It was a successful vacation overall. The staff are first class, the breakfast was very good and there was no reason to the complaint. Not rated I only, which I couldn't comment on though. read more

Our check in was with your own car, great is the one from the arrival at the hotel nothing more care needs, the car is in the underground car park brought, the luggages are to the room transported, while a small snack on the roof terrace can and already times a magnificent view over Florence has. There was a pleasant service welcome and great tips for dinner in Florence given. Really great was the tip of the ice-cream parlor many thanks for that at Fatima!
The room was clean and very nicely furnished, the bathroom was perhaps a bit small ... however also very clean, the size is probably the old house there could the hotel probably not.
The breakfast was for italian standards really good and with a good choice. Great were the homemade cakes for breakfast, here i would also really pleasant service through our waiter Roberto stress, the really have worked really hard and always in a good mood was, also thank you for the excellent Cappuccino for breakfast. The hotel is really very good for a city break in Florence as everything you on foot well reached, the thanks apply here for our travel agent for the great advice! read more

small self-managed hotel. The staff speaks English, some also German. Is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast take in the panoramic restaurant, great view over Florence. In the choice you have to make a few drawbacks. Have in Italy never a sumptuous breakfast get. The coffee best with the waiter order, tastes better from the machine. Furthermore, a wonderful roof terrace with small pool. You would walk around about 15 to 20 minutes to the Ponte-Vecchio, Uffizi gallery. To the train station there are about 5 to 7 minutes the trains run every half hour to PISA, Siena and Lucca ... hourly. Fares are very reasonable. 1 hour drive to PISA. In Florence, you can get from the hotel everything on foot reach, there but also a bus. The taxi from the airport costs 20, -EURO plus 1, -€ per Piece of luggage. The price is feast. The rooms are commodious, some go to street out, then you can hear some traffic. You are in a city. I would stay there again. read more

Recommendable for sightseeing, short distance to the sights. Is located about 200 meters from Arno away. Large (about 25 square meter) superior rooms with balcony and large bathroom on the fourth floor. Quiet at night. Normal breakfast, also scrambled eggs and bacon, sausage, jam and cheese. Various types of coffee on self-service or order. Tea water had to be ordered. Only white or wheat bread rolls. Tickets for the larger museums definitely Hotel reserve them, otherwise you may 2-3 hours, especially for the Uffizi museum. Cost a small fee. Adults over 65 can usually free most museums besichigen. A visit ... to Siena to memp is lacking, the best with the bus and costs there and back 14.10 euro per person on the bus must be: Siena Rapido, then he runs non-stop to city center of Siena. One other note: due to the many tourists are knowledge of the English language was an advantage, because it seems to be the first foreign language. read more

The hotel is located in the heart of the city in a side street, in the immediate vicinity of the Arno and about ten minutes from the main station away.
Most of the sights are within easy walking distance. There are two things we did not like.
It was during our stay for the time of year was relatively cold, the heating of the room was only possible via the air conditioner-so at night by the noise-very annoying-hardly possible. During the day, during our absence was the device via the central electrical main switch in the room with closed, so ... that even the existing extra blankets were not sufficiently for sleep.
Furthermore, the staff in the breakfast room partly impossible, it was rattled noisy with the dishes, the crumbs of the tables on the floor swept, cleaned and saucers with his fingers on the table on hold. In the dining room, opened kitchen was fumbled with the dishes and also during breakfast started with the flush. read more

The hotel "Kraft" was an ideal city hotel located near the Arno River. Guest structure: during my stay, among others British, German, French, Italian guests and a Japanese tourist group. The whole hotel made a clean and neat impression. read more
