The hotel is very central in the center of Augsburg location. Restaurants and shops are on foot easy to reach respectively right around the corner. In the hotel you get very competent and friendly treated. The breakfast is great. I can really recommend the hotel! read more

The employees at the reception is great, we piloted, because our gps was canceled, receipt super, even free car park direct at the entrance. Immediately hints where it was something, great large room, everything perfect as in a 5 star hotel. All are very nice and attentive been, the breakfast buffet... Wow and the service excellent. A pleasant hotel in great location. We felt very good! It started with a nice front desk and a red thread through the entire stay. We were only there for one night, but the has convinced us. At the end there was a breakfast buffet for 10 Euro p. via. , the is unparalleled. Thanks for a great hotel with very dedicated staff. Definitely again! ° read more

We felt in the hotel felt very comfortable (12 persons the ice-hockey game from Düsseldorf). Very nice ambience, very friendly employee, from the front desk to to the hotel management. Very rich and good assorted breakfast. The value for money is very good. We would gladly come again and are definitely recommend this hotel. read more

A nice hotel with attentive staff in a very good location (also for train travellers!). We had a large room on the 4. floor, well equipped with plenty of closet- and ablägefächern, the large breakfast room had a upscale facilities, the service staff deserve special praise as well as the breakfast buffet (special requests were fulfilled), the better could not be. read more

The hotel really is recommendable, price-Achievement are correct and it is centrally located at the options for shopping. Even our bus could directly in front of the hotel guest parking.     The breakfast was relatively expensive with 10 €but it was a lot offered. Here however be careful: some of the food costs extra ( for example scrambled egg, freshly squeezed juice). With the rich offer I needed but not. There was a good teesortiment, fresh fruit salad, bread and rolls, cheese and sausage in varied selection, even tomatoes with mozzarella. A connoisseur breakfast in a very beautiful atmosphere!

The hotel was really very nice and central in the city centre located. All stores and enough restaurants were in just a few minutes easy to reach on foot, or with the tram directly in front of the hotel. Everything was very clean and well presented. Only one negative were the for us too hard mattresses, the US sleeping difficult left, but that is with everyone different. Altogether the hotel you can very good. read more

    The rooms are very small, but they are well maintained. However went the heater not, in spite of the quite cold outside temperature of about 8 degrees. My wife was really cold! However was on the next day the complaint taken serious and remedy insured. If that worked, I can't say, as this is also our day of departure was. The beds are with tight mattresses mistake. Also a mini bar, as well as modern flat screen tv are in the room. In the corridor is an extensive wardrobe.

    The staff at the reception and in the restaurant here is really polite and always make an effort, a the stay so comfortable, as possible and in case of any problems anhilfe to create. The zinmmerpersonal works whereas in my opinion rude and reoriented. Also a greeting is not on their lips.

    There is in the basement a small sauna area, which is so small, that only four, rather two persons you can use, as there are only two relaxing loungers are available. Also too fourth in the small sauna cabinet very narrow. Positive is clearly the kind the sauna world and the prepared aufgusseimer. Everything is very clean. However displeased us, one of the fresh towels moldy black mold respectively. A carafe with water, or a pot of tea would be desirable for sauna guests.

Ideal location. We have a city tour as in between stop south planned. Augsburg old town with sights directly behind the hotel. Parking garage directly next to it. On hot days like end of August would be a air conditioning an advantage. Hotel has kindly a big stand-up fan set up around it reasonably tolerable. Bathroom is very narrow, however for a short stay ok. Breakfast sufficient and tastefully decorated with a homely atmosphere. read more

    Size and facilities reasonable. As described above unfortunately the walls were a bit thin. With temperatures around 30 degrees would be an airco pleasant. The modern flat screen of the tv was unfortunately so dark set, that you could tell. Adjust was not possible.

The hotel lies approximately 5 minutes on foot from the main train station and is very centrally located. At the front desk one was welcomed friendly. The room, in our case A 4 -bed-room, was rather a bit small, but very well maintained and with new furniture. The bathroom was really clean, in terms of size sufficient and really new tiles and mountings equipped. The breakfast room of the hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere and for cleanliness was here conformed. The food and drinks were of a very good quality. The service was extremely polite and accommodating. This hotel ... is for city trips extremely recommendable. read more
