See above. Two weeks on the couch schlafenist never very much easier on a bad back. If we don't go we two bedrooms.

We enjoyed it. Ok, this is a subjective impression, but every day there was a varied buffet. We had several theme buffets including Mexico, Spain, Asien, Seafood... Every day there was Paella, pasta, pizza and fries of course (was our son great). The food wasn't seasoned, but it was on every büfettseite a choice of 12 different spices, as well as various vinegars and oil. The dining room is noisy, but on the terrace it is very pleasant. During the day you have the choice, if you in the cafeteria or à la carte in the dining room from the buffet food.

The staff was very friendly, with german, english and in spanish effort nearly everything went. The room was at 5 of 7 days cleaned and we found it absolutely okay. Unfortunately the mini club starting from 4 years without parents is possible but somewhere, the borders are. The only fault was, the babyreisebett a night 4,-€ extra costs. On the other hand, we knew that before and it was the trafficking not worth it.

The animation is pleasant and not intrusive. There is a board on the tenders and shortly before an announcement. The pools are excellent. A children's swimming pool with pirate ship (40 centimeter deep) and various water slides. A 2. pool with several zones of various water depth (70 centimeter, 90 centimeter and about 110 centimeter) to splash around and play. Then there is still another 3. pool only for adults. This is a bit above the other, and by a hedge and the cafeteria separated. Therefore, it is here very quiet and invites to relax. Problems with with towels occupied loungers we didn't encounter. Internet was in the lobby did not a problem. The mini market we didn't use. (all-inclusive and is quite expensive).

The houses the hotel are set around a large pool area. It is no large concrete hotels, but in each case two-story apartment buildings. Our apartment had a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchenette, and a small private garden in front of of the terrace with sun loungers and umbrella. Our view was to the garden with pine trees and lawn. The whole complex was perfect clean and it was constantly cleaned. We had all-inclusive and were very satisfied. The additional kitchenette was very practically, because hip-glass for our small on Mallorca extremely expensive and we are so with fresh vegetables cook could. With us were many other guests from Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and the Switzerland in the hotel and almost all had children with us.

The hotel is in Can Picafort, in the bay from Alcudia. The distance to the beach are on foot with a buggy and a 3-year-old about 10 minutes (back maybe 15 minutes, because it was uphill). We found that but not problematic is only the road down. The location in the place is rather on the edge, shops are however easily reachable on foot. The typical touristenwochenmarkt is on foot quite far away. In the hotel there is a possibility to rent a car. We had our car in advance for the entire vacation from airport to rent, which in our opinion but not worth it. The hotel offers so much entertainment, that one not at all that many excursions makes (already not at all with small mittagsschläfern ).

We had an apartment with separate bedroom and kitchenette booked. The room was big enough and also quite clean. But it smelled on the first day a bit of a musty smell and in the bathroom 'stank' sometimes terrible urine (although everything was really clean was cleaned). For cots you have 4 €/ day, it was by the travel agent as free has been confirmed. We have for cots never somewhere pay extra...

There are more than six stars? The food was really great! In the morning, there was buffet in the main restaurant, with a very wide choice. We always have lunch à la carte in the pool restaurant meals, in the evening there were buffet in the main restaurant, we had seven days five times theme buffet (spanish, seafood, cheese, dessert, etc.). Included in all inclusive were all kinds of drinks, the choice was huge and the quality excellent!

The service was very good. Everybody was hard, to speak german, otherwise you came with english everywhere. Our complaint about a clogged drain were immediately cared for, after a half hour was the problem repaired. The cleaning of the rooms was ok, but strong depending on the amount of the daily tip. The waiters were everywhere very friendly, especially also to the children.

The outside area is very nice, the pool area also. But was the water beginning october icy cold, which especially in the children's swimming pool was a bit of a problem. After half an hour had our son (despite air temperature of 25 degrees) blue lips and we had it removed from the fetch water. There goes one better at the sea, that was significantly warmer... Beach chairs and umbrellas were abundant, there are pool cloths against a deposit of 10 €/ piece.

Everything was really great, we have a great vacation in the Viva Mallorca spent! I work myself in the industry, i am therefore accordingly demanding and 8. much for little things. The hotel consists of separate blocks and therefore seemed not so large, as it actually is. The guests were mainly german and dutch. We had booked all inclusive, what really recommendable is. The staff are very friendly and hard-working, to fulfill every wish. As our son a late pass had, we had only five minutes after our call at the front desk fresh bedding for the baby!

The hotel is located not right next to the sea, what you when booking already know. The way to the beach you can on foot in less than ten minutes to go, with buggies, towels, etc. Packed. With the way back it goes however uphill... The only thing, that we had to complain about, is however the environment of the hotel. The location within the town is not really nice, the sidewalks are very narrow and sometimes even of garbage cans blocked. Our dwarf (1,5 years) had the way to the sea forced in the buggy to spend, because we mostly over the street had to go.

We had a premium room with private terrace, lounge chairs (unfortunately only two) bathrobes, free safe (5 €deposit) and a small kitchenette. Everything was clean, but smelled very musty particularly the sofa. The relatively large, old tv provided because of a disturbance only ZDF, RTL and satellite. 1 as german programs. On the patio doors were missing outside the handles, moved you from the outside to energetically to, you had the problem not announced, left you on, was the air conditioning not-bad. The duschearmatur was so old, the only a few jets water donated and the other through the whole bathroom squirting or nothing at all anyway. The room cleaning service was good, 5 times the week(a matter of opinion, we had no small children). There were two identical horizontally mounted toilet paper holder, why we could not find out. The sink outside of the bathroom, we found some getting used to. We missed a wardrobe, have been space available. Top the room was very badly soundproofed, the walls seemed thick to be. To the greetings we had a large fruit basket and a bottle of water.

There was a main restaurant and a pool bar(not used) In the restaurant it was at certain times really incredibly noisy (safe also due to the architecture), constantly something fell down, many children wept or walked around (some parents then afterwards) there was but also times where very quiet formal. In spite of the multiplicity of humans there was almost no queues, since it had to the freshly prepared courses two identical büfetteile gave. Drinks were from bottles, well chilled, serves. The food we thought ok, except for a few exceptions always hot. The selection was good, optics and cleanliness.

The staff is very friendly however not exaggerated and fake, we friendly was. Many languages german, some english, some only spanish for us rather attractive than disturbing. There was a doctor the according to the bulletin twice daily present should be. I thought it was great, that there was a washing machine and a dryer (free of charge). We missed two extra pillows and a bathrobe, both were delivered promptly, the tv programme managed the technician however not reestablished.

We were in the summer in the Grupotel Playa de Palma(small, quiet, hardly any children...) And in the first moment a bit frustrated. We are dinner time arrived, the background noise incredibly noisy, everything seemed hectic, everywhere running and screaming children. But already the next morning we have our opinion can change. We had the half board and a premium room booked. The majority of the guests spoke german, there were some dutch families, some guests spoke english. Many families were with grandparents and uncle/aunts, as well as nieces and nephew arrived. The entire area seemed very well-kept, there was lots of plants, the lots of people could well out of the way go. Wireless internet was free however only in the reception area and a few meters furthermore. Towels there were only for a deposit of 10 €per towel, has annoyed me but the hotel is his experiences. When it rains there were for people without their own umbrella leihmodell.

Therefore, we found it very nice far to the beach, but had thank god no toddler and the temperatures were temperate. Nice was the way also not. In walking distance there were two large supermarkets (the Eroski also open on sundays ) in the hotel you will find a small, the is closed on thursdays. Otherwise there was in the beach the typical shops. We did not rent a car, are instead by bus to Alcudia(1,55 Euro) and inca (3,20 Euro) went. It would be but also almost all of the sites included Palma by bus to reach. The there are timetables at the front desk.

The rooms are very spacious and very nice. The furnishing is simple, but okay. It was not broken or agbenutzt. A safe is in the closet available. We have 12,50 Euro the week paid.

There was a main restaurant, and a pool bar on the complex. In the main restaurant, there were breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form. The meals they offered were really always very tasty and very varied. If you didn't find anything here, i, i do not believe more to help. There was so lots of things, the one not at all everything porbieren could. There were different theme evenings, once oriental, then there was the fish, the issue of dessert ' (with chocolate fountain), the issue of cheese (large cheese buffet ) and so on. It was really great. Sometimes it was very loud in the restaurant, which continued to disturb us however not. For tips there was a box from, where as could leave tips. The lunch buffet we only on the day of departure used, otherwise ate we lunch in of the pool bar alla carte '. This is really recommendable the very tasty food and snacks were offered.

The staff is really consistently very friendly and accommodating. Ok, there were 2 waiters in the bar or pool bar were not very friendly, but i can be overlooked. You could very easily communicate in german. The cleaning of the rooms found on 5 days in the week instead, which was completely enough. The room was always cleaned perfectly. There was no cause for complaint. There is a laundry room, which we didn't make use of. On the ground was a great child care. There were a lot of children there. The child care was really the largest trouble. Since we had no complaints, i cannot judge how this is handled.

There were daily several fun things to do for the children offered. There was a large black board on the complex where this lofty could, it was but also hourly through a microphone pointed out. There our son not so small, but we naturally from the kids club not too much. He joined before at water polo and table tennis. The chairs at the beach are not included in the price. You pay 12,00 Euro a day for 2 beach chairs with umbrella. Many vacationers, as we also were with their towels in the sand and for a few Euro an umbrella in the store, in the case of departure gedrosst could dispose of. Was cheaper than these daily to rent. (i believe an umbrella alone cost 4 Euro/daily) Although the hotel occupancy was very good, there was always enough loungers by the pool. We had no problems. There is amongst others also a on 18 pool with beautiful rattanbetten. There is you like on clouds. This area is for the peace which incorporates perfect. Towels for the pool and beach you can in the hotel received. This costs 10 Euro deposit, you return again. The towels could every 2 days in the pool area to be changed.

The Viva Mallorca has 252 apartments and double rooms. The rooms are very spacious and really clean. We had booked all inclusive, what really recommendable is. There were a lot of german and swiss during our travels in the hotel.

The transfer by bus from Palma airport took about 1,5 hours it is of course always depends on how many other hotels to be still started. By car you managed in 45 minutes The distance to the beach was approximately 5 -minute walk. The easily accept. Just the road down and one is already there. The hotel available in 3. row in a residential area. No hotel at the hotel flair. There are plenty of shops and recreation are nearby. We have a very nice pedestrian zone discovered. There you will find stores to shop and plenty of snack possibilities. Can Picafort is a very good starting point for excursions. We have a car rented and on own fist.

The apartments are for families up to 2 children large enough. There was a double bed and quite useful sofa beds, you divide must. More people with the same capacity would not be acceptable. The shower has no door (only one step) and floods easily the whole bathroom if you are not careful. Tv was broken, but minutes after claims repaired. The apartment has a small kitchen (cleanliness and equipment ok ), which we didn't make use of.

There is a bar, and a huge restaurant with sumptuous breakfast and dinner buffet. For us, the only 5 days were on site, the food was really alright and it is also a because of the diversity is not suffering. The restaurant is very clean, and the end of the season are the tables not even half full. Beware, in the evening you have the beverages quite expensive even pay.

The staff is very friendly and reliable. All with whom i have talked to spoke english, almost all very good german. The room was not sterile, but clean (the question is what you expect, it was ok for us). The tv did not work. A short request at the front desk, 10 minutes later, a technician the alright! Pool towels you can borrow, but you have to per item 10 €deposit. Incomprehensible i think, why one for the use of the in-room safes have to pay a fee.

The entertainment or disco came with our kids good. The pool is really clean, but also super cold-the sea was warmer!

Nicely kept hotel, inside as outside. With half board you're well taken care of. Guests were mostly families with smaller children, you should realize itself before, if you are looking for peace. For us (family with two children, 11 and 8 years) absolutely good and reasonable.

You need 10 minutes on foot to the beach, if that's too far, the must something else or a taxi... The beach is relatively clean and now in october quite empty, and one still good in the sea go swimming (air 25 °c, felt 23 °c water)... In the distance to the beach is in the town for my taste for october in the shops still relatively busy. One must have in addition however say that at the time we were there the weather fairly good (badetauglich).
