My first impression of the building was: wow Huge pool (but then constantly through the diving school been occupied) beautiful terraced garden (with a really steep passages therein) But there were also the rooms, and there was a the was gross General ladies toilet was a day renovated, the next day worked the conditioner not (and the water shortage on the whole island - it was in every bathroom in writing made!) read more

    Disaster! To 100 percent worn Light, tv and internet didn't work Shared toilet which is not blockable is! And constantly the shower leaked has (from wassersparen from the hotel so no speech!) Also the garbage disposal § down (for the toilet paper) were not always available With a sentence: we were in a cheap dosshouse one is not bad repealed

    Our room was equipped with 2 ceiling lamps and tv... Of which worked only a lamp (also the wi-fi didn't work!) After 4 times fruitless at the front desk had complained, we gave up! Not even when paying the bill one was treated friendly

    Both pools we could didn't use, since both permantent with tauchschülern occupied are... At the front desk the diving school, wirdman as in the factory faced, additionaly without a satisfactory response (standard response: i do not know)... The diving itself, however, was super nice! 6 stars for the instructor

The front of the hotel, we were already once in this resort. Ban's diving resort is one of the bigger hotels in ko tao. The hotel consists of two parts. At the lower part (beach ) the rooms are in a beautiful garden laid out. There, there are a pond with water turtles and a pool. At the upper part (above the street) the rooms are or bungalows on a hillside with a direct view of the sea. There, there are also a pool. In the upper part are the cheapest room (fan pool view or air con pool view). ... This rooms are not recommendable, even if in the book of tauchkurses are free. All other rooms are really very nice and there is also a discount, if you have a diving course bay or just for diving is. Breakfast/half board you can eat at this resort not book, but one does not need also. There are beautiful cafés and restaurants. Mostly english speaking guests. Hardly any asians. read more

    So we had both of our always visit the 'deluxe hilltop view' room. It consists of two rooms, that means living room and bedroom. A kettle with tea and instant coffee. 2 time tv, minibar, safe, air conditioning, hot water, rainfall shower everything available. There was also in every room in addition a fan. If one has times no climate wants. The rooms are not run down at all. The nicest is the small terrace in front of the room. Direct sea view and a great view over the island. The rooms are cleaned daily and every two days the towels were changed. As mentioned above, i can the cheapest room not recommend. We while looked at, but they are very dark, without air conditioning and damp. The rooms in the lower part of the hotel (garden view) are also very nice, however the rooms at the slope are really brilliant and have the same price. Only for older i would the lower recommend, because the 'hilltop' rooms a bit of a walk.

    The restaurant is ok. But there are much better on the island. We were there during our stay (6 days) four times for the food. The food was always tasty. You can also the cocktails without fear drink. The ice cubes extra delivered, so not even made. So no problems with stomach intestine illnesses. The prices in this restaurant are rather high in the average. Is however not a problem, because it nearby yes enough restaurants.

    The service is for thai standards good. Every day there were free water bottles to the room. Even if we only to brush your teeth taken from did. This is the cheapest water, which one also with the 7-eleven to buy can. No minerals or similar! To teeth deseam hand it. The boss at the front desk is not the friendliness in person.     As mentioned above there are two pools in this hotel. These are always clean. Negative, that every day divers in one of the two pools are. So you need to see, where no divers are included. Is however not a problem, one goes anyway rather into the sea. Disco, animation or similar does not exist. Beach chairs there is also at the pools. Directly next to the hotel there is a 7-eleven to buy. Internet is available both down (computer's) thus also wi-fi. During our stay however only in the lower part of the hotel. The majority of the guests for diving in this resort. We wanted to with our first stay not diving, but we let ourselves be persuaded and it was really great. Many thanks again to 'Alex'. Many wrote in their recessions, that the courses totally crowded, but it is only partially. If you have a course on german power, it is always only very small groups. Just at check in say, that you have a lesson on german want to do. Us wanted to you then also a english turn on, but we did not want to. The technical terms understands one is on english not. With the german diving course are it maximally 4 divers on a diving instructor. We were with our 2. visit another few in this hotel. Not dived yet you like it. So a little for non-divers.

    The hotel is on the so-called sairee beach. This is one of the largest on ko tao. From the jetty it was about 5 minutes drive. One is even free of the ban's diving resort taxi drove. On sairee beach there are a lot of restaurants and bars. Scooter or quads you can also borrow. On the island besides diving to the many viewpoints hiking or driving. There was also on ko tao several beaches, the really to relax and get some rest inviting. One is at the bottom end the island and an on the eastern side. The diving school makes a great impression and the snorkeling instructor are also friendly and patient! The equipment is clean and tidy. All in all both the quality and taste of the very recommendable. the property is perfectly adequate and clean! Depending on which room you book there was warm water, air conditioning, etc. there is room for everyone there. The staff in the hotel is also friendly. Resort is very nice. Staff friendly and competent. However the billo facing rooms are very old and worn. The newer, but also more expensive rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. Even flat-screen TV with DVD Player are available. The price paid off. Both the quality and taste of the great. We did the open water diver and it was a great experience. Are enthusiastic diver. The pool was usually occupied by divers, however if you wanted to go with such a great beach not at all in the pool. Unfortunately the water is in the pool also very marginal ..., tilts anytime again around. Overall I would recommend the place recommend. read more

Would never stay there again! The price for the room was way too expensive! The staff was uninterested. The welcome menu in the room with the information for the prices for any Schadenfälle also very interesting! The hotel is only for football diehards which the rooms total don't care! read more

The favored is a very nice hotel, but not very suitable for families, but rather a bit for young people. If you like it quiet, you will be able to find a hotel in a worn casual beach. Even so, it suited us very well. You have varied Dining options. Furthermore, there were very nice bars on the beach. We were there for diving, and made more favored in the school. It is organized, however much too many divers on a boat. Despite all it worked well and we had great fun at the Diving. It was a very nice ..., relaxing holiday. Apart from the journey, which was very strenuous and chaotic. We sat on KOH Pangan firmly, as it is very stormy was, and no one wanted to take more, since all ferries were already full, although we had tickets. After a long negotiate we took a ferry. A very stormy, turbulent passage. read more
