We stayed over the christmas period. Apparently the staff were not very impressed. At the front desk were the staff are friendly and helpful. But in the service - especially in the restaurant - there was hardly a smile and the atmosphere was rather a rüder and annoying sound. There was at the table only a drink on order, soft drinks were in ungeöffneten cans' enough ', the dessert had after announcement be ordered. If you are not fast enough decided-got nothing. Cheese to pasta was only on demand allocated. The choice is between 2 dishes, which one at the ... vortag select had. Except for the 'feast' -there was not any choice. No recommendation for people, the vegetarian like. Generally very unpleasant treatment of the guests in this area.
We had bad luck, because our room on the 4. floor lag, the not yet renovated. Furniture from the 70 ern, partly broken, light switches partially masked. Bath was insufficient, chrome at the mountings pretty phrase, 'charm' in plastic and elaste.
The other floors are top be. Otherwise the hotel is reasonable. The location is very nice and proximity to the center. From the balcony you have a wonderful view in the mountains. And the central bus station is directly opposite, but that didn't disturb me not distribute any noise. Therefore i recommend the hotel nevertheless further. read more

The hotel lies good, unfortunately the staff is with tour groups overburdened. The platzaufteilung in the dining room and the serving ran very under the commanding voice from. The places were in pairs assigned and the singles came to a other table. There was only 1 drinks at the table, immediately had to be paid. If you wanted a drink, had after eating at the bar. For a four-star hotel the breakfast was a bit sparse.
Since we only a overnight stay in this hotel had, we can no more reviews allow. So really, we can this hotel as travel ... group not recommendable. read more

The breakfast could somewhat more diverse is true I 6 days in the hotel and it is always the same sausage and cheese the coffee there were only of the machines which I for a four-star hotel actually not expect.
Rolls there were eingeschlich only white bread rolls which a körnnerbrötchen certainly also not bad would be. abentesen was fine and sufficient also, you could always choose between 3 set menus. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dark but otherwise it was in locating. The staircase could be a bit better lit. The pool somewhat ... better cleaned it was always leaves and in the pool around. Were a few loungers the whole 6 days I was there, never from the foliage cleaned. An architecturally not nice hotel, but quiet and nevertheless center party in Arno is located. The breakfast was simple in a large room in the basement and during our stay it was a great travel group also there. read more

My wife 43 and I 46 were with our daughter 14 years end of August in the hotel CITTA. We really enjoyed it, very friendly staff, convenient equipped, clean rooms, enough big pool - very clean and quiet, the dinner was varied and can only be recommended-the staff in the restaurant for dinner was very efficient and well trained. The hotel's location is ideal for strolling. For hiking, or even better to the biking. Possibilities to go swimming there is enough in the 5 kilometer away riva del Garda. read more

The 4-star hotel is located very central to the old town and features a free car park directly behind the house. The pool area is well maintained and our double room was spacious. The furniture matched the hotel category. There is a PC in the lobby with free Internet access. Breakfast is served in the basement and was comparable to the cost of a hostel. read more

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Arco, alle innerstädtischen Bereiche sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der erste Eindruck war eher schlecht, weil die Fassadenfarbe abbröckelt und einige Buchstaben des Hotelnamens abgefallen sind. Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption wirkte auf uns unterkühlt bis unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Bad entsprach einem guten Standard. Richtig schlecht erschien uns der Service beim Abendessen und noch schlimmer beim Frühstück. Wir haben eine lieblose Abfütterung erlebt, bei der das Personal den Eindruck machte, dass Gäste durchweg unerwünscht sind. Halbvolle Teller wegnehmen, unwillig die Augen verdrehen oder Besteck geräuschvoll in Eimer werfen, spiegelt ... die Arbeitshaltung fast des gesamten Servicepersonals. Dazu kam die miese Qualität des Frühstücks mit vertrocknetem Brot und geringer Auswahl. Lediglich der Kaffee aus den ausreichend vorhandenden Automaten war akzeptabel. read more
