I recommend to anyone tourist recommend this hotel. Here were still the price and the performance. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The complex itself is very well maintained. The restaurant and the three restaurants are recommendable. The many sports on offer, Tennis, soccer, liter archery and so on Just great. read more

Great swimming vacation for people, the peace and quiet search. Very friendly and helpful staff, super service in the restaurant, delicious food. We had a double room in the house number 6. Room, bathroom and balcony rather small, but sufficient. Also we recommend the tam tam tavern/ bar at the beach 5 minutes from the hotel direction Mastichari. Good excursions ( ferry to Bodrum, Turkey). Streets suitable for cycling, good bikes to rent, bike trail in the town Kos. Good bus connections. read more

Beginning October I was with my 3-year old daughter the 2. x this year in the Neptune hotel. As always a relaxing and quiet vacation. After the hotel beginning November for the winter break closes, were first housekeeping-phenomena visible, which for us very positive was: at the beach were less loungers, you had more space and nevertheless was the complete service retrievable. The child care was great again, the German girls took for the very few children time and went well on a. All was the complete staff extremely friendly and was glad, us to see again. Just now in ... the autumn is advisable a vacation, if you while searching for peace is. The staff has time and the hotel is great-well maintained. Only lack was in the first week the state of the room. There I realized: after a change of the maid the better - the problem was personal, shortly before their annual holiday, the nice, however somewhat slow cleaning lady apparently no more desire. read more

The hotel is great well kept and generously in the landscape updated. The rooms in the two story bungalows were quiet and big enough. In spite of the size the hotel it was never too crowded. We booked half board. The breakfast was in buffet form offered, here it came many a time to massenstau. The buffet in the evening was very strange regulated, it consisted of two sides, whereas the left part strange way at: o'clock was closed.     The location is off the beaten path, next bus station 15 minutes. However we are in complex we could have stayed longer. Cannot fail to mention the tam tam, a nice tavern approximately 10 minutes out at the at the beach located.

A great, very well maintained facilities with different plants. Really great ( and never experienced) the large 4 different pools. Such a mass of available loungers, that each his beach chair, no matter how late it is. Beautiful sandy beach and large lawn and hence schattenmöglichkeit, since a sun screen not always two loungers shade warms. Very rich morning and dinner buffet. Every evening event with admirable achievements of the entertainers. You entertained, has but also your peace. read more

The hotel is also big (over 500 room) is however in the style of a village and has therefore somewhat the charm a greek village with small streets and different restaurants and several pools and bars. The guests were gemnischt, German, swiss and austrians. Many families with kidern, which however also not didn't bother me, if you without children on the way was.     The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. It is a lot of storage space for luggage. Unfortunately the kofferablagen a bit tight. The air conditioning regulates ever after set temperature automatuisch and was very silent. The bathroom was also nicely furnished and towels and gear are enough available. A hair dryer is also available. We had a terrace with a view of the pool and there was a clothes line to undress appropriate. Safe and fridge are also available. A kettle hattew ir not.

    There are various restaurants greek, Italian. In the main restaurant there is breakfast and dinner buffet. The selection was always plentifully and it became locals and also international cuisine offered. For children there was a extra buffet. Unfortunately there were many adults however not enough fries, so that this rather of children's buffet it. Small downside is, that one large bottles of wine for the next day zusückstellen can. You with to the room or take small bottles of order. The restaurant was always nicely set and clean. The greek tavern was very typical and also the kaffenio has greek charm gives you. The greek coffee is very recommendable. The drink prices have German level. Tips were gladly accepted, but not what we expected. At the beach there was also bars/ snack bars, we did not use these however.

    The employees are very friendly and attentive and many speak German. The rooms were cleaned daily and new beach towels in the room deposit. Bathrobe and frotteeschuhe are available and also covers and an extra pillow were available. A doctor was in the hotel available and also for kidneranimation is catered for. It will be lots of sporty activities for example aqua Zumba, water aerobics and so on offered. The animation is but not pushy.

    There are several pools. A at the beach, a lap pool, a where it was quiet and in the water aerobics offered. The sporting activities is as already mentioned very big. Some offers like for instance piales there is for a little bit extra (5 €). Loungers are at the pools and at the beach sufficiently available and it is at all sun screens pointed out, that reserve chairs is not desired and it cleared up. I find that very good. Under the trees on the lawn above the beach you can very nice in the shade beach chairs and showers are available at the beach. There is a kidnerclub and evenings in the apollon theater shows, mostly musicals performed or live soccer transfer. The bühnendecos, costumes and dance numbers were very nice, so that it didn't bother us, that the music only by band came. Merely for the chairs in the theater may cushions are offered, otherwise there were a bit uncomfortable and initially can be somewhat chilly.

    The hotel is directly at the beach. This is however not very wide. But also the lawns for sunbathing under the trees is very welcoming and I found it not so cramped. The beach was fine sandy and the into the sea run was without bathing shoe possible. From the hotel you can take the bus for 2.90 e per person comfortable to Kos (city) go. Even if you a car rents are many sights within easy reach, there the island yes not very big and not Z much traffic is. To to the airport it was about 30 minutes, depending on, wieveil hotels still were on the route. Close to the hotel are also a few small taverns and minimarkets.

    Had a normal double room. There was actually nothing to complain about. Bathroom had two sinks which very pleasant was. Otherwise standard. It was also clean. From inexplicable reasons there was only not so often new towels. Normal were always be replaced.

We had a very relaxing beach vacation. Well-kept complex with good Free time- and sporting activities. Good but small fitness center. Lots of large pools, fantastic beach. Food Was also completely reasonable. Only Kos itself offers not really a lot of attractions. Altogether the hotel is recommendable. read more

Always again worth a trip! Great relaxation, very polite staff, great spa area! During this time were lots of small children since, but it has not disturbed at all! Great hotel with 4 pools and very spacious. Beautiful, well-kept complex the night great is lit. Very friendly staff the also mostly speak German. Food is okay. But not Definitely 5 star rating. The prices at the bars are a little high. But apart from that, there was nothing to fault. read more

Ideal for a relaxing beach vacation. The area is wonderful laid out. In spite of the size, it is absolutely quiet! Only in the dining room at the buffet one sees as lots of people here have a vacation. Great, that you always in the open food, if you want. The Burffet is very varied - he who has something to complain about is, the criticism on a very high level. The staff are from the cleaners to to the front desk very friendly and helpful. The chairs and screens are in very good condition - also abundant. Great that ... you in any case a free space - no matter wether at the beach, in the shady lawn in front of the beach or at the swimming pools - finds. The sporting activities is varied-we have although it is only the water aerobics and the Sunsetgymnastik participated-but the sport facilities are - like everything else also in this hotel - great! That was certainly not our last vacation in this hotel! read more

Really I was excited: the successful concept of the whole area. From the well-kept beach one of the very well maintained pools ( without to reserve chairs) was always possible without a problem. Very well maintained outdoor area, wonderful pool with a view of the sea, nice evening agenda ( mainly musicals ), good food. Less enthusiastic me: the special noisy room ( they believe that their next-door neighbor is in the room and speak with you ), lots of small children (which I don't mind if it is not next door and cry) more older and shabby decor ( ... for example bathroom), and especially it disturbed me an experience during dinner where employees the new tablecloth on the floor and you nevertheless the table has concealed. ( for a five-star hotel ( also in Greece) not acceptable), which I still missed are details as-if a vase in the bathroom is one could times also a Blume which has been removed. All together however a good hotel ideal for a beach vacation suited. read more

The hotel complex is far laminar and very well maintained. You will find at every way a board where you can enjoy the clear position to say, for erstbesucher also very important, since one pushed otherwise get lost. Everyday the rooms were from a nice cleaning lady, the surprisingly well German spoke thoroughly cleaned. The average age was at about 45 years upwards. For vacationers the relax and deenergize would like ideally! read more

    Since we already often in the Horizon beach Resort on Kos and therefore a comparison the greek hotel kitchen have, I wish to address the issue gastronomy not say much. The main courses were ok, however the range of desserts very small and not really good. You can with the Horizon beach really not comparisons. ( believe, that is hard to beat)

    The check in was very efficient and we were kind of the ladies at the reception the very good German welcome. Our suitcase was directly on our room brought. Since we were already rather early (about 9 hours) arrived and after a long check in, of course, already hungry were, we on the way Dining room for breakfast. We were however immediately by a waiter 'invade'. This just wanted to know how our room number is, as there is no Word of German spoke he came with a note again, on our behalf, note had. So fast we could not at all look, he came with the bill where he US 2 times breakfast issued (€22, -) had again, although we the breakfast buffet yet not at all had seen. We were very disappointed! The us would someone have to say! The restaurant manager wanted on our complaint not at all and smiled the 'incident' only way. From this time we were from the seated at our ignored. The crowning was however, when we during dinner a table took For 4 people was covered. The waiter ( a older mr) was hopping mad to us and asked us, if we easily only 2 and why we are on this table for 4 people planting. 85% of all tables were for 4 persons covered and always only 2 persons manned. Unfortunately do I need a doctor, the no word spoke German, even though my friend spoke English very well, it was really a battle with the doctor. To about 1 hour I got a syringe. For once I was already 105 Euro poorer and the adverse reactions came to the fore.
