Never again! If you want to warm canned beer from dirty glasses, totally outdated room, unfriendly staff, nasty monotonous food is, it will definitely make you feel very comfortable! The rooms are for these stars just not dokumentierfähig, we were in the 8000 block, and the condition the furniture was beyond description, old and broken, the tv was a disgrace, a crt tv with defective speakers, and with few working channels, mold in the bathroom the joints, no toilet brush, air conditioning only noisy, but almost no cooling, safe and lamp didn't work. The complex was nice, but that was ... before decades! For geruchsempfindliche not convenient, there the whole day, all green areas and flowers, with manure are sprayed, so what crazy i have never experienced something like that! read more

    Daily the same taste, no choice, theme nights aggravate even the quality of the buffet, worse it really couldn't get. On mostly me the warm beer, additionaly from the can, annoyed, so something was in a star hotel surely nothing lost. The plates are also not the cleanest, and the glasses i want to not any more mention, can only hope my hepatitisimpfung held what it promised. The italians, and the other local i just avoided, were not really praised.

    Foreign language skills you are looking for in vain, at least if you what matters want. If you want to complain, the wishes i already lots of fun, i have never been so unfriendly treated, at all of the delegate of the manager, which the people already on arrival knowledge, sarah called the lady, which probably believes the director of a prison is, and their prisoners no right to have any complaints, therefore the right manager (belgian) demand, everything else is pointless!

    First the good, the beach is acceptable, but too few chairs available are, so if you are not at 8 o'clock early one, will do very with difficulty to get still another couch. And now the bad, if you like from the hotel wanted to leave, is certainly be disappointed, no matter which direction you go, there is nothing, only unfinished buildings and tons of trash. We are on foot to Sharm el Sheik hiking, and were very dissapointed, only klumpert is a tried sell, there, there are no beautiful old part of town only market conditions in rows, abzoge brutal!

This hotel has a nice and well-kept complex, the buildings make appearances a great impression. The rooms are okay. The recéption as well as the lobby are uninviting. In the entire hotel is the furniture in a desolate state. The chairs are completely saggy! In the restaurant la veranda the chairs not to the table-the table top is sit nearly on chin (except one is two metres)! The chair cushions, as well as the beach chair cushiohns at the beach and at the pools were mostly broken and worn out. From late afternoon there has been no warm water more ... to the showers. The dishes in the main restaurant were carelessly and with the theme nights, we found always a local dish. read more

The hotel Sharm Plaza i can only recommend. Before the trip i had because of the bad hotel reviews have my doubts, there spend a nice vacation to may, but i was very surprised. Apparently there was some improvement. The check-in to the hotel ran a bit chaotic from. There is in any case room for improvement! But with 800 of on and departures in a short period of time understandable. But only as one of the few negatives. Hotel The best days the hotel has already behind itself. The hotel complex is really huge, everywhere there were palm trees ... and in the upper property is a beautifully landscaped garden with a stream. From the room one had a nice view on the pools, sea or the garden. In the hotel there were several pools and lots of shops as pharmacists, schneider, shop for snorkeling. Outside of the hotel there is nothing! No stroll through the streets and the shops. Staff The staff is very friendly, child friendly and happy to help. Also the english language skills are alright or they could already german. Room We stayed in 2 deluxe rooms and between the individual the hotel rooms was a connecting door (consisted of 2 doors), which always be opened or closed could. That is above all for families very convenient. In the room were either a large double bed or two single beds. In the room was an airco, tv, safe. One front desk unfortunately only very few tv channels (ZDF; RTL;) And were not in too good quality. Furthermore was in the bathroom for the guests shampoo, bodymilk and balm. The hand and large towels were changed daily. There was in the room a bag with 2 beach towels, which also changed daily. You are right at the pools and also very quickly at the sea. Food The food was ok. You must not expect too much, however you always find something, what one tastes. For breakfast there was everyday the same, however because of the larger selection one nevertheless had variety. At noon you could either in the restaurant or in the local close to the pool or sea. The hamburger with french fries i cannot really warmly recommend. In the evening there was in the restaurant always issues for example oriental food. The desserts are a dream! We were always on the best looking forward to it. We have 2 à-la-carte restaurant try. The italians close to the pharmacy, but the pizzas were not very special good, but the dessert panna cotta. At Via Veneto it was a dream. You could get 4 meals from pre, head and refeed choose. The food was there was excellent. Pool and sea and entertainment In the hotel complex there were several pools. An active pool, to the animation was offered. As well as Bauchtanz, bocca, morning exercises, For the kids there was a children's playground. The pool chairs were terrace designed and always with sand. It was the best already in the morning before breakfast the to reserve chairs. One had with a fantastic view on the beautiful deep blue sea. There were 2 hooks into the sea. Snorkeling gear you should definitely take with you or at least a diving mask! The reef was absolutely beautiful and it was very lots of fish. Even dolphins from the wide. At the chairs you get from time to time a masseur or cocktailverkäufer addressed, but if you your peace to have wanted was for you not a problem. Not intrusive or anything like that! In the evening there was always live music and later a show program, but not so was impressive. Desk For 42 Euro we made a Jeep Safari through the desert, camel riding at the beach, lunch in the town dahab and promenades. An unforgettable experience! read more

The two facilities are of the concept it was okay. The entire area would have to urgently a complete overhaul undergo. Personally we will certainly not more, because hotels with very good condition (equal to in the neighborhood, red reef oasis for example) almost everything, and for the offered comfort are affordable. read more

Very nice and big hotel! :-) Nice, i think, that rooms spacious and clean are. Staff is very friendly. I would the food always in a restaurant (included). Food in the main dining room is a bit chaotic. What bothered me a bit, were the holes in the window, the same area in the dark hallways were. I finally reported. Hope they were repaired. Large hotel plant already getting very old is (formerly belonged to the to Sheraton hotel group). The hotel with the sister hotel Sharm Resort and shares the dining rooms and restaurants. Despite very dated decor the hotel/ room very clean. The age of the guests was mixed and nationalities also (russians and austrians were much represented). read more

    The size the room are absolutely okay. The condition the decor is very dated especially in the bathroom. Shower is against 16/17 hours very unsuitable, since the jet of water then boring and the water cold coming from the water pipe. Against later it is great when most guests already during dinner are. The mini bar is on request filled (for a fee since not in the all-inclusive included)

    The building features 2 dining rooms in the breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. The selection of bread, salads and desserts are great and delicious, the warm food we found rather average and salt was a good friend. For breakfast were cups often scarce, exactly like glasses on the you often had to wait a long time. The dishes were very varied and every evening was another country as theme nights the dishes. For the à la carte restaurant at the reservation desk a reservation for the next evening to be made. Recommendable is the fellini (pizza) and the Via Veneto (pasta), it was the service and the dishes phenomenal!

    Friendly us almost all of the staff noticed, recommendable is a small tip to give. All of the staff speak english, many also little german and russian. Our room boy gave us several times with its handtuchkünsten enchanted and a great stay prepares. Also repair work will be taken care of immediately

    Distance to Sharm El Sheikh International Airport about 15 minutes, to the beach it was only a few meters through stairs to reach (for people with walking limitation guests and scooter drivers the hotel not convenient). To naama bay with the taxi about 10 minutes and costs between 30 and 40 egyptian pounds (price before the ride with the taxi driver fixed negotiate). A shuttle runs 2 times a day free of charge to nama bay, otherwise there are taxis directly at the hotel after the sicherheitspforte.

All in all - the hotel is no longer new, but all tried very hard. Reef with all the bells and whistles wonderful, also beware. With all due respect for zuverdienste. We have not only all inclusive meal, no for example crawfish bought, every day our espresso enjoyed. But the rip-off with the all-inclusive cocktails are an isolence. Everywhere ran the waiters-cocktail... Na so much he didn't cost... We buy just a. But the discounting is the price converted 32 euros for a Piña Colada but a bit much. If so money to be earned is, that is not okay. read more

In general the hotel is good. The food in the à la carte restaurant we found awful... But at the buffet we have always found something what us spoken. Our roomboy was always friendly and everything was neat. read more

We stayed at the Sharm Plaza 2 weeks of beginning to middle of february spent, the very different. The 1st week was very quiet and relaxed, in the 2. week arrived about 600 other guests, which one naturally everywhere noticed. To advance to send the value for money was unbeatable! All the following criticisms and comments are especially to, that you are not a 5 star hotel is, if you were bay-our rating three stars justify, then you could be on a or other thing ignoer. We had the impression, that Plaza formerly really great was, however, since the many ... accommodations in the sharm resort it came, the infrastructure simply not more! We can therefore the hotel only for the off season good, if not so lots of guests are present. The guest structure was international, during our stay a large number of guests from the german-speaking area. The entire complex is very clean and well kept. Constantly 'diligent bienchen' on the way, the cleaning, tidying up and the garden in good repair. read more

    We had one of the most beautiful rooms, sea view, just across the pool (room 1129). The paid higher price was worth it. The negatives: old tv with very bad tone, really totally filthy couch and curtains, unpleasant bathtub. This again in terms of 5-star standards not acceptable. Disturbing it was, if one evening but sometimes earlier wanted to sleep and the much too loud music by the pool because of the bad watertight door not hiding was. Air conditioning was not necessary for us.

    Here there is the most criticisms. Food and presentation in the haptrestaurants were good. But constantly annoying, was the lack of facilities. If you in the morning a cup in the self-service coffee machine got, you were already happy. There saw one then also times about that, that almost all of the cups were displayed. Also you had to permanently the spoons afterwards race, which was not funny, since soup or coffee were cold. Hot were the cover many boiler, so that you burn one's fingers or in regular spacing lid on the floor fell, because guests on shock los left. We also missed ladle, so that the soup partly with spoons on had. Glasses were always scarce. In the evenings you got permanently various drinks in unpleasant, partially massive cracked glasses. It is a 5 star hotel at all! Also the plastic cups for the beach bar were always scarce. And if one which got, so they were often only poorly washed-tip: own cups to carry forward, best thermo cup with lid ☺ The ' bestellrestaurants ': Via Veneto was great! , c-view and al hawara good, fajitas and fellini flop! The mexican restaurant was only so long friendly to us, as we were still wine bottles to sell, then we got not once more drinks, as the first drank had ; food was disappointing. In fellini was desperately swamped. After about half hour 'won' we at least the beverages, the pizza came after more than 1 hour and was very bad. 1 times a week there is a barbecue party, for the in the first week 19, in the 2. week 25 € should be paid. Furthermore, there was a entertainment. The latter could also 'not bezahler' seeing, the dishes was not much different, than in the buffet. Everybody has to decide for themselves, whether he additionally paid.

    Room cleaning was great! Some knowledge of english advantageous. At the reception some staff with german knowledge. 2 flaws (lamp broken, key didn't work) were taken care of immediately.

    The entertainment was-for news-very discreet. Who wanted, knew at various activities, was however not forced. On several levels designed 'beach' consisted of was extra filled up with sand on the rock. In the first week you could easily at any time a beach chair is, in the 2. week, with higher utilization it was already more difficult. Fortunately beach chairs were mostly only after 8 am reserved, there were always exceptions (2 beach chairs next to us were the whole day with towels occupied, 2 guests only came 1 briefly in the afternoon over). At the beach/pool there were enough toilets and showers. Unfortunately there was only one of the pools is heated. If you on the stormy days into the sea could, concentrated everything there. Especially praiseworthy: at the pool there was a device, with the disabled into the water could be transported. Fitness centre, disco, kids' club was available, but not used from us.

    Directly at the beach for the lowest room. The guests the upper rooms, and the sharm resorts had already about 10 minutes over many (from the reception till the beach about 160) stages outside or inside on 2 streets. Nearby there is actually nothing. The hotel bus goes (2 times daily free of charge), otherwise for a fee, amongst others to Naama Bay. Each evening around 23 hours shuttle bus to one of the clubs in of the city. Who relaxed vacation would, in which one of the constant publicity campaigns spared, is right at home here. Except for the employees of the beautysalons you will at the beach not at all addressed-great!

Were with the hotel satisfied, although the arrival a bit chaotic was, because on one day over 1500 guests arrived, personal front desk in the wrong place, although the staff very hard. Hotel area is huge, the guests well distributed, without which one itself in the mass tourism feel. Happy to recommend we the hotel further. Which we criticized is, that the mini bar not feel is, this costs 25 €additionally despite universe inclusive, we personally found outrageous, as this is in the room as included. Offered. The two hotels Plaza and resort are in a nice and very well maintained garden area. But you can tell the hotel already, that it a few years back and partly in need of renovation. Very good i enjoyed the only maximally 2-story accommodation. Wireless internet was free in the lobby, which however often not at all or only very slowly worked. read more

    General was the food very good and varied. The main restaurant in buffet form is recommendable - especially also at lunchtime. The ' snack restaurants ' at the beach are to lunch in my opinion not recommendable (slow service, greasy food...) - there is worthwhile a walk to the main restaurant all the time.

    The service of the hotel i was generally very dissapointed. Fresh towels for the beach we got always only aufnachfrage and the room was not really good cleaned-on the first day i found an orange from our blame on the floor... Also the service in the restaurants (especially with the drinks) was rather poor-if you can get yourself something to drink to get wanted, one was only on the waiters out. On this you had to then partial really a long wait.

    The directly at the beach is great, the division of the chairs on individual terraces found very good, as you don't the typical 20-rows effect of Italy has. The loungers even, as well as the cushions should be urgently renovated - most chairs, as well as all of the covers were broken! The numerous pools i cannot judge, since we only in the sea were, but they have quite maintained looked.

    The direct were on the great reef of the hotel was a real highlight of the hotel. To Naama Bay or old market one comes with the taxi or shuttle service with about 15 minutes. Other shopping in ' walking distance ' of the hotel are unfortunately no.

Size of the double room was more than adequate. There were two separate beds, you could but also easily together in a nights sleep. Bathroom was large and clean. Room service well and friendly. Wi-fi you had either in of the lobby (inclusive) or for a fee in the room. There were mainly couples between 20 and 60. hardly any children and families (there were no holidays). Many germans, austrians, swiss and czechs. Overall total relaxed atmosphere. read more

    Large and clean. We were on the ground floor and had a small terrace with two chairs and a table. There was a tv with international channels (ZDF, RTL...). The mini bar you can for 25 €refill, but not really necessary for all-inclusive. Bathroom was a good size and was equipped with a shower equipped. Everything clean and tidy.

    There are two main restaurants where it in the morning, at noon and in the evening buffet is. Very varied food, every day another issue for example greek, spanish, middle eastern and so on. It also has the possibility in one of the five restaurants to eat. (mexican, italian, lebanese, bbq, schisch ) these one should a day before booking. There is all-inclusive meals, as well as pay. Cleanliness was excellent. In the all-inclusive are 'normal' drinks such as beer, local wine, water, soft drinks, tea, cocktails and so on included. The cocktails one could not drink. Furthermore, there was also pay drinks but german prices (for example cocktail 7 €) overall you have to no daily and nighttime go hungry or dursten and you are always full.

    In general the staff was very friendly and courteous. A few black sheep there is always. All spoke either english or even german, you could without any problems communicate. Tip you should always in the bag have. Room service was very friendly and tidy.

    There were entertainers the afternoon small shows by the pool or to Boccia, bingo called. There is a disco, the nothing special large or well visited is however we still had fun. The beach is terrassenähnlich set up and you can always find a beach chair. Hand towels which were before 8. hours, be from the staff to the front desk brought. Not only the early risers should the chance to get a spot! The pools were clean. Sometimes there were the cushions of the chairs a little gross, but that didn't bother me, since the towel above comes.

    From the airport to the hotel it was only 10 minutes by bus. Next to the shopping (Naama Bay and old market) there were also 10-20 minutes. From the hotel go out every day either taxis or shuttle buses (sometimes including, partly for an extra charge). But should be a day before are reserved. In the hotel there were a few souvenir shops, a pharmacy and a disco. One had lots of possibilities excursions to book (diving, desert, parties, mountains etc.)

That was with distance the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. What the 'food' everything can be up. It was just horrible and gave us the half vacation trounced, to more can i to it also not at all tell. The size of the room was okay (superior), the toilet was never cleaned, but apart from that it was from the cleanliness forth alright. The german channels were not working... From the ages it was very mixed and there were many germans and austrians. read more

    There was 8 restaurants Lunch 2 in buffet form in the main building and 2 à la carte restaurants at the beach. - from 15:00 until 17:00 there were crepes, cakes... - from 15:30 to 17:00 there is at the beach 'sandwiches ', tasteless toasted sandwich with 2 cold minikäsestücke in it The dinner there are also in the 2 restaurants in the main building in buffet form. In the other 6 restaurant you have to the day before and you could also only one per week select... That food was very monotonous, tasteless and just disgusting. Hygiene here they do not know. We are then on the room service changed (circa 1-1/2 hour waiting period), but this is for a family unaffordable. In the shops in the hotel could you apart from chips and sweets also nothing to eat get.

    We had luck and were after a few stayed at the beach, however as the complex is very extensive, one pitch has and in the back blocks will be accommodated, you could easily up to 20 minutes to to the beach go. A shuttle bus to Naama Bay is several times on the day and back. (10 minutes drive) are inkludiert only the trips around 10:30 and around 12:30, otherwise the trip cost €3 per person (back and forth). The salesmen there are so pushy, that you sometimes really have to be afraid. We are in Hard Rock Café 'fled' If one wants to drive with the taxi, one must completely the hotel go out (around 10 minutes away on foot), as the taxi didn't move in may. Außererhalb the hotel is absolutely nothing. We went on an excursion to the water park ( leopark ) booked. €25 per person with shuttle and entrance. It was much, but absolutely nothing what you under a water park presents. And around 16:00 you have everything turned off.

    The room was huge and well-appointed. Everything for a good hotel room is was available. Hair dryer, towels beach towels & beach bag. Cloths & shampoo etc. , 2 telephones (1 of them in the bathroom), minibar, tv, plenty of indirect illumination and of course the safe. We had sufficient space all our personal things to store. The bathroom included a bathtub. However we had also a room in a villa, therefore i can now not a normal double room to describe more detailed.

    There are 3 buffet-style restaurant: a chinese, one with loud delicacies from the grill and one in the daily the slogan goes. Add certainly 6-7 alla carte restaurants each with a different style. The offered drinks is also very worth seeing. At lots of bars with the part. Long hours, and some of which directly at the beach remains nearly no desire remained unfulfilled. The only what i missed was real juice but if you are in the majority of countries in the all-inclusive program in vain. But there were some bars ice cream as much as you wanted.

    The hotel has it's own beach, what does this mean in few steps direct at the water front and the best, it has an in-house reef. Sharm Plaza is only about 15 minutes away by car from the airport and the next purchase possibility away. In naambay (15 minutes away) there is in another the hotel of this chain a sandy beach which can be used. There is a free shuttle and the other are also not too expensive. (to the heart of the city 'Old Sharm' you only paid 4 €per person return.)

The hotel is just 10 minutes away from airport and a huge area, which two hotels (Sharm Plaza and Sharm Resort) includes. We stayed at the Plaza stayed overnight, from the location it was better than the resort, as it was closer to at the beach - also the rooms the Plaza (5 stars) be better, than in the resort (4 star) The hotel looked outside and inside very clean, the rooms spread across different blocks-we had a junior suite, very spacious and very clean, in the lowest block, so very near the beach! In the hotel all-inclusive was offered ..., wi-fi is available in of the lobby free available - we were traveling for the holidays, so there were many families but also couples and singles in the hotel - from kids to retirees everything was there, lots of guests come from Germany, Austria and Russia - but also dutch, Sweden, british etc. We saw-so very international guests! read more

    Here, i can only the full marks-we had a large very clean junior suite with shower/toilet (bath), satellite tv, mini-bar, terrace directly into nature and to the sea. A very nice and spacious room, furnished nicely and daily very satisfying cleaned! Air conditioning was available, we had to however never use, since evenings it without airconditioning in the room always was pleasant!

    All inclusive means this hotel, so you not only in the main restaurant food, but also diverse specialty restaurants visit-but there was a reservation at the front desk necessary! Quality of the food and drinks is alright, the dishes varied and always fresh-we always found something, that tasted - there is plenty of choice! Also two sepzialitätenrestaurants we have visited (italian and mexican), an à la carte-we were very satisfied! For who wants it, can from early until late always eat something in this hotel - something there is always (breakfast, lunch, snacks, cakes, ice cream, again snacks, dinner, again snacks...) Me enough nevertheless breakfast and dinner! The all-inclusive offer ends at midnight! Soft drinks you got but at the vienna-bar of the lobby around the hour free of charge!

    Here, i can only the full marks, all of the employees in the hotel were always friendly (and the not only after receiving a tip)-all speak english, german was partly understood! The cleaning of the rooms were cleaned daily and very satisfying, itself the bed linen was, although we only 1 week there were several times per week changed. A doctor (clinic) is also directly in the hotel - we had them luckily do not use!

    The 'beach' is actually no real beach, it is only a staircase or jetty directly into the sea - a beach of the into the water go can gives it not! We didn't mind, we were by the pool and are destined to swim into the sea gone! There were several pools in this area (one heated), we had a quiet (darker-tiled) pool, very great relaxing and after a few steps in the sea! Pool and pool area were very clean, beach chairs and schrieme abundant, a bar was directly by the pool, whereas the beverages were served! There was entertainment-but passive, so not intrusive, for the children there is child animation, evening shows and live music, as well as a hotel's own disco!

    The hotel is only 10 minutes away from airport, but anyway one heard no disturbing aircraft noise-it is directly at the beach (whereas' beach ' perhaps the wrong expression is-see below) In the hotel there is smaller shops (souvenir, supermarket, clothes, etc.) - excursions were directly in the hotel offered, also every evening a shuttle bus to a was standing offered (for example Pasha). - the hotel itself also has a private hotel disco!

The hotel recommends itself through its wonderful architecture, the garden and the service. Since i quite often my vacation in Egypt spend, i can this hotel for agile, schwimmfreudige tourist recommend. A beach does not exist, but one is immediately in the coral reef. In january i had the impression, that the quantity of fish has declined. Also i saw some destruction of the reef compared to the july 2012. The service in this half year much improved! You will friendly and attentive served. The accommodation is in the de-luxe -rooms very pleasant, comparable with three stars rooms in Germany. ... A large shortcoming remains the condition the strandmobiliars. The loungers are partly in a bad state. There were screw out, an accident risk! Also at least 20 per cent a höherstellung of kopfbereiches because of wear not possible. Altogether i am left with a positive impression. read more
