Nice hotel, ideal location, if you are in Crans-Montana to the Congress must. If you on wood is, a great address. Value for money certainly reasonable. For German standards, but a bit higher. But for the western part of Switzerland certainly normal.
Tops
1 everyone area of the hotel is very clean
2. All the staff are very friendly
3. Large room (29 square meters) and everything from wood (see pictures)
4. Free bathrobe and slippers in the room
5. Very quick and stable Wi-Fi connection.
6. Free parking in front of the house.
Flops
1. The only drawback was ... that the pool closed (see picture )
2. Very large bathroom, unfortunately without bath tub
3. Strong 'holzgeruch' in the room
4. You get a classic key from the room, so that you the room also you must conclude.
5. The bathroom was unfortunately only a small shampoo and a small soap.
6. Starting from 10:00 P. M. Is the front desk not manned. One comes later, one must through a side entrance (wooden door) right next to the main entrance ( Sliding door). The one receives access code at the front desk during the check in. The code very however also outside at the door. In my opinion, a senseless protection, since every alien access to the hotel can make!
7. The swimming pool has officially only from 08:00-8:00 P. M. Open.
Closing and final grade '2/3'.
In short: gladly again! Whether business or leisure, I would book the hotel again. read more

The room assigned to us was not well sign posted hence went on a wild goose chase trying to find our room at midnight, normally rooms with a no 803 would be located on the 8th floor, but this was tucked away in one small corner on the 4th floor. Room was quite new and clean, but lacked proper lighting. read more
