We were for the first time in a Radisson Blu hotel and are really amazed. Hotel has us super fallen, room on the 27. floor with a dreamlike view. Room is very clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. The beds in many hotels the horror - here we slept as on cloud 7, i would the bed to \u263a in the evening then completely little frozen fast in the sauna or steam bath - what else could you want.
The central location of the hotel is perfect, to explore Hamburg. Train station Hamburg dammtor right ... on the hotel, distance to the Jungfernstieg on foot only approximately 850 meters. Bus, tram etc. Everything really close by.
For us these were 4 days an all-round successful short break. The hotel we have our friends already recommended and are definitely coming even back soon. read more

We were already more our room, the was very friendly. However there was a bad report as finished for our room. The bathroom was not finished yet cleaned, the toilet also regarded. We say: can happen... A few minutes after the of the room came then also equal a excited staff and the sorted out. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is to be further recommended. read more

Great location nearby train station dammtor and only 10 minutes on foot until to Reeperbahn. Directly by the park 'planned and bloomen park' location, 10 minutes from the fair away. 2 good restaurants (italian and new asian). Stylish interiors, fantastic breakfast. Room xx1-xx8 on each level avoid, too close to the elevator! read more

We have a 3 day city trip and the Radisson was our hotel.
Price-performance ratio was good. , thanks to jahn. Travel.
Staff all friendly and competent.
The following things i found not so good:
- hallways dark and smell not so pleasant
- breakfast selection large, but not everything tasted.

The hotel lies a few steps next to the train station dammtor, and well connected in the center of the town. One comes in a few minutes everywhere on foot or with the bah back. The hotel has 27 floors. I had a room on the 24. floor and a great view on the alster lake. The room was not particularly large but sufficient. Two beds, armchair, desk, large closet, mini bar, fridge, safe, coffee maker, bathroom with bathtub, telephone and flat-screen tv. The wifi was free. The breakfast buffet is huge and rich. It costs 24 Euro, if not ... included. Everything was clean and tidy. read more

The hotel is altogether very dark. The way from the parking garage to the hotel elevator is dirty and like a schimanski crime scene! The reception area is dark and well arranged. The staff are more or less friendly and certainly, but not a 4-star impression. The breakfast room reminded me of a cafeteria. The choice of food and the quality is however 5-star plus! The other service however not. First there was no teapots, after 10 minutes we but a pot coffee received. However without milk and sugar. The sugar i could me from the nebentisch get, but milk ... there was only when i the service afterwards asked. 'after another 5 minutes a coffee pot! ' for further inquiries, there was even a teaspoon to stir.! read more

The hotel with over 600 rooms already rather to the ' riesenbunkern' and seemed from the outside rather deterring something. These changes but entering of the lobby, the rather stylish is, but nevertheless by the coloration not cold or impersonal works. read more

The hotel is located right next to a S-Bahn and u-bahn station which the transportation with public transport very easily made. The standard room has our expectations completely fulfilled. The bed is very comfortable. The view however, the highlight, if you are in the Radisson in Hamburg stayed in. You can see the whole rather than from the bird's-eye view.
Unfortunately in the evening the bar was very busy and hard to find a place to sit down. In general the lobby and the bar was small read more

The hotel offers a beautiful view of Hamburg. It has direct access to the S-Bahn, for other options of public transport you have to either or walk a bit.
The rooms and the hotel are clean and made a well kept impression.
By close proximity to fair the hotel is rather on the businessklientel laid out, offers but also the city breakers all facilities. read more

Certainly the only hotel in Hamburg where such a wonderful view of the town can. We had a room on the 22nd Floor with view towards the harbor and I can only say, the view was great. Services in the hotel we hardly used, the rooms and cleanliness are used good Radisson standard.
Traffic connection is almost not to beat, a db /S-Bahn-station is really on the doorstep. read more

Housekeeping at 17 o'clock! To the rooms to clean. After a complaint per telephone at the front desk, we received the answer, that the building was full and it therefore later can. We have already been in other accommodations with exactly many or more rooms and the room was at the latest at 12 o'clock made. Otherwise is the housekeeping -staff not of German powerful. To the request after fresh towels, came as an answer: ' nothing understand German '! Great! The breakfast buffet left to be desired. You don't get a omelets etc. Prepared and other choice. Well! I was for one night in the Radisson am dammtor. The hotel is only a few years renovated, the hotel good done. The rooms are quite modern and friendly, even if maybe slightly small. As club carlson gold customer I felt but ill-treated. No upgrade, maues treatment in the room. My request for an upgrade was bringing (what not a problem would have been), then got a mitreisender colleague but a clearly higher quality room with the best view of the alster. It was just extremely 'unfortunate', since such a club carlson gold customers is made to recognize, which Radisson ... for alleged regular customers does. Almost nothing. For me a clear instruction, in future Radisson and co to avoid. There is hotel chains, the clearly better about their guests worry. read more

The hotel has circa 26 floors and should some guests space.
The general cleanliness in the hotel was pristine.
Already when entering the Radisson Blu the optics very appealing.
To reach room there are 6 lifts is required which one in the twinkling in the desired floor up. read more

When we arrived there was the toilet totally dirty. Took a. Day until the fixed was... On the 2. day there was a dirty towel and furthermore my used clothes on the floor voids-a I used bag. Five star? Never! read more

Business class room was according to of the category well equipped. Worth mentioning is the NESPRESSO -machine, the not only to prepare Italian coffee, but also different types of tea and hot chocolate invited. Because of the location the room in the 19th Floor, you could the wonderful panorama of the elb -metropolis of St. Pauli on the Elbe Philharmonic hall, to the binnenalster enjoy.
The immediate proximity to train station Dammtor s and Fernbahnanschluss was also very pleasant.
Points of criticism: the room was quite badly soundproofed and the cleaning of the rooms was only at 15:00 hours ... carried out.
In short: Luxurious city hotel with good connections to the public transport and wonderful views read more
