We were a week in the hotel and can the good reviews only confirm. It is a completely carefree hotel, what little to leaves nothing to be desired. The theme Nights in the restaurant were excellent. Therefore we could majorcan, Mexican and Spanish buffet enjoy, which more than enough and was good. The beach is almost the hotel, so the way not worth mentioning is. The staff is always friendly and anxious and makes a very good job. This hotel we could only recommend to anyone. read more

Is dangerous, that the beautiful hotel through the street separated, so that any alien also has access. Followed and harassed one already on the first evening, dangerous! read more

The complex is a bit on the hillside, the front desk, some rooms, the pool with bar and exercise area were above a (nearesy -) street, the restaurant with another pool and the rest of the rooms are below this street. The complex is located in a quiet area, it is generous and nevertheless everything is easy to reach. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. Since we the last two September weeks were there, was not more the large business but still very well visited. We had all-inclusive selected, the breakfast was hearty, although very English-annoying (beans, bacon, eggs, sausages). ... However there was something there for everyone. You could orange juice even squeeze, even the sparkling wine there was in all-inclusive included. It were many british people and norwegians there, little German. read more

    We had our room below the street, there are two-story bungalows, each down and up a room. Our large room was on the 1st floor, direction sea orientated, with beautiful big balcony. The furnishing ( bed, couch, desk, flat -tv, closet, was attractive. Great we found the fridge, no pay mini bar was, but be fully stocked itself could. The bathroom was with a big shower with massaging water jets, the however totally calcified were. Also a few more shelves in the bathroom wouldn't be bad been. Great was, that the bathroom a window had. And there was even a small ironing board and a iron in the room!

    There are two restaurants, a main restaurant ( only inside), and a snack bar. The snack bar (below of the restaurant with a few chairs on the terrace, directly at the pool) was from 11:00 A. M.-21,30 open, there was a small breakfast for late risers and from 12,30 snacks, if you not to buffet in the restaurant top to go wanted. Evenings you could either in the restaurant ( again buffet, but 3 times a week themed buffet) food or in the snack bar, in the it Italian cuisine was. By the pool above the street there was a bar, the from the early evenings 23,30 was open. There all drinks, with and without alcohol. In all-inclusive were many alkohlhaltigen drinks included, but not all. Nevertheless more than adequate.

    With the staff one noticed, that the work to them for fun, the good 'hotel' one felt. We have never had so nice, helpful and always good tempered staff experienced. In the restaurant was speedy but unobtrusive ensured, that it the guests good. The rooms were always clean, at the front desk you could take large and small problems questions, it was always helped or side. And always with a smile. Many languages German, but with English you always.

    At the beach are the loungers and the umbrella only for a fee available, two loungers and a umbrella cost per day 12-€, what we quite expensive find, but it is in Mallorca probably all beaches so respectively still more expensive. At the pools were the umbrella and loungers without fee. Unfortunately was also in this hotel the reserve the loungers usual, so that often many loungers hours reserved with towels were, although nobody d'up was. Our tip would be here (as some of other hotels also), that after a certain time the towels of the chairs be removed, if the loungers not used are. The sporting activities consists of tennis ( for a fee), water aerobics, archery and volleyball.

    the hotel lies at the end of Cala d'or, right next to the sea, for cala ferrera there are only a few steps. With good weather the bay was very good, the next bay is however not far away and more than reachable on foot. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities are located in direct proximity. To to the harbor of cala llonga (circa 15-minute walk) is a shopping street in the next over. To the airport it is a tight hour's drive. Excursions are equipped with hired car, scooter ( very expensive) or buses to all possible.

    The rooms are very nice and large. All rooms are equipped with a big balcony. Some with a sea view. Bathroom with a window, and large enough. Bedroom with a large closet and bed. In the living room there was a plasma tv with both german, as well as many english channels. The rooms are cleaned daily.

    The staff are very friendly and helpful. The most speak really good german. The team in the hotel try the customer really to fulfill every wish and to accommodate. On special requests they put much importance.

    Pool is clean, even for children very suitable. In front of the hotel there is a Tennis- and volleyball court. For children daily entertainment programs and in the evening show for the adults. In the lobby a free internet access. The beach is small however very nice. It is sometimes crowded, but a nice place you will always find. Are available pool chairs, which one for a fee for the day can rent. By the pool are also sufficient pool chairs available.

    The hotel is located just a few steps away from a small bay. The center you can reach very good on foot. The promenade offers lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The shopping facilities are available, but unfortunately everything quite expensive (water, sonnenkreme and so on). In front of the hotel there are a bus stop. From here you can enjoy a trip, for instance to Palma companies.

A tidy and clean hotel, which a Spanish 4 stars category is. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds creaking and are a bit uncomfortable. The staff makes every effort! The food was varied and 3 theme nights there. The pool was always clean and tidy. tipptopper state of the hotel, if you do not have to have high expectations. We have apartment and were disappointed ( room ageing and a little dingy-very dark-so we have a downgrade chamber and in a double room below the street -this was best with beautiful terrace. read more

Freshly renovated, family-friendly hotel. Modern facilities, beautiful friendly room M. big balcony. Very varied food and of high quality. Animation varied, but not pushy. Room at the main pool but unfortunately very noisy until midnight. Altogether three pools. Nice child care f children from about 3 years. Beach however only some steps (difficult with buggy or baby carriage!). The center is good 15 minutes on foot and both left, as well as right Cala Ferrera there are beautiful Bath possibilities. The direct hotel area is rather quiet. So it the pool entertainment in the evening from 8:30 P. M. ... there is no constant music from pubs or neighboring hotels. read more

We felt in the hotel at any time felt really good and it each would uneingeschränt recommend. We inhabited one of the renovated suites, which were small but sweet are. The location, the service and the food were all very good. read more

All in all a very nice clean hotel, but with children I wouldn't recommend it. The pool area was great for the children it wasn't't nice, a bit boring. On the beach you have to pay for the extra money, is not nice is very expensive if you're staying for longer vacation makes. read more

Hotel and apartments recently refurbished and we were impressed by the size of our apartment compared to when we last stayed there before the refurbishment. It was spacious and clean with a really big shower and was very attractive. The apartments are in small blocks around the grounds and there are 3 pools in different areas. We chose to be further from the main block and it was so peaceful we found it really relaxing. Maid service was daily and everywhere was clean. read more

    Couldn't believe size of apartment when we arrived! Large living room with a big L shaped sofa and cooking facilities to one side. Kitchen section well equipped too. Bathroom lovely with a very large shower and a stunning sea green glass handbasin. Again very clean. Bedroom had 2 single beds and a large sliding wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, and a long mirror on the wall which I do have to say was very unflattering! Reminded me of the house of mirrors at a fairground! Of course we also had a balcony with table and chairs and drying rack. The air conditioning was very effective.

    Food seemed good in the restaurant and in the cafe though we prefer to eat in different places and only ate in these a couple of times. There was a good selection and the dining room was spacious and attractive. There is a bar beside the main pool and a bar by the pool on the path down to the beach. All areas were clean and attractive and the food we had was good.

    The reception staff were very efficient and helpful, and spoke excellent English. All other staff we encountered were friendly and also spoke good English. Maid service very thorough and daily.

    Being there in October, there weren't so many people there as there would be in high season, but there were still things organised for guests. The 3 pools were really clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available at all of them. These beds seemed to be quite new and in good condition.Beach attractive, with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas for hire and a lifeguard on duty near the water. Pedaloes available for hire and water clear and clean. Beach cafe excellent with English speaking staff and good food and snacks.

    We have returned here 5 times now as everything we want is available.Just across a small road is a path leading down to one of the pools, cafe, bar and restaurant, and below that is a delightful little bay with a beach, sunbeds and lifeguards. there is also an excellent cafe which serves excellent meals, drinks and snacks. Just round the corner from the aparthotel is a road lined with shops and restaurants and bars. This is Cala Ferrera. Continue on to the end of the street and you are almost in Cala D'Or which has lots of good restaurants and cafes and a wide range of shops. There are quite a few excursions available such as to markets, to the pearl factory at Manacor and to the caves of Drach as well as boat trips etc.

The hotel is located in the immediate and the water Cala Ferrera are only few hundred meter The staff was very friendly especially at the front desk and in the restaurant. The complex is very extensive, so that one could use the noise of the animation can get out of the way. The only drawback was that the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The food in the dining room or in a restaurant will be. Our suite was a good size and was very quiet in the direction of the beach. We will definitely go back again any ... time! read more

Chose this hotel as a base for 5 days cycling. Excellent welcome, room and service, particularly the restaurant manager and reception staff. Room regularly cleaned and provided excellent accommodation. Would thoroughly recommend for all types of holiday particularly if you have access to a hire car. read more

The vacation was very nice! We had a great room on the lower part of the hotel with a very large balcony. In the summer the small bay of Cala Ferrera very crowded, there it is worthwhile, the short walk in the neighboring bay to walk. In the evening, you can walk on foot after Cala d'or, there are sufficient restaurants and bars. read more
