Were in october with a bikergruppe at the cristallo. For me everything was just ok, beautiful rooms, friendly and competent service, food was always super, pool is top, even if after the tour swim a few lenghts wants, motorcycles we could also use. Bikers what else do you want!?! Look forward to the next tours and will stay here again read more

We were 2010 and 2011 and 2012 ever a week at the cristallo and had a wonderful vacation. The pool is relatively small but perfectly adequate and served every morning from the chef even cleaned. The rooms were cleaned daily as well as the change of towels. The food: the selection of appetizers is unbelievably varied and the main courses and dessert rich and delicious. The beverage prices are average. The service at the german-speaking front desk and the rest of the staff are unique, whatever questions or wishes we had, was always helped us. Our motorcycles parked also exclusive ... in the underground garage. read more

In this hotel i have a great time spend. From the first entering of the hotel until the departure was the entire team super nice and very attentive. The complete hotel is very clean. Especially good i did the atmosphere in the hotel pleased. You feel immediately after entering comfortable. I travel a lot, but such a friendly staff i have had long time no see! The rooftop terrace with wonderful view of the mountains is wonderful, exactly like the dishes and the relaxation area. For bikers very recommendable! Wonderful garage parking for motorcycles and central location for excursions in ... trentino! Definitely again! read more

In october 2012 i was in this hotel for the first time and the area, the last 5 days before the hotel closed, which we however-in the positive sense-nothing noticed. From the start a good impression, the staff without exception very friendly and helpful. Wonderful hotel in a great location on hangwärts upper outskirts of levico terme, relatively quiet and with great views of the city, lakes and the mountains all around. For my purposes (mountainbike-urlaub) very well situated. My single room was rather simple, not overly comfortable, but clean and everything important was there. The view has always made ... up and it was there almost only for sleeping. Relax and chill out by the pool and the surrounding spacious sitting areas on the terrace or inside. The food was good and plentiful, you will after a juicy mtb-day trip easily get full. Have already 4 star hotels, the not at all that just. The spa is very nice and quite comparable to star hotel or sometimes even better. Best mtb-hotel, which i seen to date in comparison to many so called 4 *-bike hotel, starting at accommodation of the bikes in the spacious underground car park with a separate compartment for bikes, repair equipment to the mountain bike shop with plenty of maps, tourenbeschreibungen, navis to rent etc. One notices everywhere, that the owner even bikers and guide is, as was missing there at nothing. Environment is also there - on foot you are in a couple of minutes in the center of levico, the town had flair, tourism is however not so pronounced like for instance on Lake Garda, therefore it was original. Conclusion: since everything matches, i will definitely be back, if everything worked this year. The mtb-territory all around gives big enough for x bike holidays. Michael s. read more

    Had room 724, typical former personal room, two couches next to each other, to short, too narrow. Brilliant: the shower! As already several times described: cubicle about 60 times 60 centimeter, even as slimmer a problem! Shower head was fossil. Water supply on hand: italia 1960, when 'cold' nothing, with 'warm' sometime warm, and so on! Truthfully: miserable! Walls/soundproofing: very bad! E-plug, switch: not contemporary!

The rooms are very different large and noisy: we are moved in a larger room - here lay but our bed right on the bathroom at the across the room with the morning noise. Two passengers couples had this problem, but they weren't and noisy according to the staff should the by replacement in the winter '12/'13 resolved. read more

Motorcycle holiday at the end of september. The 'heated' pool was very cold (heated probably not heated), the hot tub was also nothing special warm. The bathroom was very small and in the very small shower is for heavier people difficult. The room and the furnishing was already worn. General we had the feeling the for the hotel management the season already was locked and you our money without large effort still want to take. read more
