Large room, with three single beds on betonklotzen were (could not be adjusted). The mattresses were a bit hard. There was an fridge in the room. The cleaning lady came every day, and was very tidy.

Good food, also dishes typical of the country. It was always refilled. Wide choice. Lunch is served on the terrace ( in the open) eaten. Both the dining room, as well as from the terrace a great view over the sea.

The staff were very friendly. The basic German are given, however it is not wrong, even if we also speaks English.

There were hardly any animation ( as well as in the hotel description specified). One evening was a greek dance organized and once played a solo entertainer. In the afternoon by the pool was water polo played. But there is a further pool, where you at this time then its' peace' had.

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. Large, well-kept hotel.

The hotel is on a more steep hill (berg). The view is accordingly of course excellent. Several times daily to drive small hotel's own buses to the nearby located beach and naturally also again back. In the village Hersonissos ( with also very nice beach/ sandy beach) drive several times daily hotel's own buses, free in which one need them.

The room was big enough, very simple furniture but charmy too. The white colours and woods, the balcony, safe at request (and extar fee), telephone, TV was enough too. The buildings aren´t new but the paint was ok and it gives it a nice image. It would be good to have a bigger safe as also more channels available on the TV (mainly German and Greek). We love coffee but we could have it anytime in the bar so it wasn´t a pain we didn´t have a coffee machine in the room.

There´s two restaurants and one bar but seems to be sufficient. There was only one day we waited for a table for dinner and I have to say it was very fair as the restaurant manager knew exactly who was next. Because we were in the bar waiting while having a drink, I don´t see much of inconvenience, honestly. Dining areas were constantly being cleaned - the staff were doing a great job on this one, really. the cuisine was a bit of a mixture but mainly mediterranean - not very much of a variety but fresh, grilled food as well which I find great and refilled constantly. Several options for drinks which I find a plus too. The atmosphere was nice. The bar could be a little noisy later in the evening but it wouldn´t affect our rooms, anyway.

The staff was friendly. Staff was speaking English and German (at least) form what i could see. The rooms were cleaned daily. We didn´t use any aditional service - except internet which wasn´t great because most of people were using it at the same time, I guess. This coudl be something to improve as for sure it can be a plus. We didn´t have any complaint but when we wanted to pay there was something funny, the person at the reception during the late shift did ask if we could pass by next day to get the payment done - I found this a little odd but when I mentioned it to the receptionist the next she found it strange too so perhaps he was just busy.

The pool had a good size, good nice sunbeds, bar close where you can walk and get drinks too. Good showers as well, fully operational at all times. There was no option to print any documents or access a business center which can be handy if you need to work or print any documents you need for travelling.

We are a Portuguese young couple spend 11 nights at this hotel (from the third week of September). We didn´t have any expectation and it was our first time in Crete. The hotel was a great positive surprise - nice bungalows, good food (fresh grilled food too), nice people, great value for our full board vacation. Rooms were properly cleaned daily and even they were simple the style is very pleasant with a nice balcony. You have also a mini fridge which you can use for water and/or other stuff. There´s a small shop in the resort too where the offer is a little limited but sufficient, if you are on vacation. A nice parking is also available free of charges. The water was always available and in the temperatures we wanted.

The hotel has a great location. Close to main restaurant and nightlife as well as the beaches. Shops and tour agencies are near by too. The most charmy thing is that you can walk into the busy area but the hotel is located in a quiet hill. In a 20 minutes drive you are in Heraklion, the biggest city of Crete too. Heraklion airport is also the closest of hotel. We didn´t do any private/organized excursions but there were many available from the hotel where from what we understood the representatives of travel agencies were advising guests and sharing recommendations. It sounded they also have several languages available (Portuguese isn´t included but that´s ok).

Very large room, with everything you need. In addition to a large terrace. Everything was ok. Condition was also acceptable. For the room you have however only a key and for the safe also a. Mini bar there was no, however an empty fridge. Tv receives RTL and ZDF.

There was a main restaurant, here you take the breakfast and dinner and on the terrace by the pool the lunch. Only point of criticism, so good the quality of the food also was, there was just far from enough variety. It has delicious but again and again the same. It varied perhaps with 4 meals a day, the rest was always the same. Nevertheless you will definitely full. Hygiene was good, again and again the tablecloths were changed if guests went. Good chilled drinks you had to at a machine, there was never long queues. Tips were as mentioned not expected.

The service in the restaurant cannot be topped! Very friendly and speedy and not from the reason, because you tip expect but, because they were really nice. Within 1 minute the plate was cleared away and they are always ready for a small talk or tips and recommendations to have. It someone. Put on have, I have not experienced (myself am a blonde). Cleaning of the rooms was always good, I nothing to complain about.

There were two pools, one lies somewhat hidden. There was once a day water aerobics what fun was. Often also girls and guys together and different things in the pool played with balls or so, thus one has also quickly people learned. Have evenings beaobachtet as the chlorwert respectively the water tested. What was very good was the free internet in the lobby.

So some statements here, I can only with the head shake! The hotel resembles neither a youth hostel it is full of young people do not care! One should not forget that it is a 3, five star hotel in Greece is, who such statements is should only five star hotels book, where everything is perfect! So much to do so. The hotel is very extensive with a lot of bungalows with 4-8 rooms surrounded from a great, colorful gardens. Yes the hotel lies on a hill and one should on steep streets adjust, but you know that already before one booked and so bad it was also again not! Apart from that everything was quite clean. We had allinclusive, since we didn't alcoholic beverages drink, we were with the offer more than satisfied. From the guest structure we all possible languages, Polish, Italian, English, German, french and Russian, and here I say, that the russians well behaved, neither too loud were, still drunk or otherwise something what you know. Each age was there, mixed, whether families, couples or older. I have no only even experienced that someone drunk or otherwise what was, it was always quiet. The hotel was in my opinion not run down, the only factor were the furniture, why the hotel perhaps older. But also it was in the greek style and that's why not so bad for us.

Beach is approximately 15 minutes out uphill respectively bergrunter, is however good to manage. Itself is the beach very clean, some days there were great waves. To the airport respectively to the hotel it takes between and minutes, very pleasant. The natives were very friendly and they note the traffic regulations and not as idiots. There is a shuttle bus into the city, but where you left out, are just a few gift shops, to the clubs and bars you'll need to even drive respectively walking. Excursions there are enough and on every corner to book.

The size of the room was ok. In our room were 2 beds, a desk, a small table, 2 chairs, two mirror, tv, air conditioning, closet, safe, bath tub ( as shower serviceable ), toilet and washbasin. Otherwise we had a massive balcony with a table and two chairs. The air conditioning worked great. For the very small safe you had to extra are charged. Furthermore, that the safe with key (and not with permutuation lock) was closed, but you the key not as the room key at the front desk could leave. The room was relatively clean and the condition was also ok.

There's a restaurant, in which the breakfast and dinner in buffet form take place. In addition a pool bar, where you during the day drinks and snacks and the lunch. The dishes were really delicious. Some gave it every day ( for example fries, potatoes, salad). Apart from that the courts have every day changed. However also after about a week repeatedly, which however also not too bad. The buffet was immediately refilled, if it became scarce. Otherwise one needed no minute wait until the empty plates from the waiter was taken. There was always greek specialties, a pasta dish, a fish dish, meat dishes, a rice dish... So very international!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Almost all of them spoke English and some even German very well. The room is cleaned every day. The doctor is also every day for about an hour. There is however no child care.

The animation was very small. Sport could you make. There was a fitness room, tennis-, soccer- and basketball court and a beach volley field. Otherwise you could in a small lädchen the coerced buy ( however it was very expensive). Internet was free. However one needed some patience, as it usually many attempts needed, to get in. The pool was clean, however relatively small and during the day crowded. At least there was but enough sunbeds.

The hotel is nice laid out. It is no fortress of loungers, but consists of lots of small houses. It was relatively clean, there every day a member of the cleaning staff the room one had cleaned it. It hung on the wall a dead mosquito, however therefor the bathroom was really clean. The all inclusive-offer was super. Especially afternoons and evenings there was an extensive buffet and different drinks. The breakfast so, because there as always abroad not the typical German rolls/ bread. The guests came from everywhere and were especially between and years old.

To the beach it is no 5 minutes' walk. However one must through the slight hillside on the way back a slight increase in the hotel, but for the most people not a problem should be. The center of chersonissos is on foot 15 minutes away. It has loads of tourist shops and on the beach promenade rows the clubs and bars all together. Evenings/ at night there is always a party until the sun rises - that's why especially good location for young people, because everything is reachable on foot and one not each evening need a taxi! There are some excursions. Recommendable is the massive aquacity. However you have to everywhere by bus go there.

Totally rocked! With this standard, you could maybe in the 70. At the start, but 2012 is the furnishings and still vielmahr the condition maximum 1a worth 2 stars and extremely overpriced. Size of the room just goes, furniture is the complete disaster and satellite -tv-aligns with its three channels exclusively to guests from Austria. Perhaps complain about our friends in the republic of austria (also very present and also very, very loud!) less.

So bad never all inclusive vacation spend. Never mind at which meal, constantly the identical buffet-components. After three days we are in front of the food have fled their homes, as absolutely unacceptable! Very little choice at fruit, if times meat, then fat and not enjoyable. Brilliant the so-called breakfast buffet: tough bread and' rolls', nasty scrambled egg, greasy edition and liquid butter/margarine. Also dirty tablecloths you shouldn't be disgusted by. Dining room very hot and full of slavering staff, if once again a troop blond teenagers the locality entered. So not!

Here should be someone complain about! We have never had so friendly and helpful staff experience. A example: we missed a sewage stopper for the bathtub ( no bathtub!). On the next day we had the thing-more questions? frandsprachenkenntnisse completely ok, we were not Mallorca! Also on complaints they reacted immediately and very sovereign regulated. As we stayed in five star hotels quite other things experienced. Dearest greetings hereby at the restaurant-crew, Frank! , Katharina, Athena and all other service-bees. Caution before the barkeeper: young, blonde women are fair game and were mercilessly passes-very unpleasant!

Which entertainment? At: hours entered a semi -professional 'sports entertainer' the scene and amused the lady over 50 with aqua-games ( dumb interruptions of and very questionable water aerobics). Afterwards could also man under guidance times a few balls a small gate throw-called there by the way water polo! You can only be happy, if not drunk thousands of french the peace and quiet disturb or just russians and israelis ballgefechte supply. A tip: fast the children from the bassin ( pool the puddle not call) because the pubescent outlanders homolytic extremely inconsiderate to works and you can turn out there already times drown-apart from the hearing impairment.

Complex on the hill with a fantastic view over the sea and the place. The bungalows are scattered and the outside quite nice. The rooms whereas since the 70. Apparently not more renovated. In our 3 -bed-room: a 'closet' with mietsafe ( Euro 30 for fourteen days!) , without inserting soils and for one person completely inadequate. Bathroom completely okay, however a bit dirty. Beds bricked, therefore not adjustable. Couch comfort was very good, as well as the cleanliness the bed sheets. Remarkably, that disabled apparently a bad beach. Apart from the hillside will hardly a guest with gehbehindeung ever be room reach, because the builder is a friend of stairs and steps.

The hotel benefits merely from the very nice hillside location. Environment is rather boring. To the beach leads next to the trip -service a track, on a moderate pebble beach in about 5 to 10 minutes reachable is. The descent is dusty and easy. The climb in blazing sun should be considered, since lots of ways unattached and very steep! The panorama is wonderful!

We had a family room, nice large, clean, everything worked.

The food was ok, nothing exciting, but always something for everyone. It repeated more often. The restaurant was not air-conditioned. The beverages you had to yourself. The plates were cleaned away quickly.

The staff worked very hard... It was to the part of speak German but with English you got along well Our room was very clean and cleaned daily. Child care there is no. Is so but also in the brochure

In the morning there was table tennis, afterwards water aerobics and water polo. There was enough chairs, however almost no umbrella. The majority were broken and it was in the blazing sun.

The hotel is in a nice location, you have a great view, the area is large and typical of the country built. The buildings are partly getting very old, the conditions the room very different. We had all-inclusive, but of the quality much to be desired left. The selection a drink in the evening was very small. A lot had to be paid separately. There were a lot of young people since, mostly from Eastern Europe, the evenings partying went.

There is a steep on foot to the sea, you can easily create can, alternatively there is also a shuttle bus to a other bay. The city is worth seeing, lots of shops, bars and restaurants, here you can get lots to see and the shop fun. A rental car you get for little money.
