Your very nice apartment complex, which hinsichtlichtlich cleanliness (especially also on the grounds) and friendly fresh interior a bit of other good areas in Playa del Ingles flights. Competent and friendly staff round very good impression from. Daßdie facility already somewhat older is only on the 2. view, or you can tell it to the rather strict toilettengerüchen in the bathroom, the old thin drainpipes point. The is however also the only negative, with Much air well to fix. In the whole complex prevails day and night a pleasant peace. read more

    Equipment in the rooms very good, right rugs (in the south not always of course ),very good mattresses, bright and friendly furnishing of the rooms, very good kitchen, beautiful balcony, tv with radio, dvd player and many nice little things like candles, matches, dishcloth, dishwashing liquid amongst others In the bathroom as i have already mentioned somewhat intrusive scent, but apart from that very well equipped, clean and reasonable size.

    Pleasant staff, at the front desk good communication in german and english. First night had we unfortunately in a other not very nice area, but it gave us the very nice apartment forgotten. Good efficient room cleaning with sufficient linen. Brötschenservice very good. Possibility to wash laundry and free drinks by the pool Complete the gutegesamtbild from, but not used from us.

Casas Pepe very good. Apartments-decor and accessories-very tasteful. Facilities including small kitchen good overall! Grounds very well maintained. Was amazing, that the apartmente on the day of arrival not available and the first night in a hotel (only stars) accommodated. 'entschuldigun' from the hotel reception Casas Pepe sound after excuse: first it was a water damage the had to be repaired, then it was a lady who became ill and not leave could. As compensation there were for two days a rental car. Handover worked then also not, since we from the arrival of the rental car in the hotel ... were not notified and even action. Rental car offers in the Casas Pepe - cars Carolina - less recommendable. Only the 3. start there was the desired car. Erstrer -desired vw polo or by the size equivalent-was ausgelutscht, old and klapprieg, the 2. was too big - Chevrolet 5- seater. Its-travel line locally was courteous and nice. read more

Very well maintained and calm apartment plant on the beach promenade. Without children very recommendable. Attentive reception with a glass of sangria, a bottle sparkling wine in the fridge and every morning fresh rolls delivered to the apartment. read more

    What a great shame was, there is a small italian bistro, the very little visited. Fine cuisine, and hospitality. You can also cooked comment. Maybe a bit more advertising. In this very nice plant there is very lots of pensioners and amongst others free alcohol, which in german is very popular. A shame for the bistro.

A very nice and clean hotel. Value for money near the hotel are not good, because too expensive. Extra charge for safe of 60 Euro with 4 weeks in addition to high room price not okay. Although you are still in the christian west is (Spain) one believes, that without buddha figures not instruction. The FC Bayern München has already experienced the impact of these idols have can. I would german owner rates, to remove it, then i would probably stay there again. Very good i found, that beginning noise disturbance will be charged the man at the reception arrested ... has. You can this hotel absolutely recommend. If you are reasonably priced on long term would be made, you could nearly only give top marks. The hotel lies at the beach promenade and nevertheless very quiet. From our apartment with a view of the sea we had a fantastic view from the balcony. Every morning at 8 o'clock hung a free bag with fresh rolls on our door. The quiet pool (water 28-30 degrees) is located in a well-kept garden area. Bathrobes and towels for the chairs by the pool could for a deposit can be rented. In the apartments was wi-fi connection free available. Also the design of the apartment was more than good. Washing machine and tumble dryer could once a week free ... of charge. As older couple we have in this hotel completely felt very comfortable. Who commotions on vacation wishes, find it in the area a few hundred meters further. read more

We have nothing to complain about this hotel. Everything was fine; the apartment was very clean, there was enough space, the bed was good, kitchen was O.K.. And what a wonderful view to the sea! The pool area was not very big but it didn't matter to us as the beach was so near. The garden was absolutely beautiful! The area was peaceful and only by a walking distance from services; shops, restaurants and dancing places etc. Very kind and helpful staff ! We'll certainly return to this hotel next year! read more

As hotel consists of four three-story apartment buildings, each with 15 apartments. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. There is a relatively small pool. To the beach or the dunes of Playa del Ingles one arrives within less minutes on foot. Some apartments have a sea view. There is free internet access via wi-fi. Washing machine is available, we did not use however. read more

    Our apartment was on the first floor and consisted of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The entrance immediately went into the bedroom, which is a little unusual is, but not really disturbing. From the living room, one on the balcony. The beds were very comfortable, the furnishing functional and completely. The balcony had morning sun, that means it was from lunch in the pleasant shade. Unusual was the call, the toilet paper after use in a complementary bucket to dispose of, because it probably problems with astringencies drains gave. We have heard from Spain not. The bathroom smelled may therefore often drains.

    The staff is continuous friendly and helpful. The man at the reception spoke very good german and made almost all of our concerns for fast help. One thing, however, during the whole stay not repaired, although we have been on the first day pointed out: the mounting plate of the shower in the bathroom was defect.

    The hotel is located relatively quiet nearby the promenade at a car park at the end a cul-de-sac. It is surrounded from other hotels and installations. You should know, that Playa del Ingles a single conglomerate of resorts, restaurants and other tourist establishments,. Everything for the daily needs is on foot distance.

Simply superb. Here is improving, simply everything, that you need and should something be broken, it was immediately replaced. In the morning there were per person 2 rolls, very delicious. The staff are traveling, efficient and very friendly. Can only be recommended. This year will return Casas Pepe booked. read more

This year we were very satisfied, with everything except unfortunately the food in the restaurant, is not our Taste you get everywhere. However the service staff was very friendly, at least, the beer and other drinks tasted. read more

We were as a couple when Casas Pepe guests. As a family with two kids it was a bit too cramped since it was only an extra bed in the living room has. The rest was perfect. The canarios spiced are very nice, courteous and patient people. We have 3 days the island we traveled and the rest of the time we were in the sand dunes. Simply nicer this island. What i want to recommend is the pizzeria italia where you excellent service and good food. We will go again. read more

3 apartment houses with 18 units. My apartment had a separate bedroom. Overall the apartment for 3 people aligned (extra bed in the living room available). I had booked sea view, which was very valuable turned out to be, because especially the downstairs apartments' only views of the garden or the pool had. Very clean plant with clean rooms. An employee was constantly tried, the garden and the pool alright to hold. Sicherheitstore and entsprechene security means in the apartment are available. Per person there is 2 rolls in the morning at the door (very comfortable). The guests were mostly ... 'over 50' and came mostly from Germany. Very peaceful atomsphere in the whole complex - lots of regular guests. read more

    I recommend, room with a view of the sea to book (generally the upper two floors)-not in all 3 houses available. Rooms with modern tv equipment and with almost all german programs (no sport1 ). The bathroom especially the shower are a bit small side, but clean (disinfection for example). The kitchenette is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and so on). Balcony with an umbrella.

An employee was constantly tried, the garden and the pool alright to hold. Sicherheitstore and entsprechene security means in the apartment are available. Per person there is 2 rolls in the morning at the door (very comfortable). The guests were mostly 'over 50' and came mostly from Germany. Very peaceful atomsphere in the whole complex - lots of regular guests.

    Transfer time to and from the airport lpa about half an hour. Approximately 200 meters to the beach, the dunes a bit further. In the immediate area a nice small shopping center 'La Sandia' with Hiper Dino supermarket and nice smaller local (almost all with sky equipped). Recommendable is the something hides lying restaurant ' chez Luigi'. Bus connections are available here. Here fly away!

We did for the 4. time felt comfortable. As always there was some innovations. It is now in the bistro, the on the complex is, half board were offered. Laundry and towel change has been reduced. Bed linen and towels is once per week changed, whereby several fresh towels in the bathroom to find. There are nun 2 sorts of rolls for breakfast. Whole wheat bread and normal bread rolls. Excursion tip is a trip on Horst klatte. You can book your excursions in an office in Cita. Good and cheap. Tip to eat, if there was something special should ... be:à-la-carte restaurant 360 degrees celsius in the hotel bohemia suites. Everyone can go, is fine cuisine and atmosphere. Very clean, nice place to stay. Every morging fresh bread. Beachtowels eo for 0 euro's rent. Almost everyday cleaning of the apartment. Close to the sea. Quiet ares. I would recommend this to others. read more

We lived on the ground floor with a small terrace and a view of the well maintained complex with palm trees and landscaped flower. Inventory very well equipped, the dishes were every brand new completely exchanged and is directly applicable. Large refrigerator with a large freezer. The furnishing in friendly orange is comfortable, clean and functional. For cool evenings were 2 vliesdecken for outside are required. On the new, separate mattresses slept outstanding, particularly 'right' duvets in covers were used. Pool was very clean and heated. Lots of regular guests, so quiet. Conclusion: for people who want to relax a ... good place! Definitely again. read more
