The Arena Inn is a small and family-run hotel. The room size was more than adequate, but not every room over a balcony also (this however, you can when booking note). Certainly is the furniture ageing and not very modern, but the question is' how long one in the room on?' The hygiene is also completely fine. The cleaning staff is always available if something wasn't dealt with the desires of the holiday-maker is. I therefore understand the negative evaluations not to-here applies open their mouths, and it was immediately taken care of. Only talking people can be helped. But ... also here, i think, the tone made the music. If i so some guests speeches have., some have the decency at home left. The guest structure is mixed, old and young sit together, for small children there not in my opinion suitable. There is lots of regular guests in this hotel all nationalities. There was a main restaurant directly at the lagoon which in smoking and non-smoking areas is divided. Tea or coffee is for breakfast brought to the table. Otherwise you serve yourself at the buffet. Eggs in all variations, it has the restaurant. There are two until three different types of sausage, as well as cheese. Numerous jams, quark, cereal, cornflakes, honey etc. Are also available, even the bread/choice is more than enough. To convince, i ask you the pictures also from my previous reviews to look at. Over the years, is the lunch and dinner really much better, there is something for every taste. Once again i can't understand if the atmosphere is, that the food not really seasoned is. There are all the spices at the buffet and so everyone could it to his taste seasoning. There is another restaurant at the beach, but there is a coupon have to give the one before at the front desk issue to leave. There is a smaller selection of dishes available.

The staff's hospitality we never stayed in any hotel so experienced like here. Many of the staff dominate german very well, otherwise you could get by with english definitely further. Daily room clean, daily change of towels. Should be something not to the satisfaction of the guests are i recommend in a friendly tone to the relevant staff to ask. Every employee there really makes an effort, even without giving any tip and also without that one female, under 25 years and attractive is (the comment a vorbewertung i found just only superfluous, in my opinion only a lack of self-esteem).

The shuttle from the airport takes about 30 minutes. The Arena Inn is very centrally located. The beach can be reached by shuttle bus (stops in front of the door) or shuttle boat (departure from the Sultan Bay) in a few minutes. Naturally one knows the way also on foot manage, takes however somewhat longer. Numerous maintenance possibilities one finds in the immediate area, as well as different restaurants.
