We are a childless FRZ: speaking (29/31 years) arrived few, the area was very much directed toward children, which didn't bother us! One may expect not to absolutebn poolrelax a quiet holiday, because by the pool there is always something happening; the entertainment was offered for young and old! For Urlquber with kids; for people traveling without children; if you don't disturb it! Party you can expect but no! The area is very well maintained; very nicely laid out and the pool is great! The hotel rooms are of different categories; it is advisable, to choose a better category ..., since the bad etern are very tired! We were not satisfied with our room and immediately after complaint received a new! The food is, but not so varied, very good! The staff is very friendly and the quality was good, in our opinion better than three stars. The beach chairs by the pool and eight euros per person per day, which we did not know! There is a laundry service, which was very positive, since one can wash for just four euro! The holiday was all in all very nice and absolutely recommendable! You have to keep in mind allerdingses, that, even if the property P&V comparatively favourable to Cannes; on the Cote d'Azur is all relatively expensive! The hotel is a standard three star hotel, rather a bit worse than we already had. The location is central to the beach about 10 minute 30 minute walk reachable Cannes. Overall good hotel, however you have to clean yourself and there are no towel change. A bit noisy at night if young people are present. The pool is a dream, it looks like he is going to the sea. We were self catering so I can't comment on the food, but there was a free shuttle service from the hotel down to Cannes, which was quite pleasant, as you don't always have to walk up and down the mountain. read more

The facility is on a slope was very beautifully designed. The garden is maintained well. The steps and sidewalks should be cleaner. The apartments are not air-conditioned. The hotel overall is recommended. It is not perfect but not bad either. However, the room was very small for four people, we had a bedroom and a large part of the apartment were then two beds. But the bedroom was a no-go, very small, dark, uncomfortable, but doable. It was nice that we view of the sea and it was very quiet our location (different houses-we were in the house Chagall). Bathroom and kitchen fit! No restaurant only private bar outside of the hotel, although we booked half board. The rooms were dirty and damp down in the bathroom door of crooked broken furniture needs more you say. Substitute room was not much better. Things didn't get booked read more

Only well looking from outside.
The cleanliness and maintenance conditions of the hotel are very poor and disagree 100% with the hotel category. We choose this hotel based on the nice looking pictures available through internet. Also because is one of the only few places of the region offering appartments with several rooms. We are a family with two children. Forget it! Our neighbors in the apartment downstairs gave us additional headaches. A group of teenagers who occupied that room spent the whole night drunk, laughing, crying and shouting until the next morning. We tolerate one night like this with ... the logic consequences for our children who could not sleep during the night as usual. The second night we try to talk to them. Their reaction was totally aggressive (probably was not alcohol the only one drug). So then we decided to call reception to complaint. Nobody was there. The reception is only open until 21: 00 hs.
The situation was so bad (several of those guys knocking aggressively our door), that we decided to call the police. These must be the worst part of the story. In a place like Cannes the local police in unable to talk any other language than French. I speak four languages including German, English and Spanish. The police officer refuse even to make any single effort to understand what I was trying to say (and I try all my available resources!). He careless hanged up obviously not interested at all in our problem. It seems that because they did not understand is not their problem. Welcome international tourism! read more
