After a longer trip we had as a conclusion the salzburgerhof still time. Since our visit to the May has not much has changed, everything was unchanged top. We had a spa garden suite and it was really very spacious and very tastefully equipped. The bathroom was very big and with a steam shower cabin. A pretty balcony with great view of the mountains, the garden, as well as the wellness schlรถรâÿchen and the pool. Also the service in all areas top. The friendliness is in the entire hotel noticeable. A place to be comfortable. There is nothing to complain ... about and the salzburgerhof is one of the few hotels, that we again and again visit. Keep it up. read more

In September 2012 we were for one week in Hotel Paradis Palace and were really amazed. The hotel is wonderful, very gorgeous and of high quality decor.
The wellness area is first class, the garden wonderful.
I have never seen such a beautifully laid out hotel garden seen, here no wishes remain unfulfilled.
The food was fantastic, massive choice also at the breakfast buffet
The staff were exceedingly friendly and tried very hard, our individual wishes ( dog, birthday ) to fulfill.
We felt very much at ease and are like to come again. read more

The furnishing of the hotel corresponds refined luxury. An underground car park is available free of charge available. Yes to location of the room, you have to either by the day or the hotel to the wellness schloss, that is not so pleasant. The guest structure was at least during our stay too many from German and swiss, a few belgian, English and italians had the hotel as retreat. About the cleaning there was nothing to complain about. read more

In this week were mostly european guests present, families with children to older couples. read more

The hotel we liked. There was a friendly, homey atmosphere. Particularly beautiful we found the garden, the Schimmteich with water fall, the pools, as well as the entire wellness Schloss. We had a pretty suite with a very large terrace. The breakfast buffet was excellent and it was until 11,30 open. Great. In the afternoon one could get at the Kuchebüfett and with snacks serve and in the evening one with a 5 course dinner served. The service was excellent and the piano sounds during the meal were a perfect framework. The guests were internationally, but it was a ... good mixture, many Europeans, but also few Asians etc. Actually, we had concerns about the noise from the trains, however we lived to the garden and didn't hear. The view is terrific. Mountains and also on one side the Zeller lake. On foot you are immediately in Zell with pretty cafes and shops. i again January 2012 the salzburgerhof as a base for a families- skiing vacation selected. Outcome: the salzburgerhof in Zell am See is an ideal resort for families top class, a feel good hotel par excellence! The two 55 square meters large 308 and 310 suites with a ... beautiful view on the south of lake Zell and the kitzsteinhorn were a poem. The bright, spacious and stylishly equipped rooms (a living room and a bedroom, as well as a walk-in closet), a large, comfortable bathroom, coupled with a excellent room service, left no choice to be desired-and to be comfortable. In this vacation the wellness Schloss, the hotel's own Oasis for pure comfort, from its best side shown. The 'PMP' treatment, a special Foot massage, and the full body massage were after a long day on the slopes on the plus, the hotel Zell am See ski area, a only Delight. Enjoyed we also the sauna worlds of the hotel. Especially worth mentioning sauna master Klaus is, of the way in a perfect Celebration, as it is second to none: simply heavenly! Enthusiasm has confirmed the special five star hotels Salzburgerhof triggered. If the afternoon snack with a daily warm court and an excellent cakes/ cakes buffet or multi-course dinner -a regular evening Feast for the eyes and excellent treat. The dessert buffet was typically me out especially done. I would like to mention excellent skiing shuttle bus service valley station the schmittenhöhe train and city express, as well as an innovation in the home, the new lounge back the small banquet hall. We had a suite for 360 euros / night for 2 persons half board booked. The room is a little dated and without attention to detail furnished. The toilet is tiny and without washbasin. The folding shower wall does not really work and it seems from the year 1820 to be. All in all bathroom and toilet extremely uncomfortable and small. Breakfast is OK but is definitely not 5 star. Partly you get a lot of better breakfast in four star hotels. Dinner good, however dining room uncomfortable and the waiters are not especially quick. As we were only there ... for SpA were fixed, we wanted in the morning sauna and at 11 in the morning, that is no saunas pool was heated, although SpA landscape from 9 am on. On our demand, we were asked, whether the staff it turned and if yes, then what sauna exactly. Thus rather strange.
lunch buffet it is a good idea, but for a 5 star house very poor implementation. A choice of one dish and a few Sorts cakes. Partly dirty cutlery. The crowning glory of all was staff at the lift, announced to us, that it firstly with the Audzug drive, since the guests the luggage was. Apparently, we as guests if it were not so much. In our oral speech, the owner informed us, that it should not be the case if we price by reducing, it will not work. Furthermore, if we sauna used wanted, then we should garden suite 620 euros / night take, as there is a private sauna. In short: hotel is okay, but definitely 5 star not, but. 3a and 4 rather than for such price-performance it should be a bit cheaper. Experienced and spoiled guests will not. There are a lot of more beautiful houses and young Brunn hotel or black hotel in Tyrol. read more

To the hotel is actually not a lot of people say. The 20 points, or four lilies for relax-guides the hotel salzburgerhof navigate. An absolute highlight was 6-course dinner, the kitchen is fully equipped with two awards excellent. Another highlight was of course the huge wellness area: indoor swimming pool and indoor jacuzzi pool, heated outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, various saunas and vokalem the competent and friendly staff in the wellness area! Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, we had during our stay, there was no reason for critic. All in all, the hotel can only be recommended, the proximity ... to the kitzsteinhorn guarantee a glamorous' early '! read more

When entering the hotel, the holiday already began. Very friendly reception and short introduction to the customs of the hotel. This was particularly helpful with a very short holiday. The hotel was styleful arranged in the smallest detail - we found repeatedly again little aspects, which delighted us.
The calm, pleasant atmosphere contributed very much to the relaxation.
The friendly staff and the owner herself served the tourists very friendly, attentive however completely discreet. read more

Concerning our stay at the hotel we got the feelking that this hotel and its employees is extreemly friendly, everybody was allways trying to read our wishes from our eyes which also succseeded in very nice stay of ours at this hotel.
The pool and wellness area is very good, there is nearly nothing that could not be done or offered.
The dining is on the highest level as the food quality and the offer variety was in perfect.
