Very modern and cool kept atmosphere. Air conditioning or heating in the room not adjustable.
Cleanliness in the bathroom and room leave to be desired. Us is the remote control tv between the double bed slipped. The checking of the beds it creeps. There was certainly a long time vacuum cleaner in use. A mozart praline was put we had also spotted, which we then neatly in the garbage bin had disposed. In the bathroom were at the dauerelastischen tiles still hair from at least 1 previous!
With the bed we had luckily in the last night notice.

We booked the package ' contemplative christmas' from 24-12-2012 until 27-12-2012. We were extremely pleased, both the room ( deluxe double room) is, but also with the gastronomic part of the packages. A fantastic 5-course dinner in the holy evening and a super christtags dinner. What we especially liked, was the kindness and bemühtheit of the staff, the for all wishes an ear to lend had. Finally, we would also still the great breakfast buffet mention. There was nothing, what we missed and no matter what time we for breakfast came, it was always in assortment and everything was fresh ... and very presentable. (is not always in the hotel of course! ) We look forward now already again wonderful days in the hotel castellani to spend! read more

The castellani Parkhotel is a conveniently located and nevertheless peaceful located hotel about 15 minutes' walk away from the old town.
The hotel we have for a city tour used. The audience was international and was during our stay to 50% of people on business trip.
Our room was excellent, as well the breakfast buffet and the service. Apart from that we didn't much in the hotel anyway, because we in the salzburg city center very comfortable.
For a city tour and thanks to its convenient location and free parking spaces in front of the hotel there is it also ... for excursions in the immediate area very suitable. read more

Front desk very pleasant.
Restaurant a bit unattentive, empty plates were but not right away, replenishment of buffet a bit delayed, good choice.
Size of the room oK, I would have a bit more modern room expected, very bright. We had unfortunately a room over the restaurant, although hotel not completely sold out was.
Bathroom reasonable size, bright and friendly, hair dryer unfortunately burned, bathtub wall could be wider, as otherwise you have to pay the whole bathroom vollspritzt.
Location on the main street ( we had no noise from the street), 15-minute walk to into town ( along the ... sacher).
In short: hotel good, but nothing special read more

A beautiful hotel, nearby the old town convenient, with free :-) parking spaces right on the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was absolutely great! It really has nothing missing, everything was fresh and abundant!
We had a classic/standard room, which absolutely sufficient was, great view on the inner courtyard and the chapel. If we again to Salzburg drive, this hotel we will definitely book it again! read more

Except for the necessary two-time replacing the Frühstückstassen (the were not clean) we were very satisfied with the hotel. Nice hotel, the conveniently located on the edge of the center is located. Clean large and renovated room.
Friendly and helpful staff.

We were as a part of the BDI Congress, as already in the spring, in Castellani-hotel.
it we really liked, the breakfast buffet is very good and the choice was large enough!
evenings we were in the restaurant food and it was extremely good and the waiters incredibly nice to the guests and our small daughter.
if the restaurant with us around the corner would be, then we would be weekly there. Really excellent!
almost opposite there is a bus station and one is quickly in the center.
the family room was also very spacious and nice.
Now the but: ... in the spring we are as a couple arrived and got a'greeting from the kitchen' we felt incredibly on the delicious Pies looking forward to it!
Now we were as a family and unfortunately, there was this greeting this time not we thought that this was a pity! We have until the last maintained, if we still with our pies come, but this'greeting' is probably for families not provided, a shame!

Although the ALP street location, is by bus, the on the doorstep leaves, easy access to the city center, to the airport or to the main station the buses have a good tact. Tickets can be purchased at the bus to buy-but in advance cheaper.
