Great vacation in a nice hotel. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. German to 95% of all spoken, where appropriate, helps English. The hotel is situated right on the beach, at a small bay. The water is crystal clear and in October still 24 degrees. The mini-club we didn't use, since we were always at the beach.
Excursions are about the hotel/tour operator offered. Due to the south-eastern location the count travelling time to the sights very long. Bus transfer to the airport larnaka is about 45 minutes. Ayia napa is by bus 10 minutes away (1 ...,00 Euro). Has sufficient shops, restaurants, bars uS clubs.
The guests came from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, England, Hungary and Russia. None of the nations is somehow noticed. büfettschlachten the trinkorgien there was no.
Who wants to make party, is not here on its own expense, but for families the hotel is really recommendable and we will just for the coming autumn book! read more

Cozy hotel for everyone. In October lots of older people and families with small children. For young people rather boring, but they make a lot of water sports. It has a great Watersport station, where one to surf can, kayaking and so on A diving station is there. There was nothing on in the evenings, is however only 10 minutes away by bus from Ayja Napa, where there are lots of entertainment returns. Beautiful Lunapark, many bars and restaurants, a lot of shops. Beautiful walk along the sea, all bays, 15 minutes to Nissi Beach. The food was average, but ... it is always full - delicious desserts-) everything is great clean, great, dreamlike Bay! read more

The positive nice friendly -helpful nature of the rezeptionsteams – even if we on the day before the check out at 21 o'clock had called, that our safegebühr (2 Euro per day) still open (anm. what we of course knew) and the best pay -' tomorrow it could perhaps a crowd at the front desk give. ' ( anm. it was located on the following day to the usual abrechnungszeiten not. ) Probably had bad experiences made, probably not only with Russian guests, of which initially rather less, against end of the vacation very many-understated-in the home. After a pre-mail ... got a very nice room – points view probably the most beautiful of the hotel – again thanks!
Room decor and bathroom ok, the air conditioning blew however also cool, if we are to warmer found. We tried all controlled through and had no success. Hair dryer in schreibtischlade (fixed, mirror before), good lighting, little light giving nachttischlämpchen, large flatscreen tv with several German channels and port for cameras for urlaubsfotobetrachtung. Toilet-flushing leaves a lot to be desired.
All inclusive – in the late season to the price for half board offered-was altogether not bad. Friendly waiters, good food quality and choice. Minus: the appetizers were almost only from salads, olives, once one, then the other spreads-otherwise unfortunately nothing. Only a soup, usually be seasoned had; similar in most types of vegetables. Very good fillets of fish, great calamari, mostly good desserts. Friendly waiters; drinks are quite quickly served to the table. English breakfast, as and enriched. Sausage- and cheese could be more and better. In between-snacks *‘soso lala '. Very friendly service in the lobby bar, similar during the day in the open.
Positive with drawback: partly great sandy beach – just partially, because parts of the makronissos beach bay are really beautiful many rock in the sea, also, where you can stand. Very crystal clear sea – such a clean sea water when we several seaside holidays have never seen anything like it, it must be stressed. You really get to see exactly to the reason, every rock etc. Public beach directly in front of the hotel although well attended, but not crowded. Fees were already several times on ho'check mentioned.
Back to the hotel: badetuchumtausch is utter nonsense. One must a map outside the door and towels in the tub throw, you will between 9 and 11 clock changed. Who before this time at the beach or pool wants, must either from home own towels for loungers reserve to bring their own, to change-days at least mornings an excursion or the change do. Why not-as in many hotels and clubs usual-a badetuchtauschstelle for example on the way from the hotel to the pool or beach? Probably therefore, as you the change of the towels minimize would like to.
Relatively small but very well maintained garden area.
Negative: evening entertainment. Besides music, quiz, magic and per week a poor folkloreshow is hardly something offered. Beautiful large but very bad durchlüftetes indoor pool plus sauna, turkish and fitness equipment - this area could be (wholly or partially) more than only until 19 o'clock remain available. Tip: for example books, schnapskarten for evenings on vacation carry forward!
During the day-animation can be a little bit better, which we didn't consume anything else.
From TUI offered excursions okay, but not exciting. Regular bus connection to ayia napa-cabo greco- protares - paralimini, station 10 minute walk away from the hotel.
All together a quite extraordinary vacation hotel with and some of potential of improvement. One of the very, very few hotels in this area, the truly at a wonderful beach location-without street and/or, prärie' in between.
A note to the return flight: at the check-in part of the airport Larnaca said, bwir could nevertheless definitely in advance online check in should be, a telephone reservation of places about by the travel guide was not possible. In the TUI- welcometreff on vacation beginning from the TUI-guide mrs. H. on my question from the web check in discouraged, because the supposedly not always works. I was now already the 4 time in this hotel 2012. I am happy here. A wonderful family hotel for children and adults.
Children felt thanks to the kind children's animation Klaudia. There was something there for everyone, although some evening event better could be done.

In general it is a beautiful hotel, but there is still some potential. Something decoration in the restaurant area, for example plants or candles/votives, and already it looks comfortable. It was a great beach holiday. The service in the restaurant was very friendly and everybody was very child friendly. The food was very good, especially the fresh coriander. Our room(nr. 4) had not the best view (looked out onto a roof where the employees including their breaks made), but we felt in our room very probably. We are definitely coming again! read more

We spend a wonderful holiday in this hotel. Only on arrival we would have liked more information, as only where the elevator and which floor is our room is. In the evening was the entertainment mostly a bit noisy. It would have been nice, if it was a lounge for those seeking tranquillity guests there. If you together tried to talk, you had to almost cry. The service for the food always very friendly and attentive. Also the beach is very clean.

Front desk incompetent. Booked room: sea view - receipt: room in the rear part with a view of parking.
After complaint and vouchers search, no apology. Receipt of the booked room only next lunch.
Information about facilities in the hotel like meal times, where what is and so on you got no.
Empty mini bar. Not even water or soft drinks. For 4 stars very bad.
Over lunch no snacks available, only buffet for all inclusive guests. Choice of meals, salad, dessert rather poor. Always the same, just prepared differently. For one week vacation ok.
Serving staff always smiling and ... very friendly.
To 1 bottle of water at the pool or beach to take, you have 1 empty and at the pool bar you can fill up. Apart from that you got everything only cup way.
At the hotel beach should the loungers and umbrella included his. One pays there daily 2.50 Euro per chair and umbrella.
Evenings one must in the lobby, the bar or on the show -terrace, with a very loud music, stop. Normal entertainment is not possible. Places in of the pool bar although available, were, but in the dark. There will be no light.
In short: as three star hotel safe OK, but never as four star hotel. read more

The hotel convinced through friendly atmosphere, cleanliness and great beach. The location is quiet - relaxation guaranteed-and to the center only 10 minutes bus drive if you have a bit of commotion. All together can only be recommended! read more

Very recommendable hotel. The complex does what it promises. All are very friendly, the sea is clean and flat, for children great. The public bus goes every 20 minutes to Ayia Napa to Paralimni and the whole for 1 euros. read more

Family hotel with top -service at a fine sandy beach with crystal clear water. Room 2011/ 2012 renovated. Hotel and beach also for infants in the best way suitably. Bus station after Ayia Napa and shops about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. About 40 minutes transfer time from/ to Larnaca. We were this year already for 4. time in asterias beach and next year definitely go back there again! read more

However nearby Agia Napa ( party hub) located, but a pleasant quiet hotel with a very nice beach and very friendly staff with exemplary service. Animation available, but pleasantly not pushy. Hotel is suitable for a relaxing relaxation- and beach vacation, at the same time, from here you can but also the rest the island explore. read more
