I can only recommend not to go to this hotel! The staff only spoke arabic and french. Thus one can inform oneself only on french communicate. The food was awful. Salt the not know. No large selection, the buffet was repetitive. Us money and valuables stolen from my room! And help wanted to give us the manager isn't. They were rude. There were only italian guests in the hotel. All activities were in italian. One had the feeling as if we were in Italy. We booked through Holiday check booked TUI travel. Organisation is very bad. It has almost nothing ... worked and when we had problems were their representatives in Tunisia not helpful. conclusion: don't let your fingers away from this hotel! read hotel review

The hotel offers a spacious area. Unfortunately is the building very winding and it took me experience the requested locations to find. While we were there the hotel was hardly occupied. We had when booking on the other, yadis hotel (yadis imperial) and the invoice not further examined. The imperial was as bookable available, but was generally not ready. The offer 'imperial' was already for years on the internet, although it was not ready. read hotel review

    We had all-inclusive and the presentation, the food and the atmosphere disappointed. For a 5 star hotel just unacceptable. There were tellergerichte, the often only by hungergefühle verzehrt to become could. The hardness was however, that the waiters during the meal also served and chewing in corners digging. We are used to give tips and the nor even some waiters. Only on our last days the kitchen and the offer was better. The dining room was open, and we did not more in a art basement cramped food.

    Service is here a foreign word. It was missing information and the staff seemed overstrained and not motivated. We don't know anything from Tunisia. Complaints were lack of language skills hardly implemented. The problem was the management, not only reluctantly, but inability.

    The free time activities we had to ourselves. The hotel you could not swim, since paint abgekrazt was, then swam in the pool. The chairs and covers were plentiful and good.     The transit time is ok, but otherwise the hotel lies very a long way from the beach. There was also along the road steep for a new smelly drain dug. Additionaly there was a large new building on the beach. Noise without end. In the beach bar cavorted drunken men in dark suits with a lot of shouting. The hotel beach was dismal and not condusive to relaxation. Altogether everything was very dubious to sexangeboten.

    Always very clean, no dirt or mold, the mini bar was in all-inclusive and was refilled daily. Unfortunately the rooms have gotten old, just worn.

    At the time of our trip, february 2013, was the large restaurant not open because it is still not so lots of guests were present. The breakfast and dinner was in a nebenrestaurant serves. The restaurant presents very clean and perfect condition. Dinner à la carte with a choice of at least 4 main courses, plenty of salads, appetizers and desserts, will constantly be refilled. The same picture to lunch, perfect. For breakfast freshly squeezed orange juice as much one would like, these crepes-omelet-fried eggs. Always fresh Baguette and even dark bread. Fruit was plenty for breakfast and in the evening available.

    The staff is very friendly, it is also speak german. We had a problem with of the toilet-flushing, but we didn't complained, but our maid reported and immediately carried out. The only negative was, i wanted to in the hotel a 100 €light only 50 €in dinar changed, was unfortunately not possible, since in the spot no 50 €were. As i end wanted to change were 100 €already too much in tnd.

    Due to the few guests was the entertainment rare, golf course nearby. But there are better golf courses in Tunisia. The greens were partly brown and hard. The fairways stained. Short ways between holes. The place consists of 3 times 9 holes, la mer, les palmiers and les acacias. The most beautiful la mer (3 holes directly at the sea) and les palmiers. Les acacias is the greenest, but the 2012 rebuilt and holes changed, partly are therefore voting the lochtafeln not more and gps can one forget. On the other two functions the gps perfect the trains are the gps data. In the evening was always live music at the bar, will the like, very pleasant.

    The hotel is in the middle of a large area is very well-kept. The way to the street is short, the way to the beach further, forgotten one may do nothing, you will have a long walk back and forth. If one golfer as we are, it is the shortest way to the golf course. The next 'shopping center' is on foot approximately 10 minutes away. Otherwise only hotels in in the area.

Good, generous built hotel in a beautiful location. Only point of criticism, the completely excessive wine prices starting from 35000 Dinar upwards. Besides was I twice a more expensive wine imposed than ordered (48.000 Dinar!). Of the staff is Sähr friendly, but often misinformed where everything is. The hotel is under tunisian management, what you find everywhere can tell. Everything is not so exactly taken (cleanliness, food, animation offer) The hotel seemed to me, as if it is still a little squeezed out is, before it sold, just nothing more large invest. Everything has gotten old. The chairs in the restaurant are broken, the dishes were dirty. The garden carelessly. The way to the beach displays lapsed from better times of the hotel. Very quiet complex, somewhat complicated but you can without a sat-nav navigate, The buffet could be better especially for the eye, (the was our least favorite) Friendliness of the staff is top, as well as the willingness to help, Also outside of the complex you had no anxiety, French knowledge would be an advantage, but you can also with German and the hands to navigate. After much excitement at the start our vacation we have wonderful days the yadis spent, the somewhat outdated hotel is very pleasant and perfectly adequate for a beach vacation. The offer the beach bar is a bit poor, but the waiters with your friendliness again good. Mornings the staff is still very sleepy. Should read, for breakfast you have but the one or the other time a cup of itself or behind a coffee walk. Old hotel reasonably is kept clean. The age of the hotel one sees everywhere, wether in the entrance area and in the restaurant the Außenbereichs the tiles on the ground or in the bathroom or chipped paint on the balcony, but it is comparable kept clean respectively is often painted, during our stay was about 90% French. Animation ran too many in French language. One of the 4 entertainers could speak German otherwise only French. The food was varied and after our, and not only to our taste very good. Very large hotel, somewhat complicated, but very clean. It is much clean and also against vermin catered for! We had all-inclusive and you can not any more be. There is the whole day, no matter, wether at the pool or at the beach or in the restaurant eating and drinking ad nauseam and for any taste! If you something to moan about has, should be better stay at home. There are too many french guests, but also plenty of German in various age groups.     Had a executive -room with a view of the sea and were very satisfied. The mini bar ( included) was every day freshly filled, there were also every day small sweets to the room, fruit, muffins, schokolierte fruit and so on! Safe was also in the room and included!

    Ger entire gastronomic area was top! Massive selection... In the morning, afternoons and evenings. Evenings always with various issues such as international, mediterranean, tunisian, fish and gala... Again and again great! There are also 2 other restaurants, but the you need not really, the in the main restaurant is the variety much bigger. The waiters are just angelic, from time to time a small tip, you're almost a vip guest! The atmosphere on the terrace is very nice and romantic.

    The staff is definitely friendly and accommodating, are always tried, to organize everything and a right to make. The cleaning ladies were very clean and for a small weekly give a tip it still every day a small, pretty work on the bed in verschieenen forms.     It is about 200 meters to the beach by the hotel complex, what not a problem at all represents... Small walk. Next town was midoun, about 6 kilometer, costs with the taxi 1.30 Euro, after houmt souk (capital) 25 to 30 kilometer, the taxi costs 3,50 Euro! There are plenty of stores with fixed prices and have twice weekly bazaars, where action should. In the hotel itself is plenty of entertainment and animation day-us evenings available. No matter wether sport, dance or karaoke, as well as tunisian entertainment, as well as for the night owls a disco! Excursions you can everywhere book, for example horse riding, buggy & quad tours, island tours!

Very friendly staff and good hotel. One of the more beautiful beaches in this bay, better said for this hotel, with the other it looked not so great from. The food was varied and always in 4 languages written down. read hotel review

Beautiful holidays with good service and very friendly staff ( after a tip, even with a handshake to welcome!) in restaurants and bars. The hotel is outdated, and should next be renovated. Cleanliness reasonable, in the toilets at the pool is the whole day a Putzequipe before place!. Unfortunately is the way to the beach quite long. The beach is clean and monitoring (because of the flying vendors). read hotel review

Had the yadis Imperial booked. (8. times in Djerba) Because the hotel not finished yet was, we were moved. Coupon for excursions and exclusive room as compensation. The beach is 500 to 550 meters away and small. For the hotel much too few loungers. The sauna stands without Sichttrennung directly in the indoor pool. Gas food was a disappointment for us. (we know Tunisian food!) Hotel guests were 95% French. Hotel complex, rooms and pool area are against very nice. The animation is friendly in the background. Beautiful Dance. A recommendation is very difficult to. The hotel is very nice. ... However we felt very uneasy. Whom the distance to the beach don't mind, will be quite satisfied. read hotel review

We have first another hotel booked, but were transferred, as the first hotel allegedly at this time was closed. We have three vouchers and a room with a view of the sea. The first night we have however in a cheap room, in the strong urine smell has spent. On the next day we have with the travel guide complained and then got an other room, we were satisfied. The service in restaurants is marriage bad. All expect tip and will do nothing. We have several times for breakfast and lunch our table must. The waiters do time. The food ... was OK, but nothing special. Otherwise us that fruit missing. Within of 7 days we only watermelons, melons and immature peaches seen. The hotel is definitely not a five star hotel. read hotel review

We were the years before in the Djerba Plaza, the yadis Imperial and as this has not yet been completed, we were this hotel transferred. Was not five star hotel. read hotel review

We have peace and relaxation looked for and found. In the hotel there was a pleasant atmosphere; the staff were efficient, conscientious and very friendly. The nature of the hotel room leaves however to desire. Defective castles in the inner doors ( bathroom, balcony), ripped tiles in all areas, abgeplatzter cleaner. The hotel is clearly ' ageing' this is not a five stars standard. read hotel review

We were 1 week since. On arrival we were given not against price booked executive rooms. On other morning we could then dislozieren, wherein the room the same was, but a bit closer at the front desk. The sea is barely visible (covert shallow by palm trees). It fit some not, which fridge ran constantly water on the floor (danger of slipping) and defect lamps were not changed. At the first contact with a handrail above the bath tub the handle came with the plug from the wall. The balconies are very, very small. If you want a sunny room ... would, should not to this hotel. The food is not bad, but poor presented. The waiters are nice, probably however never a table right ceilings learned. Maximum three stars. read hotel review

for a week as a single person to the unhitch, all inclusive hotel was very empty, usually French guests. food was brilliant, always fresh, appetizing, extremely delicious with a huge wide choice. Extra restaurant not tested since the buffet extremely good. not everything is all inclusive, but that didn't bother me, since the all inclusive enough available is. Free Wi-Fi at the front desk, Skype goes, very good! I have good relaxed and delicious eaten. The hotel is embarrassingly cleanly, the Thallaso area very nice but expensive. There are cheaper (50%)deals nearby which was very good and clean. read hotel review

In whole it was a great vacation. At the time were many French, also a few German. You can go on excursions in other places. The beach in super our son didn't want more out of the water. (16 months it is age). This was our first families trip and great. read hotel review
