Unfortunately I have with the opinions of the other vacations follow. Drinks in the lobby were systematically not available. When entering in the dining room ( if you want to call) ran the staff at us past, without greeting undirgend a guests the you are welcome, rather the contrary. There were always 3 or 4 persons in the suit as rum but none has a cared. The choice of dishes wasn't hard, you could choose between pizza and pasta choose, everything else was not to difinieren. I think, everything was, was on the next day back on unclean storage space ... provided. We were to eat always only at 20 o'clock since, but always missing glasses, so you had to the beer from wine glasses to drink and the juice in the morning you could not drink. I could easily go so much letter which is not was okay, but would the framework here sprängen. Facilities and beach are wonderful. The hotel staff are very friendly-merely the service at the bar was rather bad. Zeise no glasses, drinks often all, long waiting periods at the bar. The staff at the bar unmotivated and annoyed. The boys of the entertainment are always in a good mood but not pushy. Lots of people complained about the food. I can only say, there was everything enough and the selection was sufficient. It was international and local kitchen offered. Small excursions, like for instance to the market or the blue lagoon are on your own good and cheap with ... the taxi reachable. Shopping - possibilities are almost not available. For sun worshipper and beach-hungry, this is the perfect holiday. In October pleasant 30 °C, the sea had about 25 °C. This hotel I can despite small faults recommend. read more

We can all tourists, the in October 2012 in the spring club and this hotel rated negatively, fully right! There is a glaring difference between hotel, cleaning staff and competence of the staff in the drinks and eating area. This staff are extremely lazy and unmotivated. You can still see, that the hotel and it's facilities once very nice were. But everything very neglected. The service was as good as never open. The entertainment for kids was only very limited instead. The gastronomy is a borderline to describe. So there is some german cafeteria in quality and better service set up. The beach and the pool are nice and clean. I would not again go to this hotel. read more

A family-friendly an ageing hotel!
The staff is despite mehrmonatigem not obtained salary extremely friendly and it has not feel. The rooms were clean but should be renovated.
The hotel is nice and clean. The animation is for children and young nice. The food was good and for every palate despite lack of something for everyone.
I was with my sister and it would still do. We are now times not so very demanding. And other countries other customs! read more

The hotel had a great outdoor area and the beach was dreamlike. The food was quite okay however nothing special but I would say, that everyone can find something. It was a pity that there is no cocktails was. The room were really reasonable, the cleanliness left something else to wish for but was still acceptable. The balcony was quite large. We have about the hotel booked a quad bike tour the really recommendable is. If you for this hotel decides has a great beach however the possibilities somewhat something to do are very limited, but it seems on the ... whole island to be like. Since we in the low season were I found the value for money just. read more

Actually it was really beautiful. The food and the selection was okay.
The 'all inclusive' with the drinks you should here but redefine. There is something or not.
On the final day there was no food and drink more because the hotel strikebound was. ( no pay for the employees since months)
The sun and the sea have a lot way face.
Would the hotel but for now, not recommend there the location tense.

We had a great time in this hotel, the staff were very friendly, the dishes were good, the room clean. A few small flaws there was, not enough choice of spirits, too few glasses, not the fastest service, but the vacation fun, we will on occasion this hotel without any problems book again... Price-performance = very good read more

The hotel staff was too many unfriendly. If it überhauptmal meat gave, it was tough as halfraw minced meat. So: more bones as meat and unseasoned. The fish was tough and bony, thus obviously not fresh. Although it is a all inclusive-hotel acts, should drinks - there they not available goods can be bought. Uncared for-hotel, bad food-little variety, quality leaves much to be desired. The highlight is the pool and the beach. We had middle may for 2 weeks, review ( HolidayCheck) 86%. Current beach only 62%! No wonder because it was horrible, the food was very bad (more bones as meat) drinks eingeschrengte selection and not always available, lack of glasses and dishes. The room was quite vergamelt. General: we were 3 years ago. Then the hotel was in Italian hand. Now is ( unfortunately) the price appropriate audience there (90% germans, french, swiss). Sometimes really impossible people with little to no decency! The staff was unfriendly and rude and switched accordingly on resistance. Unfortunately! Would be the price for the hotel a bit higher, the money for more quality in the kitchen and urgently required new linens will be invested. And the audience would be something refined.
Room: we had a freshly renovated, beautiful and spacious room. Our putzfee placed whole job and very hard. At all ... the staff were friendly, even if one decent thing. We were not only times unfriendly treated. The beach and the hotel is still very nice and well maintained.
Action in the restaurant: the dirty tablecloths were despite stains the whole week not a only changed-it must in a hotel (, whether 4 or 2 star) not be easy! You have always found something to eat, the tasted. You carnivores but disappointed from the variety and quality his, as well as the fish very many fishbones. The breakfast is ok, but also rather poor varied.
Drinks: we have never experienced something like that, that the beer or the beverages assumption, not at the beach. Sometimes I am amazed with criticisms, the claim the contrary.
Internet: wi-fi there is in the lobby, restaurant and at the pool free.
Transfer: about 20 minutes with the bus to the airport.
In short: we would hotel again ( for one week beach vacation) book, but experienced as below standard.

The hotel, the outdoor areas and, a little far away beach, would have of the category 4 stars met but the offered food was disastrous: afternoons and evenings always the same small cut, sinewy, hardly edible 'cattle -Gulasch' or chicken wings. The grilled fish was bony and 'stinky', that not even the terrace stray cats gefessen have. The apart from that very good tunisian table wine was not to be enjoyed, as he strongly korkte. The seated at our wanted it or not. We were four adults persons, the already more than ten times in Tunisia but such conditions nor ... did not experience.
The Krone fake has one of the so-called 'bosses ', after heavy complaint other guests, these before the eyes of all other, a plate grilled beef steaks brought. I 64 years my wife 60 years the hotel the 2'. Booked. In the year 2010 were in this hotel 98% italiena and

Lovely hotel with great complex, wonderful walk through the dunes to the super well-kept and clean beach. Chairs were always sufficiently available, seaweed was in the crack funky.
In terms of taste, the food was good, a bit more variety wouldn't be bad, the tunisian dishes were delicious. Breakfast was a bit boring. Less nice the dirty tablecloths on the tables.
Our room was spacious and cleaned daily, towels also every day changed. In the television (no flat screen) only 2 program. The air conditioning worked not really, had between 24 and 26 degrees in the room and it changed ... after 2-experienced complain nothing. On two evenings went beer and wine from, clean and sufficient number of glasses were a problem. The staff in the bar seemed unmotivated or maybe tired after the season. Although in some areas improvement ( too few glasses or spoon at the buffet) and some things repaired may ( water from the shower has no constant temperature, shower was not also good condition)-see various Mängelbilder from bad comments, is the complex through its wonderful organization was expectations at a four-star hotel.
The all inclusive-service was excellent, there was always in the pool-restaurant cakes, pizza-bread. Also at the beach you got coffee and cake and the sanitary facilities were constantly cleaned.
Also children come through the great pool and the sea fully at their expense.
Otherwise there is always a ... kindgerechtes food (noodles, pizza, pancakes for breakfast, Baby food) read more
