We had booked 1 night for 18 JD, but upon departure the rate had increased to 25 JD (but ended on 23 JD). The manager started to argue that it was because we had had breakfast, but on our booking it said 18 JD including breakfast. Then he tried to argue that we had said that we were going to stay for 3-4 days, but we never said so or booked more than just one night. Before this he had also tried to book us on a taxi trip to overprice for Aqaba. read more
