All in the 20 -headed reviewer had wonderful, very clean, well maintained room. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The supper in the half board could generally from two different menus to be selected, but also on special wishes were taken seriously. We felt as a group very probably.     Very nice, clean rooms with great mountain views. Partly completely fresh renovated. Everything necessary included bathrobe, -shoes and beach towel available.

    The käsestube is from the remaining restaurant separated. The bar is stylish, rustic. The new lounge is bright and convenient. The dishes were of high quality and for half-board guests above average. The wine recommendation with selected fine, local wines is excellent. The whole 20 -headed hiking group felt at home. Been paid only once at the end. There could the tips for all employees be paid.

    The staff were very friendly. The hotelier itself built a friendly atmosphere on. Mr and mrs B. were extremely helpful, even in the preparation, as well as in the incredible itself. The waiters was dexterous, friendly and humorous. The cleaning of the rooms worked discreetly, conscientious and clean.

    Montana-crans is a hiking paradise. There are almost unlimited possibilities. We made also more demanding tours. Every day we were 2a 5 hours on foot on the way. The hotelier prints each route than computerkarte from. Very pleasant was, that after the arvena hike the small, but fine wellness area with indoor pool, whirlpool, steam room and sauna could be enjoyed.

    The hotel lies not far from the station of the funiculairs in very peaceful location. In the center of the village from Montana one arrives in 2 minutes. Unfortunately drove only a only mountain railway. It brought us the hotel with its two hotelbusen on the basis of the hikes. We could all planned hikes in different altitudes to do and could have been lots of alternatives given.

The sauna area is combined with the indoor pool-loungers, therefore missing the peace and quiet after a session in the sauna. There should also be quoted, that one in the sauna Naked is, the knowledge apparently people from USA and gigabyte not. read more

We felt from the outset felt at ease. The reception was cordially the info extensive. The room very clean and beautiful. The dinner was excellent and red wine had the right temperature. Since our stay not in the peak season fell and we were on our own on the way were we can have a comprehensive animation not judge and we animation no stress. The hotel has a good location. It has a wonderful hotel on the mountains. We had an apartment booked, this was very clean, spacious and has a kitchen with all necessary utensils inside. We had the half board. The breakfast consisted of a huge buffet, it wasn't missing anything. If you had a request, helped the staff further. The dinner you could choose from the menu or, depending on the day, there was daily menu (for example raclette). It had many families and more somewhat older people. We belong added to the younger generation, however it was for us very ... lots of offers. The hotel is so for all age groups very ideal. For children there was also a games room with various games also here, there was for each kinderalter a game. read more

    The apartment was big and spacious. Very family friendly. There was 3 tv, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, 2 room and a bed in the living room from a closet a bed make can. There was besides nor a big balcony with the most beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment was very clean.

    The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The bar mrs was perfect kind! The food we found very good. It's good value for money. The breakfast buffet was very clean and was again and again refilled. The kitchen had some specialities for example the cordon bleu. Then there was also swiss specialities like raclette, fondue and rösti and valais specialities: valais plate.

    The staff are very friendly. Also the hotel owners are very accommodating and again and again to be met. Foreign languages the staff good. Almost all speak 2-3 or more different languages. The cleaning of the rooms came, always then if we were not there. Great! If you need anything you could the front desk and they helped further. If you ski rented one could first test, afterwards they were to the hotel brought and at the end the week in the hotel again gehollt. The prices are very reasonable.

    The hotel is about 20-30 minutes from the highway (sion) away. The gondola lift takes you around 15 minutes away on foot. There is but also a shuttle bus to the gondola and back to the hotel. Different restaurants and shops are in 2 minutes on foot reachable.

We were now the eighth time in this hotel and gladly again anytime now. at the front desk we are always very nice and friendly welcomes. The lobby area has been in the fall rebuilt and new designed. There is now also a small winter garden. Everything was very nice, bright and friendly designed. for the ski and ski boots there is a extra and for every room/ apartment a extra lockable closet. the car you can go to the hotel garage park. In Crans-Montana who remains, no need car. Everything is on foot or take the free bus to ... reach. to the center from Montana are about 5 minutes on foot. The Gondola about 15 minutes on foot. You can but also to the next bus station walk( about 10 minutes) and then take the free bus. If you want you can take the hotel shuttle (against price) to the gondola ride. Supermarket and baker are about 5 to 10 minutes on foot to reach. the ski pass you can in the hotel and don't need to pay the elevator forever. complaints were quickly, uncomplicated and friendly done. W-LAN is in the entire hotel free of charge available. read more

We were now already for the second time in this beautiful hotel where real hospitality was exceptional. Since we like to sit, we chose a comfortable, spacious apartment-suite with bedroom and living room, two bathrooms and a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Although the hotel was conveniently located in the center, it is located in a very quiet and sunny. The rich breakfast buffet has delicious tasted (the cereal is a dream). The atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and Walliserstübli in the à la carte restaurant were excellent. After hiking, we were happy to be able ... to unwind in the SPA. We were served from the entire staff (and, of course, the patron saint and his wife) very friendly. The food tasted excellent and recommended wines. The sauna and pool area we could use alone and we enjoyed it very much and we were wonderfully relaxed.HCLFHLIn view of the upcoming renovation of the room we were with the more in the tooths furniture satisfied. This hotel stands for relaxation, great willingness to help the hoteliers in the food and drinks, including hiking suggestions for recreation. It was very nice with a great view and very close to public transport, as well as to the centre of Montana. read more

It pleased us! For Schneemangel is nobody. Hiking trail was closed (safety, black ice). Restaurant with a great view. We'll definitely be back as day trippers. read more
