Remi is a relatively small hotel near the city center, you can always in good hands feels. If you are looking for peace and quiet, is here just perfect. Friendliness and attention to the tourists are always at the centre. To be highlighted are, on the one hand, short distances in the hotel, as well as the proximity of the beach and town centre. Once again in Alanya. (for the 7. time) this time in the winter over new year's eve. (weather around 20 degrees and 80% sunny)
The hotel is in a small side street and the location back to the sea. At the start you were short and informationslos briefed. The foreign language skills are good and you could well in german or english.
The audience was at this time to 95% germans (over 50).
The rooms are very small and not very sound proof and you can in the room the entertainment of the neighbors appear, unfortunately, our neighbors strong cough ... so that our sleep very often disturbed by it.
The furniture in the room probably comes from the 80. years and it was up to the flat screen tv and the aluminum balcony furniture until now not been renovated.
To us the room was simply too small and narrow, you could hardly there move.
Many fittings in the bathroom are already loose defendendo or simply fall from (towel racks or toilettpapierhalter ).
The glass in the door i think personally not really great, since everyone interpret. The balcony door not any more close, you had to always with the key lock.
At night you had to the windows and doors close because the air conditioning of the neighboring hotel is very loud and annoying. In the hotel there are also a few modern rooms, but we were on request said that all rooms are equal.
Also worked the wifi/heating in the room and restaurant. We have 3 times asked to repair it, but nothing was done.
Tv channels do not work when it rains or storm and then also only in poor quality. There were only 4 german channels (RTL/satellite. 1/ZDF/Eurosport).
Regarding the cleanliness you can't say anything bad, it is very good. We had the half board and since you have to pay extra for all drinks, also during dinner. There was a good selection of salads but unfortunately every day always only french fries or rice with a warm meat/poultry dish. In my opinion simply too little. I and my companion had the 7 days stay 4 days diarrhea/stomach cramps which only the not properly cleaned salads/completely withuot beach chairs could we not initially ate out.
The front door from the hotel was also 7 days of 7 broken and you had to always manually and blame. On the eingangsterrasse the coverings very strongly of cat urine smell and were also not cleaned.
The cleaning ladies were always friendly. The waiters in the restaurant not.
I can the many positive reviews not understand. The quality of the rooms is absolutely dated and worn.
The rooms are so noisy that you every word from the neighbors in the room can understand. Everything worked just as it would just give up the ghost (elevator etc.). The food was fine and very european but unfortunately nothing for sensitive stomachs (failure/stomach cramps). To customer requests did not worry and lied to you regarding modern rooms (we knew that there were more modern is from guests.)
Unfortunately the hotel we can therefor not recommend there the quality simply not true. There are much better 4 stars hotels. This has no more than 2-three stars deserved. read more

We had booked half board. Which included breakfast and dinner buffet. Drinks during dinner not included. The hotel is predominantly old fashioned furnished and the rooms are small. Hygiene could be better!

What was striking was the in the winter in the hotel warm, both in the room, restaurant and in the bar, we have often already in the winter hotels really frozen, so was also almost nobody suffering so lovely! We spend our new year's eve holiday this year in the hotel remi. It wondered us why this hotel so many further recommendation has. We can only say, that lots of people qualitative and quantitative low expectations. The room was rather old-fashioned facilities, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. A view of the air conditioning has the appetite spoiled. A trained eye is not superficial cleanliness, but general cleanliness. Our room had a view of the pool the direction of the sea, the was great. The size of the room was a disgrace, and the bad soundproofing also. You ... could the neighbours word literally in the next room talking. Who good sleep searches is in the wrong place. And the december! We wanted us not to paint itself like it in the high season is. We could the whole time no internet in the room use, although promised. We were always comforted, we should internet in the lobby use. Actually it should be possible such a problem within a week to fix it. The food was mostly tasty and was freshly prepared. But the choice was very low. Salads, french fries and rice and meat. For one week but it was ok. The environment of the hotel is very nice. One reaches in a few minutes the beach, the city center and the harbor. Shops and restaurants gives it in abundance. All in all, it was the vacation in the hotel remi reasonable, however, it must be no 2. time. read more

The all around package was simply brilliant. Remi is a comparatively small hotel. What is particularly worth noting is the friendliness the complete staff. Our first turkey vacation and we want to again! Manager, as well as all the other employees were with questions always approachable and family set. Food was great delicious and diverse. Room was nice and big and the maids daily much trouble with the beds and cleanliness given! The beach was somewhat pebbly to the water back, but since the hotel can't for! There were just a few meters to the beach! Lots of possibilities the boredom to pass there was also in the surrounding area of the hotel. So we liked it! And we will come back soon! read more

The value for money was correct. The food was more or less fine. The salad buffet repeated however almost daily. Daily 3 different main dishes, however always in buffet form. Room is very clean, towels were changed daily. Negatively to us was noticeable, that some of the guests ( men ) during dinner times in trunks, shirt respectively muskelshiert, socks and sandals appeared. In particular evenings they should ensure, that clothes ( for example long pants, shirt or T-shirt) Particularly positive I would like to still your wellness area hervorhen. Although actually already time was, I am excellent service; sauna ..., hamam, face- and body massage. Ice very thick praise goes to your employee fatos. The hotel has exceptionally good. Very friendly staff and a very good kitchen. In spite of the relatively few guests was the choice of food from to dessert included fruit very diverse and varied. Thanks to the kitchen! The cleanliness was remarkable and our room was every day great reasonable. We were very informal comfortable and had all, from selta at the front desk until the house technician, a good proportion. The waiters all effort, our wishes to fulfill.
