The hotel was neat and clean, the inclusive services a bit poor (little drinks). There is free of charge wi-fi in the lobby and internet computers, their use for 30 minutes is free.

In january we were in this hotel, and i have to say we felt very good. Already in the hallway to the room we loved it, even though we in the evening arrived. The room was simple only ingeniously, with a big shower in the room (after showering was moisture through the great air ventilation quickly disappeared). Although the hotel is already somewhat older and therefore has signs of wear
(as german hotels after a few years ago), but you can very be comfortable. The entire staff lwar always very friendly, accommodating and us despite the lack of english always ... tried to mediate. With a small dictionary and the corresponding gesture and facial expression has it works well (staff really makes an effort german to learn). German guests were in the minority, but from our guide Ulrike (Neckermann Reisen) we experienced, that one in case of any problems at francois may (he understands and speaks also german).
The food was of good quality, varied and the buffet offered something for everyone. Everything was clean and tidy. The beach is good suitable for walks, but you have to a little hard
Stewed his because of the many ' boomster'. In hotel and beach area of the hotel not a problem as it through security and policy is secured. What we liked very much we daily live music.
Our summary it was a very nice relaxing vacation and we would gladly come again. read more

The food was very exquisitely and diverse, the food was also very good and the overall no way all inclusive great on first and last day remarkable. The room was optimal furnished and very tasty and of course the view was on the Atlantic ocean and the Baoabbäume and palm trees very nice. I also have the spa area very nice, properly steam bath and a small Finnish ... sauna, comfy shower and towels, the elegant atmosphere high above the sea with thick cushions on the beach chairs for the small pool to rest and water to drink there was in the fitness centre next door, also decent. read more

the hotel is partly very run down, although it isn't very old, not a Sheraton standard.
the management was not customer friendly, we had of 05 am. Until 16 o'clock on our room wait, although it was available.
the same on the final day, room was available and we had to for a late check out normal until 6 o'clock 57 euros costs a full day of 100 euros figures, because the room different allegedly was occupied, so the statement of the manager?
this hotel has one of the most expensive drink prices we in the Gambia have seen, were ... all in all 15 days. read more

A hotel with special construction, beautiful strange architecture. Times which completely different. The first impression it was very good. After a lift ride from the front desk in the lowest floor is one with a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the sea surprised. Great made.

German clearly underrepresented, since mainly English and Dutch all inclusive. guests. Nevertheless all in all more of an upscale audience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food quality was good, variety however limited. In particular no choice greater range of fresh fruit in the breakfast and dinner (often only watermelon). No choice fresh juices. Room large, nice and mordernly decorated, immediate view of the sea, absolute peace, however also here, like everywhere in the hotel, 'african' defects in the cleanliness, service( sometimes missing in the afternoon after cleaning of the rooms completely all towels, but after complaints rapid fixed) and structure. ... Pool area not appealing. Beach was very nice. Good beach chairs and towel service. Absolutely poor public ablutions! Spa not comparable with European Standards and qualitätsanmutung. For the country and the quality of the offer all in all too high price. This also applies to the rest of the hotel. Here definitely all inclusive. book, since otherwise more and direct environment without Essensalternativen in walking distance. Definitely excursions by taxi and the Guide (not over tour operators, since too expensive) to make! read more

The hotel lies fantastic on a sandy beach, but the complex is in need of renovation and neglected.
