Hotel Holiday Inn Townsville^{(4 stars)}

The rooms are great, very spacious and clean. The bed is a dream, it sleep very well. They even have different types of pillows for different tastes, soft and a bit harder. There is a refrigerator with a mini bar. Unfortunately cools the not very good. Otherwise you a closet, a luggage rack, a writing desk, a sitting area with a chair, a safe, balcony, television and of course a/c. In the bathroom shower, toilet and sink also small Notfallsets with plaster and similar. Everything seemed very new and furnished to a high standard. I would not hesitate to re-book.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room cleaning was great. There is a guest laundry. Valet parking is 12.50 AUD per day. Weekend rates are public parking behind the hotel free of charge. By the current construction in front of the hotel there are no other parking.

The high-rise has 20 floors, everything was very clean and tidy. In the Eingangbereich next the reception seating and television. We paid 92 AUD per night in a double room. The pool is located on the roof of the building.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city. The harbor was within walking distance. 10 Minutes, a supermarket is right across the street.
