The hotel, directly located at the main train station Potsdam, is located on a major street, but with the window closed is nothing to hear from the street noise.
The cleaning staff efficient and cleaned even in the farthest corner. Even under my bed and on top of the wardrobe was thoroughly cleaned. The only fault was, that the lamps were not cleaned and dust of minutes a week lag.
The breakfast was very good. It was always sufficiently available and convinced through a wide selection of sweet and hearty food and a lot of different drinks, even lactose free ... milk and without gluten cereal was available.
In the afternoon, cakes. The choice is not large, but sufficient and tasty.
In the evening surprised the restaurant Oscar with very delicious food and moderate prices.
You should time late at night to the bar go to and in the evening was nothing going on, then the bar shuts early, unfortunately.
At my time (new year) was the complete staff are very friendly and always engaged it for each right to make. read more

Hello
We were there for a weekend in Potsdam around the city a little bit to learn. At first I was a bit disappointed, when my husband told me, we staying in a Mercure hotel. Thought of Ibis with plastic bathroom uS sunday But it was great, we had a suite on the 16th floor. Completely Potsdam under us. The bathroom was through a glass wall from the bedroom, thus I could of the bathtub from evenings television. We had a huge walk-in closet and a separate living room with dining room and a toilet. Everything super modern equipped and ... clean. Unfortunately we had only a weekend, next time it was longer. read more

For a short break recommendable place to spend the night. Central location, opposite the Filmmuseum Potsdam ( don't confuse with the movie park babaelsberg very close). Possibilities to stroll through town-on the tracks Friedrich the large; appropriate cultural building and enough bars, cafes and middle-class restaurants. read more

The hotel is outstanding for the exploration from Potsdam. As good as all sights from here good on foot respectively with the public transport links be achieved. Very relaxing is the breakfast on the hotel terrace and the atmosphere in the evening directly at the Havel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all a hotel in which we felt at home and felt very much at ease have. So good we have already long not more. Better it hardly goes! read more

The hotel in the foreseeable future the new building a Kunsthalle soft. However the group of the left against remarkably, as it is located at the hotel one of the last industrial buildings from the DDR row thandelt.
And honestly egsagt, irgednwie you can feel it. The rooms are all about 10 centimeters too short too narrow, the bathroom is a bit too tight. But the hotel is not to blame for that, these are the general structural condition. Overall the hotel is clean and tidy, the design appealing and a stäödtereise very recommendable read more

The breakfast was rich, varied and fresh. The scrambled egg for example was perfect, you unfortunately not always. All the higher you are, there were 17 floors, all better is the view. all in all a nice hotel. read more

The hotel is centrally located and isn't far away from Potsdamer train station. The breakfast I could couldn't test, it looked for a peek into the restaurant but more than enough and clean. read more
