Hotel is conveniently located right next to the Collegiate Church and Festspielgelände, downtown and the pedestrian zone with restaurants and cafes are only five minutes walk away, to the positives to call. With a single room- size of estimated eight square feet you didn't feel comfortable in the hotel, it also changes the attractive decor of the restaurants. The designated smoking area in the restaurant, the hotel on their own home page and internet booking agencies prides itself doesn't exist, d. H. you have to smoked at the door. My (very small!) room was West-this means, that the whole afternoon the sun shone and it was very hot. Sleep with the window open meant a considerable noise, the pool chairs the hotel (and this room) directly on the ring, the ring road around the pedestrian area. Since the whole night is a little busy.
The hotel needs to be renovated-in particular my bathroom had seen better years (decades?).
The food was a bit bland-therefor but very cheap: for a large Putengeschnetzeltes with rice and additional salad plate size I paid 5, 95 euro. The breakfast was good.
To the ... city center you can walk away without having to cross a street, but it is up a slope. read more
