Das relexa hotel Bad Salzdetfurth is a somewhat outdated hotel, the but has its own charm,. Even if the furnishing not the new millennium and the sauna during our visit briefly was canceled, the hotel we can happy to recommend. The hotel busy an excellent staff, that always the location was, smaller shortcomings or competent to find a solution. Our desires (transfers of the wellness programme and another wish) they immediately complied. The kitchen of the hotel is first class. In short, We will be back! read more

For a short break of a couple of days a very pleasant hotel, also for families. We have already been the 2. time there and will come again. The spa treatment was very good, one has in this area even after a year of reminded us. It is reasonable value for money and the friendliness of the staff is adequate, without ostentation. read more

The value for money was not alright for the money we would have expected more. We find not, that the hotel four stars deserved. The furniture and also the floor were already very worn. The cleanliness in the bathroom and also in the pool let to be desired. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. It was definitely not a relaxing stay. A shame! read more

A very outdated hotel. At the check-in was no reservation. Rooms, as well as the bathroom were in terms of size ok, but there was mold in the shower and stains in the sheets. The food the lunch was not to enjoy, in the evening ok. Service was friendly but sometimes a bit awkward and not completely in the matter. Partly knew not what you wanted. Stains on the table cloth and dirty cutlery. read more

90% holiday check not at all reached.! As skilful short stay. De orient we mostly on holiday check for our short vacation. In the past we could us very good on the holidaybewertungen leaving. In this case we can't say, as such a hotel a 90% rating could. In particular: The waiters at the breakfast is partly totally with the organization and the cleanliness at the tables swamped, and partly very inattentive (lack of glasses, plates, etc.) Very dirty tablecloths were only after a request replaced. The spa is in a very desolate condition. The whole area is ... totally outdated and very dirty. Strong mold in all showers and in the pool. Fussbecken unbenutztbar, as damaged and very dirty. Conclusion, very strong ageing spa should be completely renovated. For customer satisfaction and acceptance procedure, are investment now necessary. read more

    We had a decent classic double room on the 2. floor in the house of lords, with a beautiful panoramic view into nature. The furniture was rather rustic, and modern. Therefore the room a little dark, a few signs of wear are visible. A small minibar is integrated. The small bathroom, with a shower is enough for the daily freshen up ☺ a hair dryer is available.

We really enjoyed the weekend. The breakfast was outstanding and the 3-course-menus in the evening were great. The room was large and clean, unfortunately a bit poorly soundproofed. The hotel we have already in the circle of friends recommended and will be definitely again a weekend stay there. read more

Hotel in the architectural style of the 80. years but nevertheless well maintained. Everything was very well arranged arranged and one gets along fast. A little bit out of town of the city center, but peacefully located. read more

    Well maintained and partly new renovated. (carpet, paint) The furnishing is still the 80. jahrestil. Tv is a nichmehr zeitgemäses crt tv. Fits but zum'retrostil'. But super clean. However, we for the return trip from the cleaning lady almost as sacked before. We had lateout departure (until 15 o'clock) and were at 10 o'clock abreisebereit. From 9 o'clock the cleaning lady not more from our floor had disappeared. It has in free rooms waited and observed until we finally were gone. We had to you but say that we even theoretically until 15 o'clock still remain may.

    We as adults could just take the offer up. Starters buffet was varied and good. The warm main courses were too few varied. There was always only two options. Fish was always one of them and then either poultry or something with meat. For children unfortunately completely unsuitable. Since some children as guests were there one should just in addition, spaghetti with sauce or chips with stand. Always. However the silvestergalabüfett was excellent. The big issue was our last dinner. This should be the sogenannte'candle. Lightdinner' are. We were however completely and as soon as left declared.     The service was all perfect. Even with the new year's celebrations, there was no waiting times. Everyone was despite stress always friendly. Unfortunately once the room not cleaned. Was for us however not so tragic.

    Pool and sauna, style and charm of the 80. However, they are still well-preserved. Bite only in the herrendusche the shower heads renew. One of two available is not. 2. gripe. The reserved and confirmed massage was of the external offerers completely forget. My wife came after 20 minutes of waiting hopping mad and cool back into the room. An apology from the direction was not. The hotel but can't do anything about it here.

    Hotel in the architectural style of the 80. years but nevertheless well maintained. Everything was very well arranged arranged and one gets along fast. A little bit out of town of the city center, but peacefully located.
