Our room was pleasantly large (we were on the 3. floor main building with a view of the sea) and always clean. Sometimes a bit late (17 hours ) however therefor came in the evenings always someone and asked, whether one something needs. It were many nationalities available and above all from friday to sunday came many locals with their families-as was the buffet even better. read more

    - normal size with a lovely balcony, view of the sea and in the afternoon in the shade. The bathroom was not huge but for one person it was already. - there is a tv with 2. programme and RTL II, but by the 3-hour time difference we have no 8:15 p. m. consignment seen. - you can take a kettle always coffee and tea make. 2 small bottles of water every day in the room. Everything from the minibar is not very cheap.

    - there was a restaurant, a bar, a coffee in the lobby and at the pool and sea a bar. You can always have a drink and food. - we the food always tasted good and there was a massive selection. Especially the starters buffet was great. - we had the half board, that means the beverages we had to pay. So a bottle of wine for one week has enough for me (the cheapest 35 Euro)

    - here is as usual in the emirates only english spoken. - in the restaurant were the waiters sometimes overstrained. It took until you sometimes drink got. In the morning for breakfast they were not as in a good mood. - over the cleaning of the rooms i can't complain. Product everything ok.

    - the pool was beautiful and there were always beach chairs with umbrella. - at the beach were after long walks the soles sometimes black (oil). No idea where the came. - there were many jellyfish-but only on the sand and no longer alive. In the sea i am never a met. - it has always had a light waves. This is really wonderful in the sea ( not so boring)

    From Dubai it is about 2,5 hours away. Shopping or party, you can't experience here. It is right in the middle of in the mountains with a long beach and very peaceful. Correct for relaxing. There is a place nearby, but we never visited.

A very nice vacation with pleasant temperature in the january. Beach is very clean and there are always loungers free. Food was always varied and very good. Rooms are with bathrobe, ironing board/iron and kettle equipped. Every evening a room service and asks, wether everything is okay. read more

Stayed for 1 night with 2 children. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. As soon as I arrived someone came to me and helped me with my luggage and directed me where to go. The room was perfect, clean, plenty of room and a fantastic view over the ocean. In previous hotels when I have requested an extra bed for one of the children there has been an extra mattress on the floor, so was very surprised when an actual single bed was wheeled into the room. The TV showed cartoon network which my boys were very happy about. Food ... was good quality and plenty of choice. Overall an enjoyable stay that exceeded expectations. read more

It was a great vacation with very nice people. The hotel is unfortunately quite isolated, no place nearby, only a gas station. The hotel itself is really very recommendable, if you have a pure beach vacation to make would like. You can also excursions book, however on own fist one can hardly something undertake, unfortunately. Shops there is no nearby, only a couple more other hotels. Therefore you are on the prices the hotels and they are unfortunately quite high. But the kindness of the people there makes a lot more than made up for it. read more

The hotel offers everything, which one to relax and relax in the sun needs. The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately it is further away from Dubai than previously thought. 2 hours with the taxi you have to plan. The pool area is very clean and also at the beach under each umbrella garbage bin. In the restaurants you will very quickly and very friendly served, the food is varied and very tasty. Particularly the live -kitchen offers something for everyone! Unfortunately will this country more and more from the Russians taken, so you already in the morning ... at 8 o'clock no beautiful capacity at the beach have a, unless they'll foreign towels of the chairs. The staff should pay more attention to, unused loungers from the towels to remove, as some people the square 'just so' reserve, but never on site \u2639 For families with children I wouldn't necessarily recommend the hotel, no animation and except for a water slide is for children not really available. Apart from that it was a really beautiful, very relaxing and quiet vacation. read more

    Rooms are fine which size and bathroom. We had a fruit basket and there is always 2 bottles of water. Also a kettle and coffee and various types of tea free of charge available. Evenings one gets, if one wants also fresh towels, coffee and so on also the bed and often 2 times made daily. It would be highly desirable if the housekeeping staff even under bed looks, and the feather dusters also times in the closet use would... Hair dryer there are in the room, always enough shampoo and shower gel. Also a safe is there. There is a flat screen tv in the room with 3 German speaking channels: ZDF, RTL and RTL II with swiss rebroadcasts.

One can with the two bars snacks a la club sandwich, calamari, pizza and fries buy. The prices cost about 12€ however are the portions very big and there is also as a couple enough. Here is the same as in every all inclusive resort the world. Who give a tip it better, but also without lives very good.

    The service is excellent! We never had such friendly and accommodating staff. And we are already bad on this world. From the cleaning lady up to hotel boss... Always you asked how a like, if you need something... And so on not only once I thought, as it probably in the Burj Al Arab happens... Better than in this hotel hardly goes it still... And I honestly! I would particularly like to highlight the nice Denis from of the pool bar. German is not on the hotel, without English you have a problem.

    Animation limited to water aerobics in the first week, nothing else what I found was very much appreciated. Chairs and umbrellas there are enough, at the pool as well as at the beach. 4 lifeguard for safety. (3 by the pool, in its towers at the beach) next to the hotel is a diving center, you can also snorkeling excursions book. Balls, rackets and towels are provided at the clubhouse issued. In the afternoon a beachboy of the face with kneecaps refreshed if you want to, later still refreshment towels (free of charge, at the)

During the 14 days we had 2 days Klimaanlagenausfall, a day dripped it from the ceiling. Since the 2. were times here we can only say that the whole offer, in particular the food, which last year exclusive was, enormous neglected has. The audience was in ketztem year international mixed. Now to 80% Russians. The food is not even more a three-star hotel in Egypt. There was 8 days Hamburgerfleisch as main course, 4 sausage. Who after the Russians at the buffet came found this broke before, refilled was hardly. A solid disappointment. read more

The food was always the same, the drinks were very good. Staff very helpful, in the restaurant hotel area by the pool you could eat out but had to be paid. Not all-inclusive. Room mini bar refilled daily at a charge. Tourists were lots of russians, very angry. Ramadam no limit in the hotel,there were the windows in the dining room verdungelt also pool bar, dark glasses so that nobody what looks. read more
