Tired, but clean hotel. Friendly staff, the also spoke german well.
The food was varied and tasty. The waiters were always friendly and accommodating.
The environment of the hotel is however to be desired. Left and right of the hotel is very dirty and not well maintained. Restaurants and bars in the immediate area in vain, therefore recommends all-inclusive to choose.
Beside the holiday concierge will also excursions of native ones offered, the the guests usually before the restaurant waylay and a little pushy. For those people (be from the hotel tolerated) you should definitely not book your excursions. Horseriding ... was okay, however the quad tour much to be desired. The quads were technically in a disastrous state. Such excursions you should better on the Neckermann-suppliers. The hotel should better on it 8., with which native offerers it works.

The staff is very dedicated and above all nice and friendly! The hotel has a great location directly at the beach. The whole complex is beautifully decorated and well maintained condition. The cleanliness in all areas is apparently and made up for a sadly zunehmnde use of waste products the island. read more

We were very satisfied with the hotel! We are 4 persons between 23 and 53 years and we are all very excited!
Great delicious food with a lot of choice, great atmosphere. We have only a few days of all, at least sometimes to try, but have not been able, as every day always something else or new in addition. Especially was fresh in front of our eyes cooked. You could then own ingredients together and it tasted always very good. The beach is right in front of the door and is really nice.
Particularly to emphasize we would like ... the pleasant and friendly staff, that almost every wish from our eyes has. A nice example it is, that someone from our family was sick (flu from Germany) and for breakfast the lack of immediately noticed. When we told the person was sick, was immediately a tray with tea and something to eat and to the room brought. Also the lunch and dinner we were asked, what the person would like and it was helped and eat again brought. This is really helpfulness and service. We were always very friendly received and taken and us felt good. There was also, that almost all in a short time our names knew.
Especially good gave us the entertainment pleased! We laughed a lot with beach volleyball, un, ping pong, Boule and so on much praise goes to the young entertainer team, you have all of us much happiness!
A taxi to the airport and back very simple and costs about 12 Dinar. you can go almost everywhere on foot and companies. We were also different markets, which we quickly was very annoying, since one everywhere clean ripped off and not in peace could watch. But you know that if you are after Tunisia runs and the hotel can't.
To the rooms: we had one with a view on the pool, there was a bath tub and even german tv (even not only the first, or 2. but ProSieben, satellite. 1 and so on). I could with my mobile from the room the wifi use, there was enough to the beach (but on the cell phone model on, my brother has no front desk and had to into the lobby - but hey, you're also on vacation and want/need to not everywhere to be attainable). The beds were very comfortable and the rooms always clean and spacious if not even large. One could without problems therein without the you sit on the pelle is. A wardrobe, hair dryer, and refrigerator were also available. The water when taking a shower smelled a bit of chlorine, which didn't bother us. Water to drink gave it sufficiently at the different bars.
We had many great hour and would the hotel recommend to anyone! A better 'first holiday' we would have can't imagine, which was very much with a very helpful and nice staff had to do. read more

The facilities start from entering of the hotel already at the front desk.
For all inclusive guests there is a very pleasant stoffband, the no hautabschürfungen causes.
The staff are to its guests so friendly, it is unfair, if you some names especially stress, or would say.
Very functional in the winter months, you keep your table in the dining room for the duration.
No feeling the mass processing, on the contrary, for example order the fried eggs for breakfast as you want.
Of many guests i found out, that they long term are. Which speaks for the satisfaction.

Because of the travel time in january, the hotel was estimated a fifth only occupied. Therefore a very quiet and to us pleasant relaxing atmosphere. The buffet was due to the smaller occupancy a bit reduced, but still adequate.
The whole staff was very friendly, helpful, and all were in german communicate well!
The guests were french and german middle ages.
Hotel is very clean and well cared for, against is a downside the island, the unfortunately everywhere distributed thoughtless plastic 'collected' is. A great shame for the island.
For a short relaxing vacation we would the hotel however always ... book it again. read more

As ar guest once you have per week the possibility the hotel's own restaurant 'mahboubine' to visit in a multi-course menu is served : very recommendable! read more

Sentido Djerba Beach - again and again! The 3. time over christmas/new year's eve the vacation there (we are actually no ' repeaters) and again and again gorgeous. Alone the terrace with a view of the sea (circa: 10 meters to the water) a true, relaxing dream. We remain the hotel out of conviction true! read more

For Djerba a very beautiful area. Clean and modern standard. We had all-inclusive and always something to eat or drink. Since we in the november were there, was the average age very high and the entertainers had a hard time its program to the man to get. read more

Great location of the hotel. The beach was often full seaweed. Probably seasons limited. The rooms were small but clean. The food was nothing special, was rather disappointing. Also the buffet was rather carelessly displayed, no eyes. At the front desk the staff were unfriendly. The rest of the staff were ok. We believe that the end of the season the angagment was missing. Inspired by the big thumbs up on many years we were curious and our expectations accordingly high. The very good reviews are also completely deserves:
The often mentioned friendliness of the staff in all areas is really second to none, the cleanliness everywhere large, the rooms are - for Djerba and this unusual good value for money - surprisingly large, also the bathroom;
Absolutely fantastic is the location right next to beautiful sandy beach with the unique large terrace with the magnificent view, the meal times outside, only about 25 meters away from the sea, the exta petty make;
The ... offered food is extensive, especially it tasted in its variety, even if repetitive or similar, good (every/R is always find something) and it was hot, not only lukewarm;
Very recommendable are the massage-offers, good and friendly carried out and lots of other in the package price cheap.
The entertainers give during the day a lot of effort and offer a lot at, although the resonance of the guests small, but that is essentially on the age structure, in other words: the majority of the guests are on peace orientated.
But it must be clearly stated: the 'artistic' benefits in the evening show was very bad and bad, whereby we were in the last 20 years a lot saw, but lousy never.

I had a absolute dream vacation and will definitely recommend this hotel and also again next year book. For a beach vacation/beach vacation absolutely ideal. Horse riding and excursions were possible at fair prices and very reliable!

The rooms need to be renovated, it is a lot of broken. We were for 3 time in the hotel and eventually discovered, that the food of the quality neglected has. What really bothered us, the locals were
Women, the deep veiled with full garb in the indoor pool and in the pool swam. This is absolutely unhygienic, and has not only uS disturbed. The local rider swept in höllentempo at the beach along and took no consideration for playing children. Apart from that was our vacation nice and the staff very friendly read more

Wonderful location on one of the most beautiful beach sections djerbas. Great pool area. Short distances from the airport, and the island's capital houmt souk and midoun. The hotel has a pleasant size. The state of the hotel is still very good, although you can tell, that it is a little older. In the whole complex it was very clean. Also the belonging to the hotel beach is always kept very clean. About the guest structure: many germans, also french, dutch, arabs. In november are generally on Djerba the retirees in the majority, nevertheless, the number of younger guests. read more

Wow, I am still & away about this hotel! I rarely had so a nice holiday. Since everything was fine :-) there is really nothing I didn't like. I will definitely again next year have a vacation there!
