It was already the 4th week I stayed in the hotel. But still the crew surprised me again with their kindness, as well as the expasion of the hotel done in the last 2 years. It is a beautiful hotel with lot of wellness facilities and large rooms. read more

    From the first moment we felt very welcome in the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly. The slogan they use "come as a guest and leave as a friend" is not only the slogan of the hotel, but it is really the way you feel as a guest.

    When you come for skiing, the hotel is perfectly located. It lays halfway up the mountain in a very quiet small village. The hotel is directly connected to the ski slope. Meaning that you can start skiing from the door of the ski room. And thanks to the big efforts of the staff, this was still possible til the last day of the season.

The rooms in the hotel are very different, depending on your preference you can from the normal double rooms to luxury suites with everything. My room, a double room, was wonderfully spacious. It was always perfectly clean and the furniture was all in very good condition. My room had wireless internet, flat screen, safe, etc. I had three-quarters pension, this meant, that i almost around the hour with leckerstem food looked after. The guests were very international and as my stay in the holiday fell, were several families with children present. But there were also many couples in all age ... groups. read more

    My room was very spacious. It was in addition with a seating area. The balcony was also spacious and with sun loungers. The room had a safe, a flat screen tv with the richest programme, i have ever in a hotel experienced. There was a mini bar, a telephone and the closet was very spacious and with lots of iron. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a bidet. The furnishings with shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and utensils such as shower cap, wattepads, sewing kit, nail files and so on. Perfect. It was even the offer made, that one shaving kit or toothbrush at the front desk could get, if something missing. In the room there were bathrobes, towels for the spa and premium flip flops in its own bag. These towels were daily exchanged. The staff worked fast and very clean.

    There was a restaurant with different rooms, all very nice equipped. Also here was the first thing i asked, if i with my seat was happy or me something else have imagined, the staff would try my wishes to be taken into consideration. The breakfast buffet was extremely rich, one got also on request different food freshly prepared. Fresh juice, various coffees were of course offered. The evening dinner was a 5-course menu with traditional elements, a salad and starters buffet and a dessert buffet completed the food from. It was also a tyrolean evening and a candelight dinner with piano music are organised. The food was in all parts of very tasty and you were even asked, whether one still another additional portion to have would like. The staff respected very much with the needs of, but decent in the background. At the tyrolean evening played the boss personally on the accordion and entertained the guests with information on the place and südtiroler customs. More than enough was also the afternoon cake buffet, with a daily changing soup and south tyrol bacon was supplemented. The drinks prices were appropriate and this friendly service one gladly gave tips.

    It was my first visit to the bärenhotel and the restaurant was extremely friendly and warm atmosphere, loved it. It makes you feel like you are already at the welcome good. A personal guided tour through the hotel and the accompaniment to the room was perfect. Also the cocktail was after request fries and i enjoyed the first hour in the hotel thoroughly. I had no complaints to register, but it was right with the we could visit the rooms beforehand asked, whether i was happy or something else would wish for. So looks perfect service!

    The pool- and spa are on a very high level. The indoor pool was a lot of outdoor pool separated, which opened, if you through want to swim. The whirlpool was integrated into the indoor pool and there was a big jacuzzi in the outdoor area. The panorama at the swim was just amazing! The rest rooms were with wonderful stressless -armchairs, there was a room with light therapy, several heat light cabins and a lovely sauna area with herbal, salt, finnish-and steam sauna. In one of the rooms you could juice and a variety of teas, as well as fruits and small pastry consume. The beauty area i did not use them. However, the gym very pleasant and for a light workout suitable.

    The bärenhotel was located directly on the kronplatz, therefore you have to by car in the next convenient place olang drive. This is about 3 kilometers away. Bruneck a beautiful small town is about 16 kilometers away. Since i had a room booked and me relax wanted, i was the location of the hotel with its great offered (at the different evenings were various activities like for instance night hikes with torches etc. Offered) just right.

The hotel and especially the food is amazing. No matter which request you, the staff tried everything these well and quickly to fulfill. The view and the rooms are brilliant and you can from the hotel right on the slope drive, as well as from the slope right again to the hotel return. The manager of the hotel is the only bosses of a 5 star hotel i know, every evening tried, with its guests to converse and itself of their satisfaction to make sure. We are the spa, the fitness studio and the offer the massages in the newest ... and very diverse and clean. This stay was definitely not our last at the bärenhotel, gladly every year again ☺ read more

In this hotel one can only feel himself well. Each time you can feel, the everything is geared, the guests a pleasant time to prepare. For every request you will find an ear to lend. We were for skiing there. Against end of the season this is of course a risk. But the snow was at 2,782 up a dream. Unfortunately was the familiar weather south of the alps with blue skies and sunshine not a day fortunate. We keep the vacation nevertheless in best memory. Especially, because the stay in the hotel was so nice. Tip: time for ... a shopping tour or sightseeing in Bruneck plan! read more

    Friendly is no expression, i am always and again and again impressed, as the ladies and gentlemen it despite all the stress it create friendly and every fondest wish to fulfill. An example: my son is always a bit difficult with the food, as it always in demand which he happily would eat and then he even made. He felt like a king. Great.

    As already said, the pool is simply a dream. You have the feeling inside out to swim and directly in the mountains purely. The not so ugly plastic ones the indoor and the outdoor swimming pool is, but a glass wall, automatically opens if you are on these to swim. The new sauna area is also very nice decorated. There is very much soul in it.

We can only the positive existing reviews follow. We had here totally comfortable. Very good we liked, that despite 5 star dress code gave, so the appeal to the younger generation: don't worry, you must not constantly in the suit or dress come, can this but if love to do \u263a. It was also great, that such late risers as we (if you have time vacation power ) the possibility has until 11:00 o'clock breakfast, - great bathing and sauna area with lots of cuddly beds, - very delicious and substantive food (you get a walkway 2 times, if ... it tastes so good) And the location with a direct access to the runway was naturally top. At the hotel: again thanks for the free double upgrade, we welcome and on the next year In conclusion i can only say, it was the best and prefekteste winter holiday (included 5 days sunshine ) for 10 years with a great value for money read more

A wonderful stay at the bärenhotel went to an end today, the family friendly kind of the family ladstätter and of the staff are unique, the location for skiers great service, expertise and facilities simply super-we and our friends will definitely go back there again. Have with my wife a great skiing vacation in our master hotel spent. We enjoyed it always very, that we directly from the hotel with the skis and back and the car after a long trip for the whole week leave could. The hotel has a internal snowblower and snow cat and we had every day a perfectly groomed slopes. The food was first cream and our great - clean room had a wonderful view in the valley! We will come back soon and spend our spring break in may again in this unique - very easy going guided house! ... Keep it up! read more

Our vacation the bärenhotel was, as always pure relaxation. For skiers ideal, as you directly from the hotel on the slope comes. From the staff you get pampered all day. It was again an experience, that we in our regular hotel for ski opening could enjoy. Food was great, even the small details in the rooms and our extra wishes were taken into account. As always simply a dream. We are now already many, many years here and have never disappointed. The new sauna i daily and enjoyed the panoramic view is just lovely. Then the new pool-not more to beat. The food in the lovingly decorated restaurant was very diverse and was and very. Great we also find the cold starters buffet. Which is really for each gemack enough for everyone. We had a double room with talblick and from the prospect hardly see enough. The room was clean and peaceful and gave us beary nights. read more

The bärenhotel and the family liter create, quality in all areas with personal, genuine warmth to connect. The new wellness area is wonderful, the chef will personally for the from-and can ski up to the front door. We travel a lot and rarely a hotel found, where we immediately felt comfortable! Fascinating was the new bears spa where I am spoil left and great view it enjoyed. My masseuse Marion advised me spectacular and I could my large stiff again solve! The rooms were very lovingly with a small present stocked and always clean cleaned. The food was a poem first class! We only stayed 4 nights, but the relaxing effect as after 2 weeks holidays. The hüttengaudiabend & glühweinparty we felt with our friends so right in the element. The cand light dinner with piano music and the excellent food ardent us and our friends very. In the afternoon we could uS in the new swimming pool and in the new panoramic sauna so correctly relaxation. Unwind and recharge was very important to us, as the stress our everyday life not more los was. Especially helped us with a delicious coffee and cake the wonderful location of the five star hotels. ... We will be back! read more
