In my opinion has this hotel no 4 stars. In the room very dirty windows, mold in the shower, coating the furniture chipped and angle on the wall attached (such a repair you can do well). The walls in the room already several times nachgestrichen, therefore very stained. Overall impression of the room rather bad. The breakfast was ok and at the front desk very friendly staff. For us this hotel not again into question. read more

The hotel is huge and because of its height already by far to see and therefore easy to find. It is the appropriate to age condition, from the inside however decorated up to date. The types of people were regarding the age and nationalities mixed. Our weekend found meetings and it was therefore in the lobby partly very crowded and noisy. read more

The hotel is simple huge, over 1000 rooms on 37 floors. The public rooms are very clean and in good condition.
We had room with breakfast booked.
Wifi is available, but it must be paid for-a shame really. For a 4-star superior actually be included. One comes but also times 3 days without ☺
Of 'young' to 'old' everything was represented by the guests, where we are now no children seen. The audience is international. read more

Huge hotel, very centrally located at the train station Alexanderplatz. A considerable wait at the check-in and gepäckabgabe (at least 15 minutes maximum 25 minutes). Was certainly because of the fact, that the itb was. Otherwise very good service and cleanliness. Cheaper price read more

Great view! Breakfast unfortunately totally overcrowded. Therefore extremely loud. So that you do not like to much time to eat. A shame.
Room very warm and stuffy windows open did not help much. Since there were still a suction 2 slice of was. From the exterior.
Otherwise beautiful room with great an awesome view. Heavy bags had to be in front of the door. No pfeif /pull or train noise were read more

The hotel in the middle of the Alex in Berlin has the location of course a top-location. The view of the rooms on the city and the tower is just unique. The view, the staff's hospitality and the quality justify the high price.
However we found 19 €per breakfast personally as overpriced and 'self-catering' set. read more

There is no real bathroom. The sink is in the room and the shower is only by a shower curtain from the room separately. The toilet only a door from glass (we found not very annoying!). On Alex there is very little to do, plenty of shopping and is ideal starting point for tours. In the hotel is always very busy, as many tourists on the terrace and a Burger King in the hotel is. As a whole is very noisy in the entrance area. But overall recommendable. Except for 1-2 unfriendly receptionists were all very friendly. read more

The best is, of course, the fantastic view (when you a room with a view of the tv tower bay-otherwise surely rather drab). We were 22. floor. Room very small and relatively worn. Seemed a bit like modularity, since almost everything in a room under construction. The glass shower is quite funny. Sink in the room and minitoilette however, it should definitely not his. The curtain for the separation of plumbing and living area seemed cheap and gives hospital atmosphere. We were a bit disappointed of the facilities. Must be updated.
Clear drawback, however, the mini-gym. With over 1000 rooms ... are the three equipment absolutely too few! Still thriller about was the spa. Way too small and with just three saunas and massages the offers will, the name spa is not worth it.
Overall is the Park Inn i unfortunately. That is the view not worth it. read more

High-rise right on the Alexanderplatz; great view (with appropriate floor), fantastic access to public transportation, wonderful breakfast.
The rooms are pretty small; in the living room integrated shower may be a bit hard to get used to be. Rooms are not brand new, but completely okay.
Wireless internet fees are charged are way too high; also the aussichtssterrasse is liable to pay the costs - an isolence. So well, the hotel is on business guests. read more

The Park Inn on Alex i can recommend. Pluses were the very cosy lobby and the wonderful breakfast buffet. Negative points are the somewhat small room for a Park Inn by Radisson standard, for example the bathroom was in the room integrated as an open kitchen. read more

Great location directly on the Alexanderplatz. Was for the 2. time in this hotel as it usually short and cheap room! ( is probably the size of the hotel) have in advance by email a room on the upper floors about this without an extra charge get (the view is unbelievably beautiful for each of the no fear of heights has ☺ however, the standard -room very small (know such a size of the room actually only from nyc ) for breakfast you can tell then at least the size of the hotel (mass processing/ ) all together however ... because of the price levels and the location highly recommended! read more

Without credit the usual 50 Euro deposit, despite direct debiting...
6,5 Euro per hour internet without words.
Showduschen and washbasin arrangement took some getting used to.
Toilet with frosted glass wall without 'noise' real beziehungsbelastungstest for newlyweds \u263a
Either air ventilation or elevator let in train station feeling in the room arise.
Very soft beds. Breakfast with the usual berlin brötchenversuchen, therefore probably rolls better name... 1 schuhreinigungsautomat found before lifts 20+
Value for money there are in Berlin better.
A plus is the view. read more

Check in and check out perfect, friendly, efficient
The small transparent wet room in the room very hard to get used to
Sauna area is in need of renovation and for the size of the hotel way too small, a pool is missing
Breakfast very varied, staff very friendly
The shaky card reader in the lifts work often only in the 5. attempt and should finally exchanged
A smoker's lounge or bar would have been beneficial and safe in relation to the gastronomic sales advantageously \u263a
All together a very centrally located hotel which unfortunately old! read more
