Breakfast is the best in South Tyrol, starting with poached egg with spinach and truffles.
All treats from parma ham until almlachs absolutely brilliant, the evening dinner very large excellent.
Attentive, very friendly, humorous service, the identifies the whole environment of the hotel Fragsburg. Everything, the has not been assessed, had we didn't have time didn't use it, since climbing and lädeli look was announced. ( shopping paradise Meran and Bolzano)

We had a very pleasant stay in the wonderfully located hotel.
The location was impressive. A breathtaking view of the merano valley has every day enchanted.
The house is well run. The service, the attention and the hospitality is very accommodating.
We felt from the arrival until the departure very, very comfortable.
The kitchen is unique! The chef understands it with its team the traditional south tyrolean kitchen with international kitchens in the most creative way to connect.
He creates dishes with fine cuisine and hearty claim.
The days on hotel Castel Fragsburg for us a successful mixture of more ... devoted guest service, very good hotel and excellent kitchen.
Such symbiosis of great properties we have in other hotels this category already long not more experienced. read more

We were as a family with 7 persons guests. The reception was so warm, as if we already before once a guest would have been. Our rooms were already finished and we could immediately be changed. The subsequent welcome drink on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the valley & courteous service was a very nice Prelude. The hours until for dinner we spend in a well-kept, park similar garden by the pool, which in the middle of of apple-and weingplantagen is located. The 6 course dinner was just indescribable. Creativity & the love for the freshest products meet ... here on a wonderful ambience & A service( thank you Thomas) the is unparalleled. The menu can in any case after private taste through individual courses from the card supplements & own gusto be. There of the service met in any case matching taste of the individual menu consequences. If you wanted a short break between the hallways it was without further made possible. Briefly said: it was a dreamlike stay with a menu& a breakfast, which in our opinion has no equal. Next to the magnificent kitchen carry amazing service and the comfortable atmosphere with kind details help, that you just all around feel welcome. We will gladly come again and can it all warmly recommend! read more

It was an all-around perfect stay on the Fragsburg. Very attentive and extremely friendly staff in all areas of the hotel, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of! The food was wonderful - both the breakfast as well as in the special the dinner - unique kitchen! The location of the hotel with the wonderful views of Meran and the surrounding mountains is breathtaking. The Fragsburg is a place perfect place to relax at the gladly again returns! read more

In this hotel you feel from the first to the last moment like at home. The location - high above Meran - is wonderful: the hustle, the traffic, the hecticness, everything in the valley behind. All of the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, the kitchen excellent. The garden, the pool, everything was very beautifully designed.
Only small criticism: the internet should on the rooms better functioning.
We would come back any time in this wonderful hotel go. read more

Castel Fragsburg is the perfect location for a romantic weekend. Who excellent food loves, but comfortable atmosphere instead of stiff waiters is in the right place here. The former hunting lodge is set high over Meran with a spetaklurären unforgettable view.
The furnishing and the whole atmosphere fits perfectly to the environment. The hotesl over the hill is a unique experience.
Star chef Luis haller prepareth not only afternoons and evenings a feast for the tastebuds, but left the day with a star -breakfast start.
The service and the complete staff is very friendly and unobtrusive.
The rooms are suitable in the hunting lodge style very nicely furnished and really clean.
Due to the a few room runs only very good and pleasant guests in the hotel ... and restaurant.
The whole atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant and it is true of every detail.
We have our stay, as well as the dinner enjoyed and felt very, very comfortable.

We felt very much at ease in Castel Fragsburg and will certainly return to Meran go. From a personal welcome and monitoring to the room, as well as the great drink up at the end, as for the return trip bottled water for the journey ready were, everything was right.
