the hotel is a design hotel and both the front desk, as well as the rooms and the breakfast room are decorated in bright colors.
the hotel mostly by business people used (at least at the time of my visit)-on a morning were in the breakfast room only men, they have on me( as a woman) somehow a gay impression made (I am but also err). read more

Despite the ongoing renovations (you can hear nothing!) I would highly recommend the hotel, we had a quiet room on the third floor facing the street, but didn't bother us, the a side street and little traffic. Absolutely parking lot, otherwise there was certainly not easy to find. For breakfast we were in the neighboring 'Schwab home-Aquarius' (about one hundred meters) great and in the evenings at the Mexican restaurant next door, there was a coupon for hotel guests in the room 10% discount for voluntary, very nice!
The commodious Room was very nicely renovated and had a large bathroom ... with a shower. The bed is very hard. read more

Nice city hotel in Schwabing without air conditioning archived

We booked for a one night stop ( HRS, 86 euro in double room without breakfast) and were overall satisfied. However, we have place told the sister hotel H'Otello Hohenzollerstraße have air conditioning - so we would probably next time this hotel (at least in the summer) prefer. It was quite hot in the room anyway, as the sun afternoon, right einstrahlte. The hotel has recently been renovated, but still inside you can tell that it isn't a new building ( no room darkening shades for example; only insufficient black out blinds with curtains possible). In the room, we noticed ... that the floor pleasant parquet. Overall very modern and simply furnished, with mini bar - was sufficient for our needs. The bathroom was VERY small with shower and anything else you might need (including hairdryer and soap dispenser). However the spa wasn't use by two, that's how small it was! Our room faced the street, but we had no problems with noise ( either inside). The front desk staff was very nice. We didn't use breakfast and so we can't make any comments. ( There are some bakeries, where you are on a budget for breakfast. ) NB: it was no problem to us but in front of the entrance is a large stairway, which for the handicapped people would be more of a hindrance. In the hotel itself there was a lift to the room. read more
