be sure, some see differently, but i am convinced that about half of the guests in the hotel more than satisfied, if not even annoying is. read more
