Nice hotel, the basically all offers, what you expect from a hotel in this category. The international audience composed of tourists and businessmen together. If you once in the winding house navigate your way round, you will find so quite everything, which the stay 'rund' power. Of the underground garage (15,- €) to the spa everything well durchdacht and very tidy. Enjoyable the very reasonable prices for the mini bar (at least based on the hotel category) and the fact, that there were also at the special price of 99, -€ the single room nice and wi-fi and breakfast ... were included. I am sure everything still somehow a bit better, however for this price there are definitely the full marks! read more

    I occupied single room was a bit winding, but quite large. The furnishing is also here upscale and it would be futile to list, that from minibar to safe, of course everything available is, which one in this category with good reason expected. The bathroom is comparatively large, as well as the the room's balcony. The bed is cozy and the temperature of the room good. The view of a side street was not great, but it was quiet and you could with the window open sleep well. The wifi (included in the price) worked well and the beverages from the minibar were pleasing and cheap in the price. Nice is the reference to the generous selection of different pillows. Overall a very tidy room.

    It was only in the hotel breakfast. The breakfast however was very good. The variety at the buffet was ample and the food qualitatively very high-quality. The tea was brought to the table and the drinks choice of sparkling wine until freshly squeezed orange juice extremely rich. Nice selection of cheese, fish and sausage. Excellent scrambled eggs and a far furthermore catchy selection of hot food, as well as fruit, cereal, etc. Although i the last for breakfast came was everything available, including a selection of serious daily newspapers. If you complained at the another breakfast than i! The great service i mentioned. The bar looked very good too, i however also not visited.

    The welcoming at the reception was professionally polite and a little bland, but absolutely was okay. %blank% in the spa, as even at breakfast very friendly staff. Emphasized should be the extremely sovereign handling of the breakfast service staff with the mishap an older lady, a vase umwarf and table, chair and floor flooded. Immediately took the two waiters the microscopic water stains on the mantle of lady and insured this, that the rest of the (much bigger) chaos not a problem at all represented. While i in other hotels as already quite sad scenes attend had, was humane very kind and nice with the guests handled. Also the condition of the room was spotless.

    The very nice large spa i used extensively. Several saunas with attached showers, relaxation areas etc. The ambience could be malicious than a little tackily designate. Here is the rosenidee to the border of sensory overload without fail have been. This is certainly a matter of taste. However was also here everything very high-quality and elaborately decorated and, what is most important - very clean. The pool no olympic extent, is but very nice lit and there were numerous alcoves for relaxing. Definitely a the best spa area, which i in a hotel have ever seen. A small but well-equipped gym (life fitness equipment) with good room conditions gives it also.

Our stay was marred. 1. our room stank after cigarette smoke, even though we a no-smoking room gebent had. The breakfast in the adjacent building was ok, however very sterile the atmosphere. No music, no advent season feeling. Conclusion: that we already better met. read more

Large and spacious, but still good visible and signposted. The lobby is nice and bright, but it is right in the restaurant on, which both when checking out, as well as with the breakfast always a certain noise level entails.     The room was small and, although bright and simple, made it not really a luxuriösen impression. In the bathroom was the shower wall too short, that means after showering the floor was very wet. For 2 people was only 1 soap, shower gel etc. And the only shampoo bottles was broken and almost empty. In the morning were all the wooden furniture with a staubschicht, probably the bed sheets had formed... There was a nespresso machine, but i think in a star hotel not appropriate, per capsule 1 Euro to redeem-so what should really part of the luxurious services are.

    Restaurants we had so far not used. The breakfast was hearty, but not exceptional. There are too few squares in the restaurant, and, although we in the week rather late for breakfast went (i. e. all businessmen were already way), it took a while, until our empty table covered.

    The staff were friendly, it is in the hallways greeted. The receptionist at the spa was a detailed guidance and explanations on the various areas. Cons: we had a online portal booked, but our reservation was not available on the way there. No turndown service, no 'goodnight sweety', no welcome for a 5 star hotel actually unusual is not acceptable.

Very attractive ambience, very friendly employees ( only when I sweat from a bike ride back, looked somewhat 'from above' at. The majority of the guests are very upscale dressed.) breakfast excellent. Garage comfortable and spacious, large cars suited. Potential of improvement: curtains do not lead to 100% obscuration. Shower gel you can take wet Fingers not unscrew, bedside lamp was too dark to in bed read. Positive: very moderate mini bar-price. Beer for example 1.50 Euro. In short: will gladly come back. read more

I was on a weekend with my mum for spa pleasure in the Hotel Rosenpark. The hotel itself, as well as also the spa treatments were top. It is recommended however the by appointment to book, if you the hotel bay. We had the half board, although I the next time only with breakfast would book. The breakfast itself was top notch. It was missing to really nothing except for a little more space. That's why it makes sense, a bit earlier to have breakfast. The dinner was however without words. The service on the first evening left very much ... to desire. Despite adequate space us definitely not the best table assigned. On 2. evening he was not much better. The quality the menu was all other as you in a five star hotel might expect. I had even then the whole week with a lot of stomach problems to fight, what I still never happened. About the taste I like nothing letter, because the chef was either amorous or just his handicraft not understood. read more

    the room was OK. Very comfortable beds, free skynational league matchesReception, fruit and water to welcome, as well as a voucher for a soft drink. Wi-Fi however not included in the price and a thick layer of dust on the wood of bed, as well as on the wooden baseboard at the bathroom door. Dust was here definitely already longer not more swept. It's a pity for a five star superior hotel.

    for dinner we were various proposals for the 3-course menu submitted. Unfortunately, none met our expectations, so we (Chateau Briand) the main course from the menu ordered. Unfortunately, we had to 2 hours on the main course wait. The restaurant was apart from the last space occupied. The waiters nevertheless very friendly. The meat unfortunately was not so prepared as ordered, from the waiters to the kitchen vice versa. 2 minutes later we were given the same meat, this time on the plate prepared for however cold. The dessert (creme brulee) was also not a five star hotel. Our complaint was note of taken, however no remedied or alternative offered at the hotel. Breakfast were also all the seats occupied, so that a ' Notfrühstück ' was far less variety. The coffee had such an unpleasant odor, that we could not enjoy it. The staff were because of the atmosphere and the furnishings a bit overburdened and partly also unfriendly. Refill food were not more filled. Very disappointing for such a hotel proudly, especially in the prices!

    at reception we were very friendly served. The page drove our car in the underground car park (at TUI free of charge) and luggage on our roomin the breakfast because of the large crowd we had the impression, that the staff a bit overburdened and therefore not always friendly to the guests.

    at short notice were unfortunately no appointments in the beauty space. The wellness area very attractive and clean, very inviting different saunas, beautiful bar, one of the most beautiful spa areas, we have met have.     The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, however very centrally located and only a few minutes from the beautiful old town Marburg away. A very beautiful town on the Lahn with many sights.

firstly the positive: - we had a well-equipped large room with a view of the Lahn location (please note: if the constant sound of the water mind, should a room facing the other Select Page) with beautiful large shower bath and small kitchen in a separate room. -Attractive and clean pool/ sauna area with smaller number of relaxing loungers (no diving pool, no parole). - kitchen: all in all very tasty, decorative prepared and friendly restaurant staff well served. Now the not so good experiences: Upon arrival we were no choice Help with the luggage offered, also was missing a ... clue on this incident at this stage an elevator, so that we had a little difficulty, the luggage the stairs high occur. The approximate direction our room was us but communicated. in the run-up to our planned stay we were also asked in writing, the whole arrangement at least 4 weeks before arrival pay! By bank transfer or by credit card. So not only the reference to a credit card number as safety, which is generally often, no, the full invoice price was also in advance charged. so this is our reservations/bookings have never had that happen before. A deposit is desired, OK, you can accept that, but that the services should be paid in advance, otherwise Cancellation of booking, that was in a 5 star hotel completely inappropriate hotel referred to. The normal void rule certainly extremely enough. You have to wonder, which clientele otherwise stay there and what bad experiences this approach is based? So we found for example 1 nachgeordertes glass red wine (0.1 liter) with 20 euros on the bill again. on our complaint, we got the smug smiling Answer, we would have changes so accepted. I had however in total, the stay forward geganen correspondence-always on the original offer, and also the 4 weeks before fee required specifically for this offer done! the coffee, the one with a NESPRESSO machine in the room with capsules can cook your own, is 1 euro invoiced. That is ridiculous, in the calculation of logis and is therefore in my opinion a 5 star hotel unworthy, the good- night greeting on the pillows it was only on the day of arrival (is also better for the figure!). at check out we were not asked, whether we liked it, or that you look forward to us maybe once again welcome you. Nothing of the sort. Oh well. If you wanted to hear the answer not. in short: as a 4 * hotel okay, service or professionalism in with drawbacks live. Because that is what is missing unfortunately in many areas. There are beautiful other houses, which we also from this reasons the future will be. read more

    the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the cleaning of the rooms clearly too early (before 09:00 A. M....), apart from that but OK! If you want something. Longer sleep in would like, should definitely not the'please do not stören' sign forget! The towels even several times daily exchanged, eco-system( towels on the floor or similar) there was unfortunately not. Shut-down-service-so don't be, if evenings the light in the room burns if one comes home ☺

Had a double room booked and got a apartment with 1 bedrooms, kitchen, Living, dining area, massive bathroom, balcony with a view of the Lahn, all great clean and well maintained. Breakfast had everything you required, the evening at the bar and in the ' Zwirbelstube ' was perfect pleasant! Great location, a few minutes walk to the city center complete the positive Picture from. read more

A consistently positive stay I had in the villa Vita during my einwöchtigen business trip. The staff were very nice, the rooms and restaurants and bars near the hotel in size and price the benefits as well. All important one finds nearby for a consistently good and peaceful location. read more

the rooms are huge part even with kitchen and walk-in closet. Unfortunately stuck on the inside of the bedspread plaster. Shower gel etc. were the five days filled up. Otherwise very nice and large hotel, but there is a lack of parking garage! The breakfast buffet is very large and diverse -simply top! However therefor the lunch and supper were not so great, the meat was often too raw/rare and also still coldly. This should happen in a 5 * hotel not three times in succession. read more

We had a week at the Vila Vita wellness-booked, which was recommended in the travel agency. The welcome was more than friendly and courteous. We were pampered and spoiled.
