Hotel Gabriela^{(4 stars)}

Beautiful, centrally located hotel, very good cuisine, attentive and very friendly staff, resting room in the wellness -facilities a bit small, three saunas all very clean. Room with a balcony on the south side very nice. If you are used with the window open to sleep, can the night somewhat become uneasy. The returnees from patschi are then in the form and a bit noisy. This bothered me. But it is the hotel, his staff and the very good cuisine not detract from our stay. Very good is also the skiing opposite the hotel. You get a box. There is ... everything in it. A recommendable hotel, great modern hotel and nevertheless very comfortable. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The location just perfect only a couple of steps to the lift. Since opening of the hotel Gabriela (old) we were regularly guests. With the new building related extension of the hotel is more than good - this year we could again a further improvement of the food, as regards quality and presentation say. The staff's hospitality and the cleanliness in the entire house left nothing to be desired. read more

Our 2. stay in the Gabriela unfortunately wasn't like that good as the last year. The service the dining Hall left nothing to the imagination. Our table was in the serving overlooked and if one inquired, came partly outrageous answers. We noticed, that guests, the staff tip zusteckten, better service. But why then at the front desk piggy banks; you can't only at the end of the stay judge, if everything for satisfaction was? The selection of the dishes was also not more so canceled as 2012, the special was missing. There was main course hardly any fish dishes to ... choose from, unfortunately, and for example: a jausenteller is no appetizer in a 4 star hotel. The variety of the salade buffet and breakfast -buffet were not especially large. The one on the final day the car not departure can pack when you want, we also find difficult. Large and in good taste designed room (junior suite) and entrance area - great location for skiers - courteous host - informal atmosphere (the chef is always ready to ) - varied menus in the evening with good assortierter wine list - altogether we again really enjoyed and we will 'repeat offenders' in 2014... read more

The premises of the hotel are new, very tastefully and comfortably decorated. Junior suite very spacious, nice bar and lobby, attractive restaurant (perhaps a bit cramped over the holidays). The staff arbeitetet professional, partially a bit impersonal. The sauna area is nicely decorated, without outdoor area, but with a spacious heißsauna. The breakfast buffet was ok. - it was missing a bit the special and here and there a little variation. Same goes for the salad buffet in the evening. The dinner was as regards the menu very kreataiv and great arranged- sometimes a bit boring. The gala menu, it ... could have been new year's eve not longer needed, a buffet would be nice. The new year's celebrations was great organized, even if certainly very good band definitely not our taste. The hotel lives certainly the location right next to the gondola. Through the ski depot, would be a little further away, but quite manageable. If you so much value on ambiance sets, is available in the Gabriela in good hands and will certainly feel at home. We missed here and there a little personal atmosphere and warmth. Overall we for the price expected a little more. read more

Very beautiful hotel, can only be recommended. The location is perfect. To the lift and to the shops are just a few meters. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We liked the food very much. The staff were friendly... Especially Isabell behind the bar had always a merry saying on inventory. ;-) Keep it up... We will go again next year and were looking forward to. read more

Four star are in relation to the breakfast and dinner service too much. Waits of up to 45 minutes between the individual courses... Over the festive season is this hotel not. The staff were overstrained. The salad buffet was good but not varied, the same applies to the breakfast buffet. The hotel is very impersonal run. For a skiing holiday without many requirements it is ideal. read more

In a nutshell a dream! The culinary treat in this hotel has a award deserves. The 2 ladies at the reception are supermega competent and throw the Whole shop on the vorzüglichste. All in all very great! read more

A great and recommendable hotel. Very good, friendly and clean! We felt as a family very probably. Only one negative the children's playroom. It is available, however are the possibilities for playing very limited. The games room is rather dearless furnished and tögelilkasten is subject to a charge. It needs more warmth and cosiness in the room. But apart from that also the children very comfortable and could move around freely. read more

Everything was wonderful, particularly the food and the compilation of the meal. Well were the wine recommodations, the service staff was very fast, very friendly and accommodating. What not always immediately worked, was the service the lift. It took sometimes until the button really got, the lift call. read more

We were for one week for hiking in serfaus, and had this time a room in this great hotel booked. For us there were absolutely nothing to fault. Herewith we want for the lovely time with the family K. and his team very sincere thanks. We will visit this hotel again. read more
