Price/performance ratio has not been matching. So no recommendation. But: for cuban standards the hotel is not bad. The rooms in Cuba are actually always (if not 5-stars) rather shabby, so also here. One must this rather than pure place to sleep and look, whether everything else is nice. The beach for example is one of the most beautiful, which we saw (comparisons for example with Maldives, Seychelles, Thailand). In the hotel and on the island were very lots of italians and you, thats a. My impression was, that you with italian better came, than with english. With german you ... need it not at all only to try. Cuban type of course not a few canadians but rather the french speaking. The age emphasis was so between 25 and 40. many also with children. Mature people (55 +) were less represented. read more

    The rooms were relatively small and spartan, for us it was enough however, since we have small luggage are traveling. Bath very small, the door is half-opened at the klo. Cuban type everything was already very worn. The use the safe costs 2 cuc per day, what i did not much but somewhat redundant found, as probably everyone the safe to use want.

    The choice in the restaurants was good, the quality also, but there was no daily variation. Except for fruit there were no desserts, only for breakfast there was marble cake. However we have to say, the desserts, which we in other cuban hotels or restaurants had, nothing special were delicious. Therefore have we skipped it and went to fruit held. Desserts, the cubans somehow not. The kitchen style was rather interational. Tips were not expected, but we have good services (by waiters) honored, which was gratefully accepted was.

    Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff the tour operator is only limited professional, just one of the cubature is good, unfortunately, it was not responsible for us and had us always a cubanacan referido, the representative of TUI there was. This gentleman gram has nothing at all the series ones and english was of the worst sort of (german of course also non-existent). We found it an isolence, that TUI such representatives would choose. We had a complaint because fruchtfliegenbefall in our bathroom, they gave us without discussion a different room. The cleaning of the rooms was always okay.

    The entertainers were quite nimble and are always run around and the people addressed. There was also a lot was offered however always the same. There was a tiny kraftecke in the open, but i have only employees (and very rarely) seen. Was probably only been set up, a hook on the list, which in the resort belongs, to. Beach as mentioned super and well maintained. We always chairs and sunscreens received. The pool was for us not so interesting, rather verschörkelt and very flat.

    Has very nice private beach, with beach bar, where you good food gets. Airport about 5 minutes away by car, 2 minutes more and you are in the small town /Marina. There is a free shuttle bus to other beaches (one drives 9:00 or 10:30 to Marina and from there with the boat). You can also call for a cab, 2 cuc per person, the quicker, because it directly at the beach, also one is more flexible.

unfortunately this is staff in the hotel more on Spanish speaking tourists set and this also preferred. this is unfortunately only with extra tips to avoid. the room was clean and from the size was OK. the complex has its best times already back itself. There are several drawbacks to find which did not a four-star hotel belong. ( for example open Electric Cable, lack of wood plank on the dock to the beach, open Gullideckel) the only games children under 14 years by the pool banning hotel with Signs. the food is although varied but repeated every day. In ... the breakfastand offer in the evening this was reasonably OK. The lunch offer unfortunately very disappointing, since it only at the beach restaurant and at the pool bar was. The result of the totally overcrowded and both the few staff under this busy were, its tip paying Spanish guests with eating and drinking to provide. also on the beach it was not a lot trouble given, the smallest waves hung immediately the red flag. if you're on a trip to this hotel not do without want, is very much dependent on many Spaniards, Italians and set. German are rather rare. read more

Shuttle only five minutes to the hotel, is not disturbing airport. Very friendly reception staff explained everything to get the a has it understood. The food is plentiful and very Faria rich harvest. The beach is clean and well maintained and it has sufficient beach chairs for each. The staff and the rest of the staff (gardener, maid, etc.) are friendly and helpful. read more
