First: wonderful location, great beach, fantastic area, impressive protected areas. We will be back, not only to this hotel. The other page: arrival in the dark about 20. Uhr. The search for the bungalow the pfadfinderübung. Asking at the front desk not possible, as not occupied anymore. Room cramped, small kleidernischen. ( for a family with two kids imagine I this quite exciting before). Stale air, but mosquitoes ad nauseam. To the window to open it needs strong men. Sandy floor, dirt in the farthest corners. The heated pool is not heated. Cleanliness in the restaurant and at the bar ... ( glasses, tables, trays.) questionable. For us the visible staff (4-5) gave a lot of effort, with this reorder point is cleanliness the irrelevant and guest service impossible. read more

This hotel you can good, if one smaller incommodities accepted. Morning Doves in the restaurant ( the nobody from the staff care), the food in the evening after half an hour from or the cleanliness in the room. Apart from that a good hotel. read more

If you don't ant trails in the room and pigeons or wasps for breakfast frightened, is in good hands here. Beach and okay food. Room very small, no closets, 80. Charm. read more

Often in France been, never been to such a bad hotel landed. Small narrow room without closet ( only small little enclave), dirty, full of flies and sewerage smelling room. Immediately after other room asked, apparently nothing free. Wanted already again leave; but too many planned activities page must. For breakfast flew not only flies, wasps and mosquitoes on the buffet, but also pigeons; immediately to the many welts even herpes get. Dinner when loud roar, almost unbearable. So someplace else dining. Complaints at the front desk ineffective. read more

    Very small room. No closet - where with clothes, laundry and shoes for fourteen days? Only a small little enclave with 10 hangers for 2 persons. Laundry can only open on wandsims open ones are. So everything is in suitcase leave. No luggage store available. On tv no German channels - only after complaint furnished. No fridge available, although the in the description beach. When the room was dirty, full of flies and smelled pushy after kloake. On the balcony were hundreds of crawling ants. The dead ants ( insect repellant of us) are certainly still today since, because the balcony and furniture were never cleaned. Once -plastic cup just put, everything unclean in the bathroom. Dearest we would directly again left, since there is no other room for us. But we had many events booked, which we would all have page must. So that was our our jungle camp.

    A dining room with closely together lodged uncomfortable plastic chairs. Tables and chairs dirty. Too few tables for two! So hurry, to get.     Front desk: speak french and English, a little German. Tried, but are not very helpful. Constantly long waiting periods at the front desk. No luggage service. Cleaning of the rooms miserable. Not clean, towels missing constantly, toilet paper is not refilled. So to supermarket, cleaning fluid, toilet-cleaner, toilet paper, insect repellant, mückensalbe amongst others to buy. Complaints have the bad room service has not improved. In the noisy cafeteria only clearing service. Nothing else. It is only self-service at the buffet, otherwise you can't order. Chairs and tables stained and full of crumbs, cutlery, dishes bad washed and dirty. The best many napkins and take everything clean.

    Pool area did not please us. Hotel beach is nice. Unfortunately are the loungers not cleaned and many sun screens were broken. No beach service. There is a kiosk for snacks. But from the choice of ice cream there was only one type of; the coffee machine was broken and apart from that only one staff member, that means long waiting periods for a sandwich. Better something supermarket buy, the at the beach eat should. Also a kettle and soluble coffee bought. Entertainment in the evening especially loud and with the window closed in the room audible; so television more understand.

    Flights only to Nizza ( Marseille would be closer). 1:45 hours drive. 20 €toll. No shops on the complex. Small supermarket about kilometers away; big supermarket 7 kilometer in hyeres. Trips to st tropez, Cannes, Nizza quite far to drive. Nearby giens and port st Pierre with nice pub. Hotel beach on your doorstep.

Were passing through to a couple of days in hyeres to spend, and found this hotel. On the first glance looks the complex really very nice from, and so we decided here 3 nights a room to take. First the room: it had a double bed and a bunk bed (so for 4 people) without the bunk bed we had our clothes and our luggage nowhere stow The bathroom: the shower stall was quite large and plenty of space to turn there and turn, from the hotel was very good and very large mirror. The toilet: Separately lockable toilet was ... just disgusting and dirty and full of urine stone! Also the toilets nearby the front desk were as in the room just dirty and disgusting. The dinner was plentiful and diverse, included there were water and wine (red, rose and white wine) to the itself to operate. Also for breakfast there was plentiful and enough to choose from. read more

Opposite of the previous decline around 50%. Equipment in the rooms new, but the beds are uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and small. The general climate-unfriendly. We were there for the last time. read more

New management of belambra clubs brings pros and cons: Benefits: outdoor areas improved (paths and green, you could be but still much more with little effort) New seating class, more fruit as long as the French are there, paved paths and parking Disadvantages: 20% expensive as last year, Canopy seating at entrance pointless, new Sitzböbel in restaurant cheap plastic, much less staff as in the past, food us cleanliness in restaurant strong neglected, only cold soups, no influence of the director more, since everything from belambra set Nevertheless still in comparison to other good P/L Verhä. And gorgeous area and ... beach With little effort room for improvements. read more

It was a great swimming vacation. The sea, as well as the beach are clean. The rooms are rather small but it is sufficient. We had tv unfortunately only french and no fridge, the larger rooms are however with a fridge equipped. The food was the first week delicious, the 2. it with the quality extremely neglected. The breakfast wasn't so great, since 2 weeks every morning always the same. A very much praise goes to the entertainment for kids in the club, very pleasant, very helpful my daughter was very happy to go there. read more

This year was our 5. Vacation in Riviera Beach. After takeover by the belambra clubs the hotel is beautiful planted and the rooms are renovated have been. We were several years guest. There has been a change of ownership rather than. It seems, the this greater Urlaubshotelkette cash makes. There were also improvements introduced ( at the bar more seats, material purchases (looked disgusting) were also immediately in leather seats changed, the bungalows were also deleted, and with a TV equipped. That was it than but also. Dining room: change to more modern youth hostel( otherwise the tables with tablecloths adorn-not now (tablecloths cleaning costs money? / otherwise was a kitchen staff at the start: almost daily Gourmet highlights with fun presented ( buffet.) not now. ... If the chef-crew today see, if you want to which a tip: whites is it with a dash or Omo (detergent). in the dining room does not exist only round corners, also square want (with lye) be mopped. For breakfast 14 days only 3 types of sausage. ( the was once better.) children's entertainment: from this summer only French? Swimming pool: during children swim was just the pool clean vacuumed. (1 * the week half daily for the cleaning locks sense/the corners of the pool hm. The bungalows were in the past better cleaned. ( unfortunately: 14 days for almost 5 TSD. Euro? Hmm. With few certainly not too expensive improvements could this hotel definitely much more appealing. The kantinenstmosphäre in the dining room and the furnishings what the dishes and cutlery regards is a bit of a nuisance. The handling of complaints is arrogant. The bar area is fundamentally altered and the staff should be more committed. The big plus is the location the clubsdirekt at the beach, there are numerous possibilities to do water sports in the immediate area, you will find always vacant chairs and sun screens at the beach. read more

Subject of many tourist was the change of ownership since May 2012-there was a lot of criticism from of the guests, the previously in the hotel have been, earlier is a lot have been better. We could not before-after comparison queue, it was our first stay. We have our main felt at ease, but some points accumulated, so that necessary improvements can be achieved. Poor room service. No Terrassensäuberung. Poor odor in the toilet. Patio door not lockable. ( this was 3 Times at the front desk told) Ants in bed and apartment. From 1. September ( end of vacation ... in France) less choice of food. ( for example no sliced fresh fruit.) Fish not ready well done. Ants in the salad. Cutlery and glasses not clean. Furniture and floor dirty. Beginning cinema at 18:45 o'clock and beginning dinner at 19:00 o'clock - inconvenient in the organization. Large problems with Wi-Fi-connection. - animation unimaginative, no demanding program - Hausanimateure make karaoke etc. Pluses: Wonderful grounds. ( proximity to the beach, planting) Wonderful beach. Great possibility to go swimming. Children's entertainment very friendly. - drinks included ( every evening wine and juice) read more

We were for the first time in this hotel. We really enjoyed it. The rooms are great and spacious. We stayed with 2 children (4 and 7) since. At the buffet there is something for everyone. Wether fish or meat, pasta or vegetables. The dessert area offers also a lot at. What it was a pity that we have no fridge in the room and the shops about 2.5 kilometer away were. The kids have the sea, as well as the pool dear. We were however only starting from 4:30 P. M. by the pool, otherwise it was ... a bit crowded. In short; in all aspects beautiful relaxing holidays. read more

The hotel Riviera Beach Club our entire family very good a great vacation worn! The bungalows are nice and adequately furnished. Although the furnishings of the restaurant 'good' has, was the selection of dishes at breakfast and dinner excellent. The beach was very clean and with enough chairs / sun screens equipped. read more

We were the second time in this complex. The restaurant and the rooms were MT color, new chairs and furniture aufgehüpscht. The problem, that it in the restaurant the inside evenings very noisy, you will probably not be able to resolve. That was the only negative, we can say. The beach was cleaned on time, loungers and umbrella there was always also at the beach. It is important for us, that no loungers with towels occupied and there was neither at the great beach yet by the pool. A wonderful, quiet complex right next to the sea. The food was ... much better than the last year. Roasted Trout, mussels, dreamlike desserts. I cannot understand how you can complain. The food, the people, as weight, I would like to see. The children have gladly at the short lunch animation by Olli joined in. Without coercion and the very fair all opposite is. We are back very relaxed driven home. If the price next year again offered, we would immediately go back. read more

To begin with - we knew the hotel before the change of ownership to belambra not and will not be voting in favor of in the before and after -comparison a, as it on site at the' long-term guests' saw. The hotel lies brilliant on the peninsula before hyeres, the beach is right in front of the hotel and is beautifully flat ( very good for children ). The beach is public local cleaned daily. From the hotel are enough sunbeds and umbrella made available and every evening also cleared. The hotel is very well maintained, the apartments are renovated ... - new, modern furniture in apartment, only the bathroom and the floor were not replaced. Great lounge -armchair at of the pool bar, the front desk and at the bar create a beautiful atmosphere - like! Also by the pool are in spite of the full occupancy of the Whitsun vacation always enough free loungers, as well as protection from the sun available, no 'towel-reservation-stress'. In the restaurant is of course a big business, especially to the usual rush hours (19 hours ), nevertheless will quickly and regularly refilled. If you came a little bit later, must less wait-). The food variety includes regional specialties and appetizers daily several fish-, meat- and pasta dishes from the grill and buffet, as well as a dessert/ Kuchebüfett, as well as different cheese. The three stars -category in any case accordingly! The sport and animation offer is completely free of charge: gymnastics in different workouts, miniature golf, tennis, Hockey, football, beach volleyball, (also the safe in the room and the kitchenette with refrigerator, which we on the final day under the cover in the corridor discovered ) In the two weeks our stay, the hotel management many details to the circumstances (95% German guests) adapted, of course not everyone spoke hotel employees German, but if you in France holidays power, should actually not be surprised. The Riviera beach is since beginning of 2000 our 2. few. Through sale to the belambra group much has changed. The whole south of flair lost by a global standard replaces, you exactly in Munich like in new York or otherwise where can. The rooms were renovated, but no longer so spacious as earlier. One had no more place for suitcase and clothes. The renovation I would sometimes rather than poorly describe, because there were lines on plaster and the holes just with mortar ' zugeklatscht '. Big praise, because the shower has a door glass and no curtain more ..., the often on the butt glued together is. Apart from that I could in the bathroom no note changes. Also the umbauspuren not very well cleaned. The rooms were however cleaned daily, however I had the impression, that in the past clean was. Change of towels was often forgotten. The restaurant resembles interim rather a McDonald's branch, with tables and chairs plastic and untersetzern from paper (in the past we had tablecloths). Earlier was the dedicated morning set, today the guest everything even together. Belambra have the prices increased drastically. For a 2-week stay we stayed in the past circa 2000 Euro paid, for this trip I got an offer for 4700 €which not justified is. Unfortunately was the whole hotel team changed! The complex at the owner changed. Therefore some was in flux. The room was small, but decay furnished, bathroom OK. The food was magnificent, staff friendly. Particularly beautiful the beach area and long sandy beach. The animation was very active, but not pushy. All in all recommendable. read more

For families with small children ( our daughter is 2 years old) the hotel is less suitable. Animation and care in the age; the swimming pool not monitored; the beach was everything other clean (particularly the entrance into the water was very dirty) and who at the beach loungers and umbrella like, everything must drag ourselves and-and after use also please back ( statement hotel management)! The bunk bed our little not sleeping (since no protection against drop out), in our bed - thanks to two single beds - also not. And through the crib was anyway already the small ... room really cramped. The cleaning lady came with us daily to Mittagsschlafenszeit -complaints pointless, since constantly someone other very clean. With somewhat older children you certainly fun with a small child remains the recuperation on the way. read more
