Because of the great offer for children, the kindness of the employees and the brilliant atmosphere we were already 4 times in Viva Mallorca and this is not for the last time his. It is for families especially with small children very recommendable. read more

A all together very nice stay in the late season. Although the hotel not anymore fully booked was found all activities occur, and the buffet-offer was so rich and varied as the peak season. Only fly in the ointment: since the season in principle was over, was also the staff already reduced. As very pleasant we found, that it in the pool-area is adjacent to a children's pool, a allgemeien pool also an area with chairs only for adults respectively from 18 years gave. Also the spa area was only starting from 18 years (what the children immediately accepted, unfortunately ... but not all parents). We in any case found this system to be very good and the, although we ourselves 3 children have. read more

Very nice hotel with very good food and service. Great food at the pool bar menu. Cocktails and longdrinks with international spirits (like for instance 43, batida, John super and so on) additional pool from 18 years with large loungers. Very clean. Staff are very friendly especially in the bar. read more

Nice hotel in a peaceful location, especially well suited for families with children to kindergarten. Distance to the beach for regular swim in the sea a bit too far, there was hardly any facilities for bathing from further away from the hotel. At full occupancy and higher temperatures could it in and at the pools tight. Water in the pools was in october colder than in the sea. read more

Everything was really great, we have a great vacation in the Viva Mallorca spent! I work myself in the industry, i am therefore accordingly demanding and 8. much for little things. The hotel consists of separate blocks and therefore seemed not so large, as it actually is. The guests were mainly german and dutch. We had booked all inclusive, what really recommendable is. The staff are very friendly and hard-working, to fulfill every wish. As our son a late pass had, we had only five minutes after our call at the front desk fresh bedding for the baby! read more

    We had an apartment with separate bedroom and kitchenette booked. The room was big enough and also quite clean. But it smelled on the first day a bit of a musty smell and in the bathroom 'stank' sometimes terrible urine (although everything was really clean was cleaned). For cots you have 4 €/ day, it was by the travel agent as free has been confirmed. We have for cots never somewhere pay extra...

    There are more than six stars? The food was really great! In the morning, there was buffet in the main restaurant, with a very wide choice. We always have lunch à la carte in the pool restaurant meals, in the evening there were buffet in the main restaurant, we had seven days five times theme buffet (spanish, seafood, cheese, dessert, etc.). Included in all inclusive were all kinds of drinks, the choice was huge and the quality excellent!

    The service was very good. Everybody was hard, to speak german, otherwise you came with english everywhere. Our complaint about a clogged drain were immediately cared for, after a half hour was the problem repaired. The cleaning of the rooms was ok, but strong depending on the amount of the daily tip. The waiters were everywhere very friendly, especially also to the children.

    The outside area is very nice, the pool area also. But was the water beginning october icy cold, which especially in the children's swimming pool was a bit of a problem. After half an hour had our son (despite air temperature of 25 degrees) blue lips and we had it removed from the fetch water. There goes one better at the sea, that was significantly warmer... Beach chairs and umbrellas were abundant, there are pool cloths against a deposit of 10 €/ piece.

    The hotel is located not right next to the sea, what you when booking already know. The way to the beach you can on foot in less than ten minutes to go, with buggies, towels, etc. Packed. With the way back it goes however uphill... The only thing, that we had to complain about, is however the environment of the hotel. The location within the town is not really nice, the sidewalks are very narrow and sometimes even of garbage cans blocked. Our dwarf (1,5 years) had the way to the sea forced in the buggy to spend, because we mostly over the street had to go.

Altogether we had with our children (5 and 6 years) a nice holiday. Positive: cleanliness and organization the hotel, friendliness of the staff, child care and mini disco in the evening. Negative: location of the hotel and way to the beach (500 meters by the place over several streets), iced water in the pool ( baden in the sea was pleasant) read more

It must not always Robinson his. Nice hotel for comparable moderate conditions. Room hotel and it's facilities very well-kept. Would not all inclusive select, but also times outward to eat, for example at the beach or other excursions. The place however is a catastrophe. Better rent a car and the area explore. read more

Because we the hotel have booked without catering, we have only once the dinner buffet tested, which because of the low variety and taste of the food not recommendable is. The staff seemed very stressed and lots to do, so that a subdued atmosphere created. Total state of the hotel is however very good, the cleaning of the rooms could have been better. read more

Nice hotel with big pool ( not very deep) the constantly supervised. Good room and pleasant volume. Shows etc. Well, bicycles expensive, car rental uncomplicated. Shower room (with earlier check out the departure) has no hair dryer ( possibly stupid situation), but there is a locker for the valuable articles in the trunk ( really helped us out). The small kitchen is for a breakfast ok. The food we have 2 tried. It has a good, tasty quality, is however rather fries-noodle -pizza annoying and boring. And in the dining room it is really loud and noisy! The spa area ... looked good-but we didn't use it. The bed for children consisted of a thick location foam without respect. That was a joke and our only real point of criticism. read more

A great hotel, which we absolutely recommend could. Not free, we have already the second time here staying. The complex is really nice, the food was again unbeatable. A very pleasant and courteous serving staff, also for children there are every day a great program in kids club. It was again a successful vacation overall. read more

    The apartment was very big, very nicely furnished and had a balcony. No complaints here. Only the daily cleaning of the rooms could have been a bit tidier can be.

    The food is in my opinion overrated. It is ok, but not absolutely great in quality and choice. An evaluation wrote even, including Robinson? It is definitely not equates, in between worlds. Recommendable were the à la carte meals by the pool-restaurant. In relation to beverage selection and quality however, i must clearly Viva Mallorca the give preference, so much choice within the all-inclusive service i had never. Restaurant was very clean, unfortunately few places to sit outside.

    The advertised archery and rifle /rifle shooting turned out to be better kinderspielzeugspaß. No professional plant or equipment. The swimming pool was maximum 4 meters 4 metres, a sauna and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately castle it at 18 o'clock, so that you to the beach not more wellness could do. The pool was colder than the sea and wasn't used by us.

    The complex is less than 10 minutes on foot away from the beach only on busy roads is. Overall the typical tourist shops and restaurants, as well as at the beach a waterfront. The beach was itself in the autumn well visited, in the summer it is certainly crowded. You want to more peace, you should walk on the Platja de Muro behind the dunes in 1-2 kilometer distance to evade. There is very nice sandy beach, but neither beach chairs nor sonnenschirmwe available.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The children-entertainment was to a very high standard. The apartment very spacious and there was nothing missing. The beach is however a bit further away ( about, 10 minutes on foot), is open to the public and for chairs and sunscreens you have to pay, that is after our Turkey-vacations a bit hard to get used to, but it is different in Spain. read more

Top family hotel with very friendly staff and large leisure facilities for children and adults. Food with a wide selection for guests and also for the, the their firgur eighth like (what not on vacation;-) because of end of the season a maximum of 1/3 occupancy and thus very calmly. To the beach approximately 500 meters through the town, but quickly reachable. Beach is clean and for children ideal. Rented car in town you could rent (hertz)-uncomplicated and cheap. The only negative would we the soundproofing the room describe. Some small improvements to the hotel ( path) would be ... attached. Perhaps this is the saisonpause planned. We definitely recommend the hotel. read more

For us as older couple was the apartment hotel in spite of the lots of children excellent. The spacious and well-kept complex genially from the hotels in the place. For us was the relaxation pool only for adults from 18 years the highleid. The quality and variety of the food was the best, exactly like the complete service. We had in this complex a great 14-day vacation. read more
