just back from a week holiday from plaza hotel. We have been told it is a 5* hotel but would rate it as a 4* . The hotel is good in general with clean swimming pools and clean rooms but the food was really bad uncooked pasta, raw meat ... although there is a wide variety of food we struggled. Unfriendly staff and one more thing There is no sand on the beach so if you are taking kids you better choose another hotel . We had a good time but we will not go back . read more

Large hotel with lovely pools, great coral reef snorkelling Very clean rooms, free use of beach towels. So much choice of resteraunts and food it was unbelievable and very good all inclusive.the staff are amazing to say they work very hard and many long hours.We went last nov 2012, and returned again in April 2013 and found they have added a lovely romantic evening to their list of special nights, saxophone music with candlelit dinner by the roman lite up pool, gorgeous.they try very hard to make everyone welcome and take complaints seriously, you only have to ... ask and they will put things right straight away.we recommend this hotel as very friendly and wonderful staff, and will be returning in November, thankyou for another enjoyable holiday best wishes mr and mrs Kennedy, Newcastle England read more

Coffee cups for breakfast partly very dirty! Despite several complaints were in 14 days only 5 times the beach towels exchanged. Towels in the bathroom were missing sometimes. This hotel once and never again! read more

A totally wonderful vacation... I agree with the wheelchair have been there. Alone it is not possible go on vacation there, as not all stairs circle read, but with few steps one comes, if one smaller detours drives, well. read more

We were pleasantly surprised, here you get great value for money. Obviously, the large number of of the guests also problems with also, the ' beach ' too small for so many people. The main restaurant has the charm and the acoustics of a train station, but the food is good and diverse, particularly the à la carte restaurant Via Veneto and fellini are very recommendable and sushi from amr in the 'chinese' restaurant was delicious. We had a deluxe room in the 2000. Area, the small extra price seems worthwhile. It was clean, laundry and towel change okay. The ... far-garden reef was better than expected, we have actually a manta, turtles and dolphins (even several) and eagle rays seen. All in all we loved it and if we go to sharm el sheikh to drive, then surely to this hotel. read more

Price/performance ratio simply perfect. The package has simply convinced and we were very satisfied.
We were every evening à-la-carte food. So we had everyday something else to eat. Lunch we mostly by the pool eaten or at the beach. Both great.
In the afternoon there in the fellini's delicious, fresh crepes and black tea. The best restaurant but the italian. Four course menu, almost like in Italy. You will be served with excellence. So what we had in the all-inclusive vacation never.
Of course, not everything was perfect. Are also no german standards, but must one also times a few ... things, as tips, not everything perfect new, etc. Accept.
Gym was also great. You could nice evening there. The nearby riff amazing. Whether stingrays, nemos, beautiful.
Best time for on the beach to go was about 08:30 a. m. As we always good couches got.

If you want to warm canned beer from dirty glasses, totally outdated room, unfriendly staff, nasty monotonous food is, it will definitely make you feel very comfortable!
The rooms are for these stars just not dokumentierfähig, we were in the 8000 block, and the condition the furniture was beyond description, old and broken, the tv was a disgrace, a crt tv with defective speakers, and with few working channels, mold in the bathroom the joints, no toilet brush, air conditioning only noisy, but almost no cooling, safe and lamp didn't work.
The complex was nice, but that was ... before decades!
For geruchsempfindliche not convenient, there the whole day, all green areas and flowers, with manure are sprayed, so what crazy i have never experienced something like that! read more

We were in march and september 2012 in the Sharm Plaza, and this zeitpungt there was 150% for this hotel.
I was therefore now in march 2013 so frightened which there has done.
I think with the change of the leadership of german to italian will have to do it.
The food in the main restaurant was for us to unenjoyable, we have 2 weeks the other restaurants booked, but i have to say that the italian and the pizzeria at the best have completed.
There was from 17 o'clock for a longer period of time no more beer at ... the pool bar, and a cocktail for me not any more, because there is no Wodka more. And if it was smelled this as a toxic mixture of something else. But the russian guests made this nothing at all because they drank this already in the morning around 10 at the beach.
In the evening above with entertainment, we had to about 20 minutes a drink wait, what us then too blöd and we ourselves something to drink concerned.
In 2012 there were very few russians there, which in 2013 drastig has changed, of 100% were 40% russian locally, which for me means this hotel to not book again, because their behavior i can't avoid!
The hotel was to 105% booked which meant if you are not in the morning at 8 o'clock at the beach was with its towel somewhere a place, since beach chairs there was no more.
And just as sa evenings it in hauptpeise restaurant, around 20,30 sa it there as if a bunch of pigs through marches were, everywhere dirty dishes, no clean table geschweigende a clean cutlery.

A very successful vacation! Especially recommendable the all-inclusive program containing restaurants in the hotel, in which one even beef fillet served gets. The staff is attentive and friendly, however not pushy. Particular emphasis should be on the hotel reef, which better and more, as the reefs of the in the hotel booked trip. Only drawback the extremely uncomfortable airplanes from sun express. We would and will this hotel definitely again book : great hotel, great location, friendly staff- dream holiday! read more

Have just returned from our one week relaxing vacation and the Sharm Plaza simply absolutely recommend.
The hotel complex is perfect nice, idyllic location and the nearby riff a dream for snorkelers and divers. On the premises of the diving school is extremely friendly and well equipped and also offers tours by boat around Sharm el Sheik.
All in all it was a great nice and relaxing week in Sharm el Sheik with good food, friendly staff, nice guests and a really nice hotel area. read more

In the all in all really lovely hotel with beautiful hotel reef. The staff is efficient and friendly. We had a beautiful junior suite in the house 1 with a partial sea view and a beautiful wooden balcony.
Unfortunately, the check-in and check-out very unusual and not hospitable.
All inclusive is not all inclusive, but value for money is okay.
The hygiene generally would be improved. At the pool bar is especially cleaning the plastic cups in my opinion catastrophic.
I am very sure, that i had a decent darminfektion got. It had also several people at the same time ... diarrhea. Anyway after the vacation still a medical care necessary. read more

A paradise for smokers-for non-smokers hell-staff smokes, russians smoke all and then the countrymen again inconsiderate. A terrific reef, but no beach, far from enough beach chairs. All in all it was for one week a great vacation the only thing i to bemägneln would have is the arrival at 2 o'clock in the morning with 100... From gästes that was a little stressful at the time.
