a few things we didn't like: The breakfast is for Italian conditions well, but not very varied. Unfortunately the same every day: There are three kinds of cereal, yogurt, orange juice, bread rolls, brioche, a sort cheese, two sorts of cold meat, jam, as well as tea and coffee. But you could order a cappuccino or similar, if one of the thin American malt coffee didn't taste. The staff is friendly and helpful, although not always of the English language. But if you anything, for example missing toilet paper, that will be done promptly. For a short city break the hotel is highly recommended, for a longer stay in my opinion rather not. You should try to get rooms facing the street, as the rooms in the courtyard are very small and cramped. The bathroom on the yard side is only for SLIM people. At the breakfast, if you have a four-or three table allocated, very little space. For disabled it could in this hotel in my opinion also be difficult. The staff could be friendlier in my opinion, the service at the breakfast a bit quieter. Otherwise, the small and inexpensive hotel has ... a very good location. It is only about 15-20 minutes to get to the city center (to the cathedral) inside. Right in the next street there is also a bus station. The hotel is not far from the motorway, which many one-way streets in Florence is very much appreciated. The hotel is located in spite of the central location was very, very quiet. At the cleanliness there was nothing to complain about. My towels had stains on arrival, but this was probably a mistake and I got immediately on request new.
