Had on a wellness weekend in a star hotel looking forward to it. The staff were extremely friendly, the room/bath comfortable with beautiful antiques furnished and clean, however for 2 people extremely small. Great view on the castle. No telephone on room available.
Sauna/steam bath /pool available, for bathrobe, towels and schläppchen had to 5/2 € rental fee be paid.
Breakfast buffet on the first glance varied. Bread basket consisted of two sorts of ready-to-bake breads and sliced bread from the packing. Croissants or the hoped-for sweet bit wrong. Fresh fruit was offered, also fruit salad from the mainland.
Who ... stylish night like, can this hotel good, if you however something special searches and delicious breakfast buffet loves, this is bad. read more

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nicely furnished. The ladies at the reception were nice and helpful.
The parking costs per day 5 Euro.
I am also for a 4 star hotel inappropriate was, was
- no fresh, cut fruit for breakfast
- only 2 newspapers (the far and faz ) for breakfast, the one in the many guests not in the hands of got
- numerous, broken light bulbs in the breakfast room in lights

No resting room available-no peaceful atmosphere, missing chair pillows, no offered drinks in the wellness area

The hotel is very tidy and clean. The rooms are quite small, the bathrooms tiny, but very nice. Some rooms have a balcony. Almost all rooms the highest in Hörrichtung B 244, for sensitive the hotel is not recommendable. In the internet and in the brochure the impression creates, the rooms with a view of the castle were to the back, so quiet, they are however side facing the busy street. The schlossblick is however very nice. The breakfast buffet is varied and reasonable, tea there was only in bags. read more

I was in the business in Wernigerode and November a pleasant stay hotel Schloss palace with a great atmosphere. For me as a business traveller was the uncomplicated Check-in and check-out were good. The breakfast was also very good. In the evening I could still swim my laps in the swimming pool and steam bath. Hotel I would recommend. read more

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and would stay there again. The staff were super friendly and we felt very comfortable there. The close proximity to town was very good. The wellness area was large and clean, nothing to complain about there. read more

We spent a very nice weekend in Wernigerode Hotel Schloss palace. Next to the very friendly welcome on arrival day we liked the personal contact with staff at the breakfast if, during the day as well as in the property. After the visit to the rock opera in the words of the hotel was easy to reach. Very positive we found the breakfast. When we arrived there was a warm and personal welcome. The room was clean, bright and friendly. On the balcony there were chairs and you had a beautiful view of the castle.
Our view is usually the first thing the bathroom: here, too, everything is new, bright and clean.
At the breakfast had a good selection. We especially noticed the covered tables on: all white tablesclothes, matching dishes, candlesticks, silverware... everything seemed very 'posh' and one was constantly endeavors, to do everything right. read more

Very nice hotel. Stylish and comfortably installed.
Friendly staff and always helpful.
The view from our room of the castle was fantastic!
Our room was clean and comfortable, only the bathroom could have been a little larger. But the layout of the bathroom made up again.
The breakfast was varied, the dining room and the coffee was great.
The wellness area was very appealing, only a counter in the pool didn't work.
All in all a very nice hotel in this lovely city!

a very comfortable hotel, willingness to help. natural friendliness and the very pleasant atmosphere fact that there was no large hotel is a breakfast buffet which left nothing to be desired, and staff, that always open and family. Nice Hotel, with small blemishes, but not bad. Very nice hotel in a good central location, up to the market place there are only about four minutes walk. Beautiful view of the castle in Wernigerode, especially if early in the morning the sun on.
The breakfast buffet we didn't use, it is in the centre very nice cafes with very wide breakfast buffets and you could then still have a clear in the city.
To the small flaws, at the check in at the hotel, the staff was friendly, but rather Curt, the room was unfortunately not heated 18 °C ... room temperature welcomed us here, and it is in the January quite cool. The pool was a bit cold and the sauna had half an hour before use to be logged. But if you know no problem at all.
Very nice small hotel with Charme, we would go there again at any time. read more

Nice Hotel in an old architecture. Centrally located in the city. Nice is the view of the castle. Wernigerode Room 28.
Not to miss one should the castle with a tower. You can take the tram or horse verkehrsgefahren is up.

Went with three friends for two nights at the hotel. The does not have its own restaurant, but only a five minute walk you can reach the city center with many restaurants and shops. Super cheap food in Wernigerode. Since you do not need a restaurant. We had an apartment in the hotel with a full kitchenette with dishwasher microwave oven, etc. in the pool we were always alone. Most of the people go hiking. Sauna and steam room were made to order within half hour. The service was tremendous. Breakfast was great. I can highly recommend the hotel even ... if it does not have a restaurant. You need not, close to the city read more

Booking contract has not been complied with: reserved seats there were, however no longer existed, the restaurant, without that there would have been before the arrival.
The free advised parking has far too little capacity. No device for shoeshine available.
The service was rather bad. It seemed, that the beds were not made. The manager was not there, even though the hotel was fully booked. read more
