Lovingly renovated and expanded schlosshotel. All rooms are very tidy and clean. Maintained schloßambiente in different areas. All rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and lounges panoramic views of seis, the schlern and the surrounding area. During our stay was the average age near 40 to 45 years and the guests were a mix of swiss, french, dutch, german and italian. read more

    Suite sleeping beauty is 39 square meter pleasantly large and with much reservoir was equipped. The suite has a large terrace-balcony with garden furniture. Sonnengenuss in february until sunset.

    The sporting offer at in the area is enormous. Skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing or hiking to the perfectly maintained winter hiking trails on the Seiser Alm or walks directly from the hotel for panider saddle or völs and schloss prösels and is always the possibility a trip with the bus. Guests can enjoy the skiing equipment free Seiser Alm store.

    The hotel is situated in a sunny location above seis in a maintained enormous garden. 3 minutes away from the hotel is the next bus stop and from here is all 15 minutes a shuttle bus to seis, to Seiser Alm train or public lines to Kastelruth, völs and so on. On foot 10 minutes after seis. Direct from the hotel from hiking in the summer like in the winter and back with the bus. The car was not necessary. Information about combi card Prices at the front desk. We excursions with snow shoes could for 40 Euro per person 3 times to Seiser Alm and back and the use the bus services and the public transportation was good.

We have wonderful relaxing days in this very quiet, great and extremely relaxing house in excellent food, very nice wellness area, with the best food and the very atmospheric old ' schlossräumen' spent. Especially we were glad, that the beds daily very 'fancy' were made. Completely a very nice place to stay! read more

My wife and i have the family-run hotel, which (luckily) not too many rooms has, before about 10 years and very much. It has a very individual style (with even antiques), a very friendly and courteous staff, is lovingly in detail (type of tischeindeckens during dinner or room service is the beds as a surprise always different way, wonderful wellness-and sauna facility), offers a very good varied dinner, has a fabulous view of the schlern ( santnerspitze ) and on the location seis, and is a peaceful oasis - this is it for good relaxation to 2. The hotel has a nice view on the schlern and seis. But isolated, that means you need the car. Hotel, wellness area and room are ok. What we put, is the inadequate, cool dealing with guests by the owner: father and the 2 daughters, a served in the restaurant the other with the father at the front desk. Unfortunately has this family in the right dealing with guests. We are often in south tyrol, something verbissenes and unfriendly we did not experience yet! Really musty. read more

The hotel is located outside of seis. A very beautiful area - the term castle hotel is however not true the impression of a castle was not at all. The breakfast complimented definitely not a star hotel, no freshly squeezed juices - a week the same cheese, sausage, ham or cakes-at all no variation for breakfast. Half board not booked.     The hotel is located outside or at the edge of the village of seis. Bus stop about 10 minutes. To Seiser Alm you need about 30 minutes no matter wether by bus or train. The connections are not cheap. Shopping possibilities and catering about 2 kilometers away. Excursion possibilities only with your own car.

We inhabited the dornröschensuite, from two together related areas, a (prisoners) bathroom and a very large south facing terrace is. Very good daily reinemach -service and imaginative arrangement of the bed sheets ( there speaks attention to detail and the guest smile:-). Was booked half board - these s. you.     Big enough measured dining room. Every guest gets to the beginning of his vacation-stay a table, the during the stay generally not more changed. You can (retd. Availability ) wishes comment. This procedure prevents the 'hunting' after the allegedly best table and increases the comfort. You can get on ' its' table. Breakfast buffet is tidy with various cheese- and types of sausage ( here, especially at the sausage, would be a little more variety desirable ), fresh fruit, fruit salad, yoghurt, jams, honey, various pasticceria, various breads, rolls. Dinner: -course menu, the in the morning a every day to (is selected generally between two appetizers and two main courses), salad buffet, appetizer, gang way because (soup ), main course and dessert ( here you can in the evening between appetizer, cheese and fresh fruit choose). Quality of the food: excellent, fresh, preferably regional cuisine. In the first week was the main food very meat annoying ( that means you had the choice between two meat dishes ), in the second week was then but also frequent fish respectively vegetarian food to choose from. As mentioned - excellent food, attractively arranged, decent portions (even after long wandertagen you will evenings good full!).     Amazing service. Excellent especially therefore, because the service completely unobtrusive but always available was. Indoor swimming pool somewhat übertemperiert (the personal matter of taste his). Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish, areas, resting room, beauty area. Everything was very solid, beautifully co-ordinated, in good taste and cleanly. The beauty area from a employees beautician cared for. This is very open, friendly and understands their handicraft. Price the beauty treatments appear upper third to beach chairs, but, as far as the judge is, still okay and the quality the treatment in any case just.

    Direct view of the nearby mountain 'schlern'. Really quiet location, nevertheless with the shuttle bus (3 minutes on foot from the hotel) within fewer minutes at the gondola lift to the seiser alm. st. Ulrich by car in well 20 minutes (via Kastelruth) easy to reach ( circa 11 kilometer ), Kastelruth by car about 5 minutes, seis center by car in 90 seconds :-) easy to reach. To Bolzano about 22 kilometer.

All together in all aspects well-maintained hotel with all comfort, only a air conditioning Would be as suggestion for improvement for those hot nights in the lower floors makes sense. Time and again, with pleasure, we felt in every respect probably! For wanderer participates SEISER region is ideal. The mirabell is what friendliness of the staff, equipment of garden and wellness area regards top, the value for money is very customer friendly. The restaurationsbetrieb is very well maintained, attentive, the cuisine of a fine, creative kitchen. Only the internet connection could be improved. Outside of the town center and in a beautiful garden located, lovingly (partly with antiques ) equipped Schlösschen. A house for relaxing and be comfortable, with an einerexcellent kitchen and outstanding wine cellar. We just wanted a stop between Italy and North Bavaria make, but then we stayed 3 days. It is all around recommendable nonetheless. read more

Very professional run medium-sized hotel in family ownership with a the size very generous wellness area( sauna, swimming pool, wonderful peace area and professional Treatments) in a marvelous location vis-à-vis the schlern. The breakfast is extensive, the five-coursemenu in the evening a real treat. The staff are extremely professional and the guests and its wish opposite very attentive. read more

We have stayed several times at the schlosshotel mirabell. It is anytime again beautiful and relaxing been there. Also a thank you to the owner family E. and the service staff. The rooms are wonderful and we had this time a bathroom, which left nothing to be desired. Perfect, individual and friendly service in all areas( front desk, Restaurant, spa area, Room service etc.) very good kitchen, wonderful Decoration at Christmas, many different and cozy seating possibilities in modern and historic ambience. Large, sparkling clean Wellness Area with a large pool and sauna area. A very well-balanced approach with high standards to the satisfaction of the guest.     Our "Rosentraumzimmer" had everything you need to feel comfortable. The only disadvantage: The mattresses seem quite hard. But with the additional cushion it was okay. What I missed was a possibility to adjust the head piece for sleeping. I had to make do with a blanket. My wife complained about the somewhat unhandy blow dryer. From experience, she had brought her own... Personally I would have enjoyed a radio, but the existing flat-screen TV is great.

    The nightly dinner was always a highlight for us. Understated and discrete service, any special requests are being taken care off without any fuss. We wondered in any case, how it's possible, not to repeat any of the meals during the entire time of our stay. The dining room is spacious, airy and with a warm ambience.

    Reception is always warm and accommodating. You really feel welcome as a guest and not just as a means to increase turnover. A "speciality of the house" is the arranging of the pillows and blankets on the beds. Each time a small piece of art. Overall, room service was unobtrusive and fast, impeccable.

    The spa with indoor pool was new to us. Floor and water were wonderfully warm. If you don't want to go for a swim during "rush-hour", you can really enjoy it. We can't say anything about the various spa packages as we didn't use them. The heated outdoor pool area is a treat even in September! The entire complex is outstandingly clean and well maintained. As a standard there is a bathrobe with slippers and new towels daily - not a given!

    Its quiet location has repeatedly taken our fancy. The Laranzerwald with its well-maintained hiking trails is very close by. Even a mushroom trail has now been integrated. With a little bit of up and down you can go on an excellent hiking trip, even when it's raining! In general, the view of the Schlern Massif is magnificent!

We were very felt comfortable. The staff is friendly and on the of the guests aligned. Even an unusual service was offered the choice of mattress. We had never experienced something like that!
