Hotel ENSO ^{(4 stars)}

We were 3 adults persons and booked through spar with-travel! The rooms, the food, the cleaning of the rooms 1 ste great. Only the service at the reception were not happy with. We had everything panhandle which in the price in seized was. For example certificate 15 Euro, certificate sparkling wine, certificate entry in the thermal spring part the front desk not unsolicited issued. We had around all requests and then they were things again and again wrong issued. The ladies at the reception seemed very arrogant and conceited. Very unfriendly staff! read more

The hotel is really new and therefore in very good condition. The rooms are very modern decorated and you feel very at ease. Room and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast is attractively prepared and leaves nothing to the imagination. The japanese restaurant is very recommendable. All great - we will be back. read more

The hotel is for individuals very good. In the bathroom you had to because of the sliding door already know well. The japanese restaurant is very good quality, the dishes in the Italian bar rather -well. read more

The Enso was perfect reasonable even with children. The quality the breakfast (pastries) and the breakfast room ( location in a not really unappealing Japanese restaurant) were not of good quality and atmospher read more

Really new hotel, unfortunately the rooms are quite small exactly like the bathroom. The furnishing is oK but unfortunately no mini bar in the room. Wi-Fi is subject to a charge. The sauna and fitness room is completely okay. The breakfast buffet is varied. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel a Japanese and a bar where it also Italian food returns, but both not visited. The hotel itself lies around 20 minutes away on foot from the city center way. read more

Central location in the city center directly next to the Saturn arena. Was due to a business trip there and would this hotel book immediately again. The room with bath and shower was large enough, however I have nowhere a hook for the towels found. The fitness room and sauna on the sixth floor was class and with great view over the town. The hotel lies exactly opposite the Saturn arena. It is very new and super nice. Young and friendly staff. the rooms are rather small, unfortunately there was no mini bar and no other drinks in the room. The towel rack in the bathroom was missing to me also. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the Japanese restaurant is very recommendable. read more

The hotel is new and claims to be four star, which was surprising. The furnishing of the hotel and the rooms are rather basic motel character. The furnishings are modern, but a very cheap impression, without any comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are very small and the usual four stars standard, while: No free wireless LAN in the room No mini bark a bottle, not even a water glass No room service, no Towel rack in the Schminkspiegelkein Badungemütliche, rigid blankets all in all the hotel is a Übernachtungsburg, a lower price in should be established. read more
