Very large hotel, unfortunately very outdated and dirty. Wireless internet was only in the 1st basement, guests from turkey, france, holland, germany, england, norway tchechei, russia, poland, just international. All age groups represented, from small children up to seniors. The hotel var so about 25% full. Many bars were already too and closed during our stay. Entertainment was rather bad, if this all action. Cleaning ladies only made the beds, trash can was emptied and towels were changed. Our room was not clean when we arrived and was 1 time vaccumed, there was a dead fly in front of the ... bed and the black hair on the carpet. The balcony was not cleaned, the bathroom also not. Beach toilets regularly without toilet paper, cleaning took place 2 times in a week, however only superficially. Beach bar only had dirty cups, the hand under flowing cold water during the day were cleaned. The breakfast dirty cups with lipstick to, among other things, you could here reports, but it not worth it. Our holiday was nice with hygienic drawbacks. But again i would not go back. The only, what a 5 star hotel was, was the billing for 2 warm tuborg 0.3 on the day of arrival: 10 euro! read hotel review

    Large with flat screen tv, large double bed, sofa, relatively large bath with bathtub but very poor lighting. Put on makeup in the bathroom impossible, read on the room also not possible. Dirty and neglected. The whole in clean and bright could have 4 star, but it is not.

    The bar, the restaurant, was ok. At the beach however food of poor quality: pasta with tomato sauce, hamburgers from the warmhaltebox, wrapped cookies available rolls, gözleme on order but only if the chef goat had, to work. Sometimes there was no ketchup, no mayonnaise, no plates only polystyroldinger, always only plastic knives and forks. Kitchen: dry meat or sharp meat. Salad buffet, dessert buffet, always much fruit, fries, noodles, rice, stewed vegetables. Breakfast with omelet, scrambled eggs, gek. Eggs and english breakfast, but not in the morning at 7, there was not even bread or staff.

With english german mix one got by everywhere. _zimmerreinigung was not, see above, with complaints friendly handled, the implementation is however not to complain: blanket ordered, pillows get, mat ordered, completely new towels got.     Quite isolated. The next village about 5 kilometer özdere, but not more busy was in the evening, after kusadasi 40 kilometer indicated dolmuş, as it was super. Night life in the hotel was not available, airport transfer there 30 minutes, back 40 minutes

A nice large hotel complex, with a large main building, lots of bungalows with large family apartments, we had two large rooms with two double beds and a couch, on which you also still another additional sleep place would have. There was a small balcony with a beautiful sea view. Every day it was cleaned, the cleanliness was quite good. Standard there were only thin blankets, for the oktobernächte, where it sometimes something cooler, are inadequate, on demand there were but immediately thicker comforters. The minibar should re-filled with water every day and once a week with Fanta, Cola, but ... not working, on repeated request was then a -, twice refilled, but you could also bottles of water from the food. The whole area is in a slightly hilly area built, to the beach and back were strenuous, easy out of breath, but you get used to it. The nationalities were mixed, many german, mostly only families with children, russians, few french, dutch, some irish and local, all in all a nice quiet. Internet gave it once in the main building in the lobby, wireless internet access, was not very easy but ok, otherwise one could get from his room with passport number dialing for 1 €per hour, but we didn't use it. read hotel review

    In the main building there is a large restaurant, in which one could have all meals, it was sometimes quite loud, like in a station concourse, but you can also with a nice view outside. The tables were quite quickly cleared away and the staff is always nice and helpful. The food is very varied, there was something different every day, we found it really delicious, the selection of salads was huge and very good. The selection of fruit was very poor, there was only apples, pears and mandarins, from and to plums. On the beach there was a outdoor restaurant, where every day Spaghetti Bolognese, fries, nuggets and hamburgers gave, which were always freshly prepared, really good, drinks were also on the beach. Otherwise there were still 2 or 3 theme restaurants, for which one must announce, but we didn't use it. Evenings there were on two different bars drinks, one can sit inside or outside, there is also almost every evening live music. Later there was also a disco in the house.

    In general, the staff was always very nice and accomodating, most of them spoke a little german, but definitely english. A doctor comes to need in the house. There is a mini-club, where care is, in a building, directly at the children's swimming pool, with many toys and the kids painting can, we were only there once, everything was very dirty, not very inviting.

    The pool area is really nice, there were different pool areas, a quite large above the beach, where one had his peace if you want to, then there is a children's swimming pool with a large pirate ship and many small slides, really great for kids, but the water there was very cold. And then there is the aquapark further back, in the giant chutes is, the really fun, the kids love it. The beach is not so wide, but very nice, sandy beach, the water is wonderfully clear and it actually gives enough deckchairs and umbrellas. Except in the lunch runs all day long music, it is occasionally always times games by the entertainers offered, if you don't want to but you left in peace. archery, beach volleyball, Midget Golf, table tennis or badminton, there are many leisure facilities.

    Hotel is approximately 40 minutes away from the airport Izmir, the next towns, Özdere circa 15 minutes by bus and Kusadasi circa 25 minutes by bus, are not far away, one can for little money with the Dolmuş to go to the market to shopping or the city to look at, saturday is a market in Özdere, not very large but well, and on wednesday is a market in Kusadasi, it was quite large. Excursions could be ship from Özdere make, are also relatively inexpensive, but we didn't done. The Dolmuş bus right in front of the hotel from.

    The rooms were quite largely, the equipment modern. Well the cleanliness you couldn't say much the charwomen have little value put despite tips, which is a shame it is a 5 star hotel...

    The staff was friendly, if you are not turkish speaks it would be good that you speak english as hardly any german spoken. The room cleaning was bad, they just made the bed, although the bed not been changed. Nor it worked with the replenishment of the minibar after several requests daily was once filled up (water & Cola)... The activity staff gave a lot of effort to entertain the guests ☺

    Pool was clean, and beach, there were enough pool chairs and the animation can you get but if you don't fancy that has you could get a different corner find where anything got so size and everything was top ☺ the aquapark was great for small and big, although rather the adults at the slide looked as the children ☺

    Direct beach location, to the next town Özdere circa 5 kilometer, but i had to say that there is not really much was worth seeing. Because we rented a car we drove to Kusadasi and Izmir which totally worth it. On site in the surrounding area you will find nothing only the road which led to the town.

    We had a bungalow room with sea view. Clean and large it was. The cleaning was also perfect. A few signs of wear were available but we didn't bother us. Minibar was available and with Cola, Fanta and water filled. In the 2. week on demand again filled up.

We were this time here for the 2. time in this hotel to visit and were so disappointed, really up to go no more! We had a garden villa booked a room with ocean view and got a room on the ground floor, that musty smell and was dirty. The bathroom had mold in many places and the hose of the shower head was broken. After complaint was eliminated, after 3 days! Risk of tinea pedis and infectious disease with the hygenic conditions.     The condition of the pools was poor, the edges of the pool were broken, the stones fallen off etc. Umbrellas and beach chairs were old and broken. Although there is also something to complain about, we had a lot of fun and would go back. Positive: The beach and the sea are great. For children there was an extra pirates swimming pool and rutschmöglichkeiten for children and adults alike. The entertainment is very good and various. There is throughout the day different activities. The food was very tasty. The mini club offers the whole day activities and is from 10 to 17 o'clock opened. Negative: The club is located on the hillside, so there are lots of hills and stairs, to the restaurant or to the room. ... Specially at the end of the day we were quite flat. Our family room was large but not as clean as i would have liked and it was missing from time to time towels, which we then call bread themselves from have. Came fast but the annoying of course. The restaurant was very big and very noisy. We always sat outside, pleased us better. The mini club was very good however only a pole german. This also applies to the whole hotel. It gives a great many Poland and russians, a few frenchmen, swiss, iranians and locals. Germans were hardly there. The staff could turkish, english and polish. The holidays were perfect. My friend and me didn't expect for the brilliant resting. Everything was made for us with kindness and love. The beach is clean, food is tasty and coctails are necessary. But what was the biggest pleasure for us that animation team was fabulous. They made our holidays more interesting and cheerful. Thanks a lot for their job. Every morning we start with gymnastic and aqua aerobics, than funny game darts/archery and different tournaments, at 5 p.m. it's important go to the Zumba with DJ or step-aerobics. And after all sports activities animation show make your ... evening unforgettable. And finally at the disco you can dance with animators crazy movings. So exactly their job made our mood the best. Especially thanks to DJ's Kayhan and Ömer, and animators Anıl and Yasin. Miss that time was in Onyria. Suppose it was not the last visit at this hotel=) read hotel review

By far our worst hotel of all times! 1. front desk does not have a plan. Wrong room and as we were not alone. 2. minibar only after 5 calls and after 7 hours only refilled. And always again. 3. bathroom looked terrible. Sanitation in the catastrophic condition. Dirty (hair, rust, mold) 4. 1 no towels in the bathroom. After four calls at the front desk and after two hours of waiting period, only reacted. 5. room cleaning: only the most necessary was made 6. self-service without end. Even for drinks in the restaurant you had to stand in line. ... 5 stars? 7. very young staff and some also unfriendly. On turkish insulted for nothing. 8. food: very little to no variation. 9. for an ashtray to find, one had to walk long distances to accept. Etc. Last week, i was in the hotel and i am completely satisfied. Our flight and transfer to the hotel was on time and satisfied. Arrived at the hotel we were warmly welcomed and we might go eating. The buffet was very big and something for everyone. With the shuttler we were in our bungalow room. The pastries into the room!. The room was huge with lcd tv, beautiful bathroom and very well maintained. On the beach, there was plenty of cold, as well as alcoholic beverages. Super clear water. All were very friendly and accommodating. I have a lot of ... negative reviews. Now that i had was there and saw it surprises me about such comments. I can the information was not confirmed, but, on the contrary, i would recommend the resort. And young old with families and children or seniors.! read hotel review

Takeoff in Stuttgart and arrival in Izmir punctual if the weather is nice. Joy large. Holiday is a good start. Unfortunately we were then quickly taught better. The bus to the hotel was ready but the exit To the hotel found only one hour later instead. Arrival at the hotel therefore only 10 minutes before restaurant close. A few remainders still abbekommen. The afternoon coffee with cakes. Cake not but dried cookies. Beach cleansing not available. Conclusion: a beautiful hotel in nice location suitable for a relaxing hotel. In the high season not recommended, as too crowded and staff too little and therefore overstrained! The location of the hotel (beach, sea, view) top! Also the area, although large and spacious (which is not necessarily be negative must), very nice and well maintained. Sufficiently many vesrch. Pools, thus runs it everything was quite good and you can always find a quiet spot there. However if the hotel is booked (for example at the we) then this is not the case! Be careful! Chairs and sunscreens, as well as pool chairs were plentiful and available. Also provided for enough change ... ( bademinton, chess, children's entertainment, Midget Golf.), boring will never. The slides and the ' kleinkinderbadebereich' (pirate ship with many different slides) are really great and for each child, each age a paradise! However roßer point of minus is the catering! Breakfast is really poor! And actually breakfast so simple.! The fresh fruit offer was limited to oranges and apples! Almost not to be believed! The cereals were only pappige, sweet varieties-nothing healthy! The joghurtangebot were greyful-only chemically colorized yogurts, no genuine kinds of fruit must be reduced. The jams were in huge glasschüsseln offered, from the you with ladles somehow try a portion in a minigefäss from unfortuntely. Since the of course only the least, the floor always after a short time this.! But the worst thing was the offer! Here there was only paper sweet ' juices' from the automat (dry concentrates) even strong watered down were unedible. The dinner was ok, selection was okay, could have been be somewhat more diverse must. The lunch in the main restaurant was similar to dinner, but you will a long way from the beach, or there, since one is in the main building to go back. The 'snack lunch' in the beach consisted every day unfortunately only french fries, spaghetti and hamburgers-if you eat healthy for 10 days an absurdity! The staff worked very hard, but fast overtaxed. Only a few speak/understand english. The service was ok, but the tables provide for example only rarely a damp cloth.-) General the cleanliness was ok, but could be much better. Guests-unfortunately very ' ostblockländer'lasstig (Russia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland). Otherwise very mixed (Netherlands, Belgium, de, british.) One notices simply that the area already clearly getting old and here a lot should be done/should. We had, especially thanks to the fantastic weather, a great vacation, would recommend this hotel but no 2 time and therefore not recommend it to anyone! read hotel review

In may 2012 we were already there once and impressed, so we arrived in may 2013 as repeat. And were very dissapointed! Also other guests, also repeat, were horrified. Area great location in a beautiful bay, the hotel on the first glance nice and modern, on the 2. view: one leaves it gradually come down. Toilets in the hotel and at the beach often broken, toilet paper and towels a rarity. Even in the own bathroom is toilet paper rationed. The quality of the food has extremely deteriorated. Everyday the same, hardly selection, only cheap fish from the grill and ... junk food (formfleisch-nuggets). Waiters are totally overburdened; head waiter are idle around. So can you as a guest even somewhere cutlery and covers the table for themselves. You will in the restaurant 3 times per day with wagner music (always the same cd), which is not for comfort contributes. The hotel is now strongly on coach tours (round trip guests), the evening check in and the next morning again leave. Absolute mass treatment without quality and without service. Club noise during the night (extremely noisy) to after 3:00 o'clock - especially in the main building it is very loud, although the rooms there are more expensive than in the bungalows. The management saves where it can, confirm that many from the staff. We would the hotel in any case more recommendable. You should be it on three stars demote. The main building is great! Great facilities, very neat and clean and a very attractive architecture. Our accommodation (garden villa! - number 3950) was in our eyes rather a family room in a 3-story building, so you share the house with 2 other guests and the staircase even with another house. This' villas' are older, not well kept and not the standard, which the pictures made. There is real 'villas', which are called, but with the accommodation description is not to see, which are now the real villas are (presumably vip). The beach is not very long long walks or ... jogging on the beach is non-existent. The seaweed, which daily washed ashore, was not cleared. Great for families with small children is, that you really zig meters far into the sea within walking distance. Otherwise the complex is perfect for families, fantastic pool and in the restaurant enough children seats; even extra toilets for the kids. A very big thank you, and a great compliment, we would like to relaunch in this way the staff at the front desk (unfortunately only 2 german speaking) pronounce. They have have patiently (several times daily), polite and very professional in search of our lost baggage supported. There were a lot of (mostly) guests from Eastern Europe there. Probably the staff speaks therefore rather russian; german only at the front desk. The hotel is very remote. If you are looking for a cozy family vacation to spend would like and mostly on the property to (it is very generous and very beautifully designed), is here surely the perfect holiday. read hotel review

Who looks for recovery, is here completely wrong. The hotel is like a mixture of a bad reastaurant is (much commotion and noise to in the morning 3 hours & bad food & lack of cleanliness) and oktoberfestzelt (young people, which look like hooligans, around the bet drink, day & night chanting through the area, that it had, on his balcony to sit). read hotel review

The hotel was very nice, clean and big. The bungalows are older than rooms in main building, but still clean and comfortable. We had all inclusive and it was very good. Every day there was something new to eat. We were there just before high season so it was nice and peaceful hotel with tourists from Germany. The day we left came lot of Russians and I believe it's not that peaceful with them. read hotel review

Unfortunately, i had to me very often upset. On the first glance everything seems nice. The complex is generous and there is many maintenance possibilities. There are two beaches (a for adults) where only guests is. But. In our room arrived, we had to find out, that sand on the floor was, the mirror smeared and the bath armatures dirty. The mini bar was empty (water and Cola should are available). The hair dryer denied after 1 minutes his service. Before dinner i at the front desk criticized and it should be taken care of. When we returned we had ... fresh towels given but the rest was the same. The bar at the beach made at 17 o'clock to. At 18 o'clock there were in the bungalows only lukewarm water, as water came from saving. Of 4 elevators were 2 in use and quasi the whole hotel had this necessarily have to use, as the main building on 8 floors extends. (beach down, lobby in the middle, room over it) the elevators gnashed also. The walls had some cracks or wallpaper was carelessly on missing bodies rübergeklebt. Only after our tour guide on we got a different room(deluxe suite). The room was great with a magnificent view from the top floor on the beach. Finally warm water also in the evening but it was not vacuumed and the mini bar not also filled up. read hotel review
