The rooms were for this category rather small, but well equipped. All kinds of channels, telephone lanverbindung for the internet gg. Fee in the closet an empty fridge for self-sufficiency, toilet very clean, shower moldy.

Breakfast was really top, although the hotel was booked it was cleared away quickly and the buffet was constantly refilled.

We are already at 9 o'clock arrived and were allowed with a few friendly words very quickly our room. Room cleaning average.

The hotel has 277 room and was for new year's fully booked. The rooms were for this category rather small, but well equipped. Room cleaning okay our shower has musty smell and the smoke detector was a plastic bag. Wireless internet in the room against fee, at the front desk computer with free internet access. Guests from all over the world, many eastern europeans.

The location directly on the Westbahnhof is very good, there are some restaurants nearby. Airport-hotel with the taxi fixed price 36 €.

Room rather small, however for city breaks sufficient large enough. The wash area was very small, for korpulentere guests surely somewhat difficult, which one to complain so noticed.

At the breakfast buffet it was a little hectic, but all missing immediately refilled. The offer was adequate and tasty.

Very friendly, helpful staff.

The modernly decorated rooms were big enough, consisted of a large double bed, a armchair, wardrobe with a safe and fridge and a small bathroom. The condition the room was up to two details ( broken picture frame on the bed and loose toilettenpapierrollenhalter ) flawless.

The hotel has a restaurant, where the breakfast and small snacks lunch can be taken. The selection and quality of the buffet were very good.

The staff as well as at the reception, the housekeeping and the service were very friendly and accommodating. The staff speaks German and English. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned.

The hotel is modern decorated and has 213 rooms. It is located only few minutes on foot from the Westbahnhof away. The cleanliness in the whole hotel is nothing to complain. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and offered enough variety. The guest structure was a colorful mix, business people and tourists from Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.

The hotel is near hotel's immediate vicinity are average and at the top end the Mariahilfer str with its many shops and restaurants, the for shopping and relaxation inviting. The city and the Stephansplatz you can reach with the subway in scarcely 10. The museumsquartier, there are only three subway-stops or a on foot of 15 minutes. The airport you can reach with the subway and the S-Bahn in 35 to 40 minutes.

The room was clean, every day after wish fresh towels. However were the beds within the 6 days we were there weren't freshly made, although stains mood were. However also not too bad. Size completely sufficiently! Fridge, air conditioning, tv, telephone, safe, hair dryer in the room available In the room was also value details put, for example extra stand for tv-control or extra lamp for the telephone. Very nice!

Had overnight stay with breakfast booked. Breakfast has everything required which one in such a way wishes itself: of eggs, sausage to muesli and yoghurt, sweet bit, cakes and so on Very good quality! Everything fresh! Plates were immediately cleared, great atmosphere in the breakfast area! There is also a small nice bar cocktail evenings with very friendly and helpful waiters! It should be only several lists press, there is unfortunately only a map!

Staff are very friendly! Especially at the front desk we got on arrival without demand just a short explanation over location, excursions, subway-stations and so on Could also without any problems for the return trip somewhat longer in the room stay, since it is not very good. Good recommendation at the front desk for delicious -style viennese food!

Location: great! Directly on the Westbahnhof and from there very good to find! There are only about 5 minutes from the Westbahnhof ( short over the street and a few meters on foot) Environment: hotel is at the start the mariahilferstrasse shopping, europe's longest shopping street with lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and so on

Our room was very modernly furnished with flat screen tv, air conditioning, kettle and tea station, work desk, minibar, safe, telephone and internet access. The bathroom consists of make-up mirror, hair dryer, and shower in the top design. The back of the bed was with a massive picture of the viennese prater equipped. Looked really great and individually.

Breakfast gives it from 6:30-10 hours. Very appropriate mealtime as i think. At the weekend you can until 11 o'clock breakfast. The breakfast buffet costs 15 €, but you get also genuinly much required. Different bread rolls, bread, croissants, cake, sausage, cheese, yogurt, muesli, honey, jam, coffee, tea, juices, milk, fruit and so on huge buffet fresh products. The breakfast area is large enough, that there was no fight for a seat is and very clean. The waiters was very attentive and asked, if everything is ok. Takes empty plates with and so on

Check-in from 15 o'clock and check-out until 12 o'clock. Because i myself in a hotel at the front desk work, i can speak from first-hand experience, that these times are optimally according to the needs of of the guests judge. We were lunch in the hotel and were very friendly a young gentleman checked in. Because we the first time in Wien were, was the area strange. Firstly, it was and were told, that the room unfortunately not prepared, but we gladly already times free of charge in our own underground parking. We were given a map and shown, what would be the best way to the sites. The receptionist gave us a few insider tips, which we found very good. In the evening we then checked in. We got our keycards and could to the room. We only stayed one night in the hotel. In the bathroom we noticed, that the sliding door was missing, so we the bathroom not close. Then at the front desk asked, whether it was possible, a different room to get. Because it is precisely the shower is not so ideal, if you do not have door to the worn has. After the young lady asked, whether that because really as bad as all, we were very quickly a new room allocated. Great service! The front desk is open 24 hours, which today not surprising. My girlfriend was it then at night not good. She had circulation problems and complained about nausea. I called at night so at 2 o'clock at the front desk and asked for help. 5 minutes later we were at the front desk and nighty gave us a plan expressed with the next notfallapotheke.

The hotel consists of 213 rooms of different room type and opened in june of 2012. Because the hotel a month before just opened, was of course everything was still in top modern and great design. The whole hotel is clean. Guests came from everywhere. English, korean, italian, german. Both business travelers, as well as tourists of all ages were guests of the well visited house.

The hotel is in perfect location. In just 100 metiger distance is in vienna's biggest shopping street, where next to numerous shops, bars, restaurants and clubs were. The Westbahnhof is 5 minutes away. Furthermore one is fast in the town center and to vienna's sights like for instance the Stephansdom. In spite of the great location, very quiet in the room. The prater is the furthest from the hotel( circa 10 kilometer), but with the metro can be reached very quickly. The next subway station is only 200 metres from the hotel. Otherwise, the sightseeing attractions within walking distance. Recommendable is definitely a visit to the prater. A ride with the giant ferris wheel and the visit of the Madame Tussaud. It is Wien not very cheap, but it is worth it definitely. We were for example on the Stephansdom( no elevator) and had a beautiful view over the town.
