A hotel for feeling good. Already the reception was very friendly and helpful. I was even for a short time the parking in front of the hotel entrance offered. Our booking was done over the internet, have immediate response with all important information. Very friendly and warm welcome. There were the four most beautiful day of vacation which we this year experience should be. We were so nice at the front desk received and the family peppercorn is just a ideal host in every aspect. We had this very personally managed hotel a wonderful stay. The food evenings was excellent and the breakfast rich. The size of the room was for a family with two large children optimal with two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, kitchenette and separated toilet. The staff in the restaurant area is professional and understands a personal Bond to produce. The staff at reception is charming and helpful. The ski cellar is large and offers enough space. We will gladly again come. read more

In Lech am arlberg is in the winter season currently sell everything. This seems the owner the Pfefferkorns also to be aware of. How different it would be too explain, that the customary astronomical four-starprices in an only two star hotel be required. The whole hotel should urgently renovated will. This need of renovation starts with ancient elevator and ends at the wellness area, in the shower after mold smell. No question: the hotel is getting old. Where in other houses on the arlberg long an afternoon snack served, since we are content in Pfefferkorns with more or less fresh ... cakes. Where the competition the dinner menu by fresh and richness shines, since substituting the Pfefferkorns on Minimalauswahl (although the chef quite higher Hallow deserved it). Brazen are the drink prices. A cheap bottle of wine costs 37 euros. This is not a fine Droplet, but a simple Zweigelt from the Schraubverschlussflasche. The rooms don't, as advertised. If you are looking for a suite with two separate bedrooms Bay, the generally a separation by a curtain instead of a door rather irritated. Also the staff are the deficit of the house well aware. Complaints are blushing note taken and with a 'we the manager said' commented. read more

With my adults son (41) was I( tight 71) for a weekend for skiing on the arlberg. At short notice we got in the pfefferkorn a studio. The location of the hotel in Lech is us for years known, since directly in the valley station the Rüfi cable car at the foot of the white Ring.

we had despite bad weather (skiing was nearly impossible, as most of the plants due to storm were closed) an absolutely great stay and with a other opportunity gladly again back. the hotel lies centrally located in town and within walking distance to the ski lift. Particularly praiseworthy is the friendliness of the staff, the very heartfelt and not seem fake. The service is excellent, from the welcome with sparkling wine and warm towels to the bell service. We had half board booked and were also very nicely surprised regarding selection, quality and presentation of the food. Also ' special requests' were problemless taken into account. The size of the rooms is absolutely sufficient. It would be beautiful, if bathroom and toilet separated would be. All in all I would recommend ... this hotel however highly recommend. read more

We have spent a wonderful weekend in the charming village of Lech. Above all the friendliness and the excellent service mentality, the pfefferkorn's next to the very central location. We felt family included. The hotel was already a bit older, but nicely maintained. The room had all the comforts, which one for a very good, but unfortunately no patio seating. The location is great and wonderful starting point for hikes of any kind. We are coming again-Maybe next time in the winter. read more

We stayed in January for a weekend in the charming village of Lech. Our room had a very rustic twist, and was not renewed. But there are also according to the brochure new, renovated rooms. The location next to the Rüfikopfbahn is in a great central location, and après ski and shopping possibilities are in the immediate proximity. The front desk was very friendly, the restaurant staff unfortunately can not say. This is provided by the guest apparently, no special wishes to have, or be smaller areas rather unpleasant and comments.
