Were in october with a bikergruppe at the cristallo. For me everything was just ok, beautiful rooms, friendly and competent service, food was always super, pool is top, even if after the tour swim a few lenghts wants, motorcycles we could also use. Bikers what else do you want!?! Look forward to the next tours and will stay here again read more

We were 2010 and 2011 and 2012 ever a week at the cristallo and had a wonderful vacation. The pool is relatively small but perfectly adequate and served every morning from the chef even cleaned. The rooms were cleaned daily as well as the change of towels. The food: the selection of appetizers is unbelievably varied and the main courses and dessert rich and delicious. The beverage prices are average. The service at the german-speaking front desk and the rest of the staff are unique, whatever questions or wishes we had, was always helped us. Our motorcycles parked also exclusive ... in the underground garage. read more

In this hotel i have a great time spend. From the first entering of the hotel until the departure was the entire team super nice and very attentive. The complete hotel is very clean. Especially good i did the atmosphere in the hotel pleased. You feel immediately after entering comfortable. I travel a lot, but such a friendly staff i have had long time no see! The rooftop terrace with wonderful view of the mountains is wonderful, exactly like the dishes and the relaxation area. For bikers very recommendable! Wonderful garage parking for motorcycles and central location for excursions in ... trentino! Definitely again! read more

    Had room 724, typical former personal room, two couches next to each other, to short, too narrow. Brilliant: the shower! As already several times described: cubicle about 60 times 60 centimeter, even as slimmer a problem! Shower head was fossil. Water supply on hand: italia 1960, when 'cold' nothing, with 'warm' sometime warm, and so on! Truthfully: miserable! Walls/soundproofing: very bad! E-plug, switch: not contemporary!

It was a great week, the service is very good. The rooms could be a bit bigger. However all in all a very good hotel. Recommendable! For motor biker perfectly suited. The motorcycle stands in a large garage, you can screw, Radwechsel conduct, etc. , everything is available. After a drive through the many, beautiful Passports it is pleasant, a in the pool and/or jacuzzi to relax, you can a massage allow ( order in advance). read more

Motorcycle holiday at the end of september. The 'heated' pool was very cold (heated probably not heated), the hot tub was also nothing special warm. The bathroom was very small and in the very small shower is for heavier people difficult. The room and the furnishing was already worn.
