Surroundings and premises:
Proximity to lift and the 'in-house' ski school can't be beat. Nice large, very well maintained apartment with a large, practical hallway. Quiet. Parking in front of the apartment. Large ski storage room. The small supermarket in 2 minutes easily reachable on foot.
Atmosphere:
We like the whole 'escape'. In Otto's ski school, directly next to the establishment, my 3 children the skiing without stress learned. This year we also in the speckalm logged in and enjoy the family atmosphere the short routes and a beautiful kinderurlaub. And the ski area is anyway a dream.

The apartment house is very clean and well cared for. Our apartment was very spacious and left nothing to be desired equipment and ambience is concerned. The host family is very friendly and accommodating and common activities a, the only with an insider's perspective can experience. The value for money was correct.

After two Sommerurlauben we stayed over Easter on the katschberg mountain for skiing. Also this time we liked it very much. The apartments are in particular for the winter holiday nice spacious. Short (jogging trails ) to the ski lifts, the very children-/ family friendly are. We can both for the winter, as well as the summer the speckalm highly recommend. read more

An extremely nice, well-kept, simple apartment, all our criteria, directly at the slope, capacity enough for 4 adults persons (2 bathrooms, 2 toilets!), no long ways... Fulfilled! From the uncomplicated, and also premature Check in up to to, late check-out - not a problem, very flexible, very pleasant.

The speckalm is from the location the lift/Piste unbeatable. In a few minutes you are also in the skiing school and the good pub Poachers-ALM and Lerchenstadel, with good ambiance/après-ski and good food.
Since the speckalm no catering trade, and the free time with skiing was fully booked, were these criteria are not assessed by US.

This January we left for ski vacation with family and friends.
Speckalm is situated fantastically just 30 m from Otto ski school and from central "blue" slope.
Apartments are more than 100m2 big, equipped with all necessary things (kitchen - great, just microwave missing).
Personnel – great, helpful with wish to solve all possible problems (car chains ).
Very nice, for all recommendation.
Value for money – very good !

Very friendly Front desk and be welcomed with a Schnapserl. Spacious, bright apartments with large rooms and lounge. In the kitchen is everything available what you need. read more

we had a apartment ' Mankei ' in terms of location, the speckalm is really great. The size of the apartments is absolutely sufficient.
clean is also, unfortunately it was in the living/dining room-kitchen in the balcony door from, as there would be mold, really OBS mold was, unfortunately, I can't say, as I so Fortunately no experiences had. But perhaps, the 'speckalm' to speak personally.

The standard is the speckalm totally out of date, brown ugly Tiled floors, green carpets, bathrooms dated with small washbasin, the kitchen from veneer wood is clean but everywhere are large traces of the wear to see. The whole flat after the motto a little paint here and there and is a price of 2100 euros justified. The value for money was not correct at all. This year we come back gladly. Esther and are very helpful. On the whole, everything was very family friendly. The spacious apartments can be found even in bad weather (in the mountains, everything is possible) to deal with children at home, without being cramped. The surrounding area is very varied: it should be cold or rainy, so is usually quite different weather in the valley.
The catering with breakfast, half board or full board you can book optional. It is served in the neighbouring restaurant. Otherwise there is a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) available. We felt very good there ... again. read more
