I had all inclusive performance basis, According to hotel staff, management and organizer the hotel is completely renovated. But this seems only the facade to concern. From the inside it looks but very worn out and worn from. The laundry was not clean, even though it may be trouble. The maids walk the whole day and work. Have bad mood. The clientele are mainly russians, a few Poland and German. Average age 30-55 I guess. read more

    Rooms are overly large Facilities sparlich for the size Cleanliness rather small, cleaned only ashtray and garbage bin trash cans emptied. Shower rinsed and toilet paper refilled. Towels were changed, but not really clean.

    Food typical of the country that cannot be called. Dishes were only lukewarm and if you don't on time there was, got only the rest. The all inclusive program has in this hotel not worth it. I am not the much eater but I always had to famine. I came from the vacation and had 2 kilogram and the 46 kilogram. I have made outrageous. Non-local drinks couldn't be bought, in the whole itinerary according to the organizer was advertised.

    Room was daily committed: ashtray and garbage bin emptied, towels changed: but they were not clean as those we already used. The only plus we got daily 2-3 cups water into the room provided to brush your teeth. The arrival was after midnight, the staff were tired and exhausted. Information you got no more. I would also like something light, a small something to eat and drink you wanted. But you did not dare to questions

    As the beach section is public, he will only occasionally cleaned. However the cleanliness went so far. The loungers were relatively quickly taken. However was a part of the plastic broken. This was the worst vacation I have ever had! Staff unfriendly, meal to the kotzen (word literally!) I recommend each save 200 to bis euros more and treat yourself with a gescheides hotel! read more

The complex view is not bad, big pool clearly mile families with children, however the service is very bad. The management it would be even more with the guests consider so as to earn money. You rooms are generous, however leaves the cleanliness to be, bed sheets is in 9 days not changed once, towels only if you ask. The food repeated every day, there was no kid.     The beach is in any case not to the shuttle bus-bus drives only to times per day, if one there is must one even entry are charged, despite all inclusive! If you don't need luxury, for relaxing it was enough, child friendly since the area was well arranged, pool 1.40 deep a small slide, you can the children also alone baden and from nearly all rooms a good view to the pool, staff is very hard, the owner has probably 2 years ago changed, should early much better have been, lots of russian guests read more

There were mixed nationalities available. However were too many families and couple in this hotel. The majority of the guests were German and Russian. It was a rather neat hotel, to the heat however perfectly. In our opinion to the hotel was only with all inclusive guests occupied. The hotel is relatively clean. read more

    The mini bar only on arrival and afterwards once filled with table water. The rooms had a good size and very well suited for families. We had room and were very satisfied ( no mold, no begrimed things). The bathroom was very small, the shower exactly ( not recommendable, because the risk of injury with something fatter is large, is for anorexics and very slim however to use. The hotel was only 2003 opened and is thus still very again. The mini club was however quite run down.

    There was just a restaurant and a pool bar. The pool bar was only during the all inclusive time open. The restaurant bar even during meal times. It was very little choice at the breakfast buffet and the strawberry jams there was not enjoyable. However tasted prepackaged honey good. With the lunch and dinner almost always the same offered. However it was our opinion but enjoyable. One could eat it however it was as mentioned always the same. The snacks in the afternoon often arrived late and were however also always fast again quickly, so never lots of guests what abbekommen to have. To 3 days the snacks repeatedly. However you couldn't complain and you have never cost, not like here someone already wrote. The cleanliness and hygiene was very good in the restaurant, the tables were after every meal newly set, and during the next food cutlery. The staff were very easy access to the clearing of the tables one hardly came against at, because one has also not yet completely empty plates just gone. :-)

    It was a very very friendly serving staff, not as by our predecessors described. You came here with most very well with German or English. In the last two days we had not even say more, what we to drink we wanted. Cleaning of the rooms is been lousy. Because the towels were never changed, but again and again refolded, even when you're on the floor had they were not changed. We have no other services adopted, however came the entertainment for kids very well, as one could the children always cheerful with the entertainers see among other things also by the pool. On the final day us still in the middle of the night a lunch package freshly prepared, with a hot Dog rolls occupied sausage and cheese, the one very missed. Otherwise we were in the middle of the night coffee when we came to leave the hotel.

    The entertainment people were very good, you have morning until evening in touristennähe and also the people with ' alright ' scared, as well as gladly people the by the pool sat thrown in from fun of course. The entertainment in the morning was not much, except music and water polo, as well as in the afternoon kids club. It was always a very varied evening agenda and the guests were involved. There was no hotel's own disco however was a trip in the disco quite close from the hotel for 10 Euro offered. There was a small cocktail included, the drive with a taxi ( there and back) and fruit included. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was for all of the guest free of charge, however you had to a passwortschlüssel from the reception procure.

    In the evenings, is the city of Belek very easily accessible on foot. However it is in the summer hardly possible with the heat in the morning into town to go. The shops however until o'clock open, partially longer. Who however gladly times to Antalya go, there the bazaar to go, take the best the bus, the right on the doorstep leaves. Please do not the GTI tour operator questions! For a drive to Antalya there and back costs per person only 6 Euro. Otherwise please do not the rip-off tour operations from GTI use, but rather one of the animators ask, because the continue to help gladly and also organize itself trips for a third of the price.

We'have never had such a horror holiday. Food is very, very bad. Restaurant is dirty. Pool was green. Kids Club is the small not entrust. Toilets are very dirty. To the beach it is very far. Shuttle bus is crowded. Beach is dirty and very rocky. In the rooms works the air conditioning not. Room in general very dirty. Lots of Russians are in the hotel. Definitely not book. Are after 2 days after side into another hotel. Since with us the vacation started. read more

The hotel is very unclean. Especially the rooms are very dirty, and the fresh washed bed sheets, as well as the hand towels are totally full of stains. In one week we had twice power outage, the air conditioning broke, twice ran no water in the bathroom more and three days was the room not cleaned, so that we the towels and toilet paper yourself had. Which in turn was difficult, as we were hardly understood and did not know what we wanted. After a room changing ( because of the broken air conditioning) we even had to the old ... bed sheets from the old room take and, as responsible none felt us to help. read more

Would family hotel with small children never recommend, it is very dirty disgusting the food is nothing for children have not fries only noodles lunch and and furnishings and only rice the breakfast everyday the same. Bar is not the, beer like water no cocktails afternoons there were snäks well always the same from 5:00 P. M. want for the snäks money. Would not only for families but for all other the hotel never even recommend it. read more

A really nice and leafy area, but after the takeover by another hotel on each end saved, whereas the quality to fall by the wayside. Every day the same food. Dated rooms, the pool in the evening not lit at night. No entertainment so that the guests had to organise yourself. Ten umbrellas by the pool and only broken. Never again! Whoever drove over here can also burn money, as there are no holiday. read more

Not good, not bad. Dirty room bed more than dirty food didn't taste shuttle always over full animation of the last Tagen. Bright only break. This hotel does not have a star! read more

Furthermore, there is added, that in the restaurant and the lobby cats always come back. The staff only laughs as the toilets used flower or the guests on the table jump. The bathroom is infested with mold and despite deseamed still MOP, the plumber don't know where they come from. Towels were changed only after asking, bedding or mattresses dirty. Dishes in the restaurant dirty. The food was always the same and carelessly displayed. no entertainment in the evenings a mini disco, but for adults nothing! Not even continuous music at the pool. Not at the beach beverages, which one must buy! From 23 o'clock no more beverages free of charge in the hotel (although booked all inclusive)! Fridge broken and not filled... We were looking forward to this holiday and the hotel was a big disappointment. The room was very dirty, the shower moldy and setting a bed for our child was unfortunately completely forget. Because the staff hardly spoke German or English, was the setting a bed to a MIME theatre. The food was very typical for the country and still varied. The cleanliness of the tables left a lot to be desired and cutlery you could make it yourself out of the closet 'get' cutlery, if you're in the second food service. Unfortunately, there was also the hygiene of the ... best dishes and eckes often poor. For us it seemed, that too little table-ware for too many guests and it was so often quickly cleaned by hand was a regular supply of dishes to have. Information note for the shuttle wasn't there, so we are walking on the first day to the beach made. It was a walk of about 20 minute. The Hotelstrandtbereich was with about eight umbrellas for about 30 beach chairs a daily competition of the guests for a shady spot. After talks with other German guests was aware, we are not fussy and for our four star not booked two got. (No wonder that this hotel was only booked last minute). read more
